Truly oceanfront

This home was amazing for our vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. The trundle beds in the large upstairs loft provided a great space for kids. The views are spectacular. Don’t even need to leave the front porch for amazing sunrise view across the water. The beach access is a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Wonderful!

This was our second time and I was blown away by the improvements made by the team at Vacasa. They really took our private feedback into consideration and made quite a few changes that I believed were necessary for a smooth vacation. Really pleased with our trip and it was a wonderful place to spend a nice long weekend! We will definitely be back!

Week stay on the beach

House location is awesome. 5 minute walk to beach. Beach is not crowded at all. Beach stuff and wagon provided at the house. House layout is great. Upstairs room for kids is great ( note: there is no door so bring a sound machine or something to help them go to sleep while adults stay up). Kitchen lacks tupperware for leftovers. Would stay here again!!!

Beautiful and spacious

We were further from the beach than expected but could still hear the waves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and especially the porch!

Gorgeous sunrises

I sent everything to Vacasa we had a few hiccups in beginning with the TV remotes the nasty shower curtain and the toilet making an awful noise when flushed but all was taken care of. I didn’t realize how bad the pots and pans were till we stared to fix breakfast they really need to invest in some new. I was told they would credit me back 150.00 for the inconvenience but haven’t seen it yet.The house itself was very nice and we do plan on doing more trips it’s much better than hotels. Thanks again

Would possibly return

The title of the listing says "Brand-new" ocean view home. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view, it is steps to the beach, and I'm sure it was brand-new at one point. It's a nice home. The beds were comfortable (though the sheets could use replacing). The kitchen was a nice, but was less than average stocked as compared with other beach homes we have stayed. Especially if you are a group that enjoys to cook - we ended up going out instead of cooking due to this. The most disappointing part was that we had no internet the whole time we were there. Yes, there was a hurricane that came - but it came on Thursday. We were there since Sunday and reported the internet outage. The tv cable service was also through the internet (DSL). So we had no television. We went through all the data on our cell phones in the first couple of days. I hope they get it fixed for their next guests. We would consider returning to this property as we loved the location. The house met our needs. It was close to the beach. Several nice locally-owned restaurants to choose from (Rodie's, Bronx House, Captain's BBQ).

Great place to relax

The house is great, very comfortable, lots of windows which provide lots of light, great bathrooms. We loved the kitchen, it’s connected to the dining and living areas so we could keep the conversations while preparing our meals

Amazing Palm Coast Property!

This from start to finish was amazing. Let's start with the communication that was excellent and always answered in a timely manner. And the text we got at 12:00 saying the unit was ready early if we wanted to come check in. It is bright, sunny, great ocean view, and so comfortable for a lot of people. The beds are comfortable, the decor is updated and super inviting. ONE block from the beach. The pictures are exactly like the unit looks inside, amazing. The day before our last stay, we were asked if we wanted to have a late check out of 2pm for a small fee. What an amazing feature as many of our family weren't leaving until late afternoon. Lastly, the only the that was required upon check out was to start the dishwasher and turn off the lights. I appreciate that, as some rentals we've had to strip beds, start laundry, take out trash (which we did anyhow), etc. We live in Palm Coast and our house isn't large enough for everyone, and this will be our go to.

Most amazing rental we have experienced

Cannot say enough about this amazing oceanfront gem we found! The ocean view from the main floor, the master bed, and the upper loft is beyond incredible! We loved waking up every morning to step right outside and hear the waves! The bedrooms are fantastic, esp the master, which is huge! They are all cute, roomy, and clean! The upstairs loft is where the teens slept, having their own area for games, tv and fun. All the beds are comfortable with cozy comforters. All the showers are updated, clean, and spacey. The pressure of the water is fabulous. The kitchen is updated and beautiful. It has everything you need to cook, BBQ, and enjoy meals at home. It was amazing havibg everything right there! Washer and dryer was incredible to have too! The walk to a very beautiful and very quiet beach is less than 5 min...right on the other side of some greenery. From the house, you see the water and boats, etc. Its everything you would want in a beach house! There is a dining table and chairs, plus swivel casual chairs on the front porches and then there is a great enclosed patio with great furniture for games and dinibg in the back. Two of oyr favorite features were thw outdoor shower and the garage bathroom (nice, clean and modern) so we can pop back and forth from the beach without going in the house. Lots of fun extra things in garage like beach chairs, bikes, and wagons, etc. The location is incredible. Make sure you hit Sallys in Flager for ice cream! You will not regret renting here. I have ZERO complaints. We didnt want to leave!

DIRTY

Floors were so dirty that my feet were black. Kitchen sink had filthy build-up. Ice Maker filter showed past due for replacement. Dishwasher was beeping intermittently through the night. Kitchen table chairs were stained. It stated 3.5 bathrooms, there were 3 full bathrooms, no half. Bath linens are washed in heavily scented detergent. Driveway was littered with garbage and debris and the outdoor trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Entryway mat had a lot of debris on it and around it. Floor mats inside were dirty and looked as though they have never been washed. Missing piece from upper staircase was a tripping hazard.

Awesome spring break

We loved the location. It is a little far from night life and definitely need a rental car if you would like to enjoy a night out. It was a great spot and very close to the beach. The beach was very rocky not great for young children. At low tide you can venture past the rocks and enjoy sandy water, but it is a bit of a struggle. The property manager was great. She came to remove trash from the previous renters, and we let her know the ice maker and water on the fridge did not work and gave us a $50 stipend for the week. Overall great stay!
