Enhet ombyggd 2018. På sanden med 180 graders utsikt över vatten! 2 balkonger. Nyligen ombyggd 2018 !! I San Diego är det sällsynt att hitta A / C på stranden men vi har två bärbara AC-enheter som kyler 300-400 ft2. På den lugna bukten sidan en strand precis framför dig och surfa alla några steg bort. 2 cyklar ingår. Detta är det perfekta semesterns reträtt, som ligger på vacker och avkopplande segelbåt / Mission Bay på stranden, promenad till närliggande restauranger, shopping och nattliv. Ligger direkt på strandpromenaden kan du gå eller cykla lätt till var som helst i Pacific Beach eller Mission Beach. Vi erbjuder 2 cyklar i garaget. Vi har också badlakan och stolar ingår. 0

Detta är inte din typiska beachy chic hyra. Vi är stolta över vår enhet och har möblerat den med moderna, bekväma möbler. Vi har även ett kontorområde i lägenheten, så du behöver bara koppla din bärbara dator och kan arbeta från stranden, om du behöver. Badrummen och köket har alla nyligen renoverats. Kvartsdisken är fullt utrustad med alla redskap, och tillbehör från mixer, brödrost, kaffebryggare, riskokare, etc. njut av grillning på balkongen medan du tittar på jetski-riderna eller har en romantisk ljusstake på balkongen och tittar på kvällsljus över bukten.

Från yoga på paddla brädor för att segla bukten ... det är allt i din gård. Gå två kvarter till surfen på stranden sidan för fantastiska solnedgångar. Gratis trådlös, full kabel, tre TV-apparater och en DVD för när du inte vill vara på farten.

En sällsynthet på stranden, vår enhet har 2 utvalda parkeringsplatser med gott om extra förvaring för alla dina strandleksaker. Dessutom finns det en stor allmän parkeringsplats kort bort vilket gör det enkelt för extra bilar eller besökare. Enheten har inte central luft men i San Diego som behöver det? Våra riktigt heta dagar inträffar i juli och vanligtvis några dagar i månaden. För den ovanliga händelsen har vi två bärbara luftkylenheter. Varje enhet kyler ca 350-400 kvadratfot.

Our family of 4 had an amazing week in this condo. Plenty of space for everyone and a great view from the balcony. Plenty of great eats in walking distance and the perfect beach spot a two minute walk away. Condo is comfy, clean and enjoyable!

Great location!

Awesome location on quiet bayside yet stone’s throw from the ocean surf. Nicely appointed - beautiful sunrise views across the bay, comfy bed and functional kitchen. Close to amenities, good coffee and oh the gorgeous beach. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Fantastic rental on Mission Beach

This rental was perfect for our spring break get away! Located right on the beach - walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the Zoo, Seaworld and Downtown. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed! Thank you for a relaxing and fun vacation

Perfect location with beautiful beach views!

Lovely condo with all the amenities. Comfortable and location can’t be beat. Love that gets add two parking spots which I very hard to find in this area. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic trip!!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego! The condo was clean and a good amount of space for my family. The location was perfect! We rented a water trampoline in the bay one day and we went spent a lot of time on both the bay side and the ocean as it was a quick walk. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful property conveniently located

We had a perfect staycation here in Mission Beach with our friends. This unit has a beautiful view of the bay and is super close to Mission Bay Aquatic Center as well as many restaurants and shops. It is very well stocked and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We will most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this unit.

FABULOUS!

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo on Mission Bay. It was everything we could have asked for. Quiet, very clean, safe, comfortable king bed, great shower and a wonderfully decked out kitchen. It’s very convenient to everything, we played tennis at Barnes in Point Lona, we golfed at Coronado, we ate wonderful food in La Jolla. Thank you, David, for being a great Manager! Don’t hesitate—stay here!

Perfect summer stay

We loved our time in mission beach! This area is a chill getaway. The condo faces the bay and the calm waters are great for kids. The Pacific is a 3 block walk! Waves were fun for boogie boarding. Not crowded. But even in July water is chilly. The condo was just right for us. Never need the AC even in July. Would love to come back! Lots of easy food choices in walking distance.

Great place!

The condo was perfect! Enough room for my husband and I along with our 4 kids. Location was great, paddle boarding right in front of the condo. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the garage door key pad but they quickly sent someone out to replace the keypad. Thanks for the stay! Can’t wait to come back.

Clean Nicely situated condo

The property was very clean which I value extremely when renting a VBRO. The description of location and the unit itself was very accurate. I appreciate the property had a selection of books. I will admit the mattresses are on the hard side and may want to bring your own pillows for the bed. Other than that no are of concern.

A beautiful all we needed.

We walked more because of the trail, did evening art and wine because of the tables set-up, cooked in and came and went to area attractions freely. We were blessed by sunrise views each h am LOVELY PLACE. Please don't get a car over 16 feet long if you stay here as warned , or if you do, park it at the park next door. The parking n g doesn't accommodate a long rig!

Great Host!

Fantastic location. Great host. Terrific stay. I rented this place for my daughter and her college roommate. They just told me yesterday there were ants in the kitchen during their entire stay, but I’m sure the host would’ve taken care of that had they told me then. Otherwise, their stay was terrific. Everything was within walking distance. They did say all the blinds were not able to keep the sunlight out extremely early in the morning, but that’s not really a big deal either. We would rent this property again.

Great location and stay

Perfect location and would gladly stay again. Super easy check in and check out process. You can’t pick a better location on Mission Beach - right across from the bay and water sports, a couple blocks from great cafes, and also 2-3 blocks from the ocean. Communication with the property manager was a breeze and very friendly. There are also two bikes in the garage that we enjoyed riding. Only two negatives - as others have said, it was very hot, and the kitchen sink was clogged, but the manager was on top of it and extremely responsive. Also, it was not an issue for us, but you need to be able to carry your luggage up some stairs. 100% would stay here again! Perfect for families.

Staycation

Wonderful visit to Mission Bay. Second time staying in this beautiful, clean condo with an amazing bay view. Unfortunately we did not receive any communication from the property manager with any of our check in codes or information, up until actual check in time, so that was frustrating. I called several times the day of check-in with no response. I finally emailed Sail Bay and thankfully someone got back to me with the details for check in. Still haven’t heard from the property manager.

Lovely place on the bay

We had a great time at our recent stay. The location is great just walk out the door and you're on the beach at the bay. It is much quieter than the ocean side. However, it is only a quick couple block walk to the Ocean side for when you want that atmosphere. We were able to walk to various coffee shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park. Driving and parking are pretty tight, our rental car was an explorer that did not technically fit in the outdoor parking space by a couple inches, but we were not ticketed and there were other cars parked there that were even larger. But we may have just gotten lucky, so be wary of what car you're trying to park. There are some beach chairs and towels, but limited other beach items like toys for kids etc. so bring some if you want that. Otherwise, the condo was decently stocked though we didn't cook during this particular stay. Despite the tight streets and general traffic, it's still a quick drive from the condo to various attractions (Zoo, Midway, etc.). Would definitely return.

We are currently Florida residents and beaches are our passion. Both of us grew up in Southern California and missed the beaches and the California vibe. Our daughter and her family live here and we decided that we would like to spend part of the year here enjoying the them and San Diego.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Mission Bay or as some call it Sail Bay is so much tranquil than the beach side. You can still be in the middle of all the action on the beach side which is a two minute walk, but if you want to get away from all the activity and find some peace and relaxation then the bay side is for you. The property has been renovated recently and is right on the boardwalk with unobstructed views of the bay. Another very important amenity is parking. One space right under the property is for tenants of the property. Parking spaces are very rare in the beach area. There is ample parking including overnight ( free ) at the Santa Clara lot a 5 minute walk away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the bay side of Mission Beach because it is more tranquil and quiet than the beach side. It is amazing to be able to enjoy both the beach and tranquility of the bay. Watch the bike riders on the boardwalk and the sail boats sail by as you seat in your bay front balcony. We hope you will love it as much as we do!
