Easy Breezy är ett klassiskt, originalt strandhus vid sjön på 60-talet som har totalrenoverats och bibehållit sin ursprungliga charm. Det är ett sensationellt hem beläget precis vid östra sjön med fantastisk utsikt. En snabb simtur över sjön eller en snabb promenad ner på gatan och du befinner dig på de vackra vita sandstränderna i South Walton.

Det stora däcket är ett bra ställe att börja dagen med en kopp kaffe eller en kvällsgrilla på grillen, och du kommer att ha en av de bästa platserna i området för att se hisnande solnedgångar.

När du kommer in i Easy Breezy hittar du det öppna konceptet inbjudande. Du kommer att njuta av utsikten över östra sjön i alla delar av huset från vardagsrummet till sovrummen. Great Place!

Easy Breezy Vacation

We loved being on the lake and paddling to the beach. The deck was great anytime of day as there is always a nice breeze. Great vacation!

Great Getaway

Peaceful Eastern Lake

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot on Eastern Lake! We really enjoyed our stay - so much to do in the 30A area and only a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves at the beach, yet enjoy the shade and privacy of this lovely spot on one of Florida’s rare coastal dune lakes.

Nice lakefront house with great view, easy beach access

Had a very comfortable stay here. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is directly on Eastern Lake. Beach access is a quick stroll down the street, and it is a nice walking neighborhood. We were very pleased, and will rent this house again in the future. Grab some seafood at Buddy’s market

Relaxing getaway

This location is a gem. The deck was our favorite hangout for morning coffee and evening cocktails. There was a lovely breeze coming off the lake. We used the bikes a lot. Beach was fantastic and not overcrowded. Comfy beds. Nice outdoor shower too.

Nice setting. Beautiful views! Nice proximity To the beach. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Could use a few kitchen items like bowls and non stick frying pan. We had a great time!!

Perfect

The house was wonderful (even better than pictured). It was very comfortable for my family and our two dogs. The location/view was gorgeous and there were numerous restaurants and other businesses within a short walk or bike ride. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we spent many relaxing evenings on the back deck. We look forward to staying here again!

Our Favorite Place in Seagrove

Dune Lake AND Gulf Stream of Mexico

Perfect for a large group, all ages, or small group like ours. Also brought our dog. Beautiful views from all rooms of Eastern Lake and could see the ocean from many, especially the deck. Good fishing for any age, even off the bridge. Will be back!

Great view!

Loved the view. Sunsets are beautiful ! Peaceful neighborhood and short walk to beach. Wish they had kayak or paddle board at the house but I guess you can always rent one.

March 2019 Stay

This is an amazing place! The house is lovely-roomy, clean, and comfy, with everything you need. The view of the lake and gulf is incredible, seen from just about wherever you are in the house. The large deck is a perfect place to enjoy the beach breeze with a cup of coffee. Even in March, the kids were in the lake swimming and paddling much of the time. And it’s just a short and easy walk to the beach. The complimentary bikes were a nice perk. The surrounding neighborhood is a peaceful place to ride. Easy Breezy was the perfect spot for our large family and everyone had a memorable time. We will be coming back for sure!

The house is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, tons of towels, 3 bikes and an awesome deck. It’s about a 2 minute bike ride or 5’ish minute walk to the beach access. The house is pet friendly so we brought our two pups along for the fun.Overall it was a very pleasant rental.
