Great Location

Great location close to the beach and Belmont Park. We stay with two young kids and they loved the roof patio eating dinner and watching dolphins play in the waves.

The beach view was amazing! The roof top deck was so nice. The condo was very clean and there were also beach toys for our kids to play with. The parking was a bit of a headache to be honest. Tandem parking is not ideal, but it’s not that big of a deal considering you are right next to the beach. Be aware that this unit is not right up against the beach, there is another unit that overlooks the beach directly. It’s not that big of a deal though. The condo really was beautiful. A ton of upgrades, and the host was very helpful in making sure we knew exactly what to expect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed if you book your California stay here.

Loved our beach house!

We stayed here 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Super clean and everything looked brand new. Loved the rooftop deck and the location is amazing, just a few steps from the boardwalk and super close to Bellmont! An added bonus having beach toys, boogie boards and chairs. We would definitely recommend and will be back next year for our summer vacation!

Wonderful vacation

Everything was perfect. Wonderful condo has everything you need. Very clean and cute updated decor. Really close to the park and restaurants. Parking was provided. It was the one thing I worryied about and wasnt an issue at all. We hope to come back again soon.

Grad weekend

We enjoyed our stay.. the condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Listening to the waves in your bedroom is a treat! Close was to the beach are wonderful. Rooftop deck is small and due to seeing much of the roof we opted out.. the one closer to the beach has a better view of the beach.. but we just took the beach chairs and sat at the beach instead..

Perfect beach escape!

I booked the condo with a friend to escape Utah’s intense winter. The location was awesome- on the boardwalk, a block from Belmont Park and restaurants, easy access to all of Mission Beach. The condo was charming and clean, with THE MOST comfortable bed. The rooftop patio was perfect for sunset happy hour. It rained a bit and was chilly, but the brand new space heaters kept us cozy and content. Any questions or concerns I had were responded to very quickly. Very happy with our stay!

Beach, Bay, and parking!

This place was fantastic it was so well put together and in a wonderful location. It’s hard to find a rental in the area with parking so it is a gem for sure. The beach is right outside your door, the bay is a short walking distance across the way. The theme park and little shops are right up the road. The access to the rooftop balcony is incredible. You can wine and dine while you watch the ocean or the city from your roof. The hosts are so easy to talk to and work with. They will go out of their way to help you out. I will definitely be staying there again 5 stars all around.

Nice beach getaway

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Right on mission beach boardwalk. Close to many good restaurants. Close to airport. Hosts were great. Easy to communicate with. Allowed us to have slightly delayed check out. Thought the parking situation would be difficult but no problems with unassigned alley spots and others willing to move cars to allow us to get in and out. Washer and dryer was handy. Great sunsets from private rooftop. Two small suggestions: 1). Dishes were not clean. Would do a better job with that. 2). Would consider having beach chairs and toys / shovels / buckets to use for kids at the beach. Overall would come back!!

We loved our stay at this beach house! It was super clean, had comfy beds, and the welcome basket with water, treats, and wine was such a nice touch. The rooftop grill was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. Best of all, the location was amazing—just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 had a great time and the size of the apt was perfect for us. It had all the accessories you'd need as well as some extras like a chest full of beach toys and several boogie boards to use. The small complex is right off the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. It's about a 5 min walk to Belmont park and Luigi's Pizza. A Starbucks is also nearby. It has a stacked washer and dryer, large fridge, oven, stove and microwave, breakfast nook and counter seating. The rooftop "patio" had great views of the beach and hills and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Overall, we had a great time during our first trip to San Diego and it was perfect for our needs.

Hop, Skip to the beach

This was such a great location if you want to have your main mode of transportation be walking. Last year we got a huge house that was a half mile to the beach, it was a hassle with kids to have to walk all the way back to the house and that was only a half mile. This was right on the beach and we also had great onsite parking. Would stay in this condo again.

Time with family

Love the decor and attention to detail in this unit. We have several family groups in the neighborhood and had a great Thanksgiving dinner at the Coaster Saloon! A beautiful and fun place for a relaxing getaway!
