Välkommen till 5540 Turtle Cove Villas. Nytt i vårt hyresprogram är denna semestervåning på andra våningen på Kiawah Island renoverad och perfekt för alla små grupper av resenärer.

Centralt beläget på Kiawah Island erbjuder denna villa det perfekta läget för gäster att njuta av en kort promenad till stranden, nära Sanctuary och Night Heron Park, och bara en kort bilresa från några fantastiska restauranger och andra bekvämligheter som de omgivande områdena har att erbjuda!

När du kommer in i villan, hälsas du med kustnyanser och en öppen planlösning. Vardagsrummet har enkla moderna möbler och är perfekt att koppla av efter en lång stranddag. Beläget strax utanför vardagsrummet genom skjutdörrarna gör det avskärmad i verandan att gästerna kan ta in de vackra sevärdheterna och ljuden som ön har att erbjuda. Luta dig tillbaka och njut av utsikt över lagunen. Du kommer att se till en alligator eller två.

Matsalen, som möjliggör bekväma sittplatser för fyra, ligger bara några steg från det öppna köket. Med granitbänkskivor och uppdaterade apparater är detta kök fantastiskt att piska upp en utsökt måltid.

Det stora sovrummet, som erbjuder en king size-säng, platt-TV, privat tillgång till den inskjutna bakre verandan och ett eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet innehåller två enkelsängar med en platt-TV och ett semi-privat badrum som också går till hallen.

Spacious condo in good location

We stayed here on Kiawah for golf and restaurants. The central location in the island was convenient to everything. Comfortable space, more roomy than we expected.

Great stay in Kiawah!

The property was located in a great location on Kiawah, directly across the street from Turtle Point golf course. It was very quiet and a short ride to the beach and resort restaurants. And the condo was nice and clean. We loved the screened in porch.

Great fall getaway

Property was perfect for our week vacation. Close proximity to beach and all bike trails. Beautiful view of the pond and was super happy this condo still had a screened in porch!!

Really nice place

Condo was very nice. It was clean and the layout was perfect. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. The king bedroom was nice, but We were not keen on the bath being open to the bedroom.

Perfect Kiawah Apt!

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean. There were ample bath towels and of nice quality. The condo was very clean. It has a nice layout. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch looking over a pond. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again & we could definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property is located in a great spot. Easy 10 minute walk or few minute bike ride to the beach. Lots of wildlife in the lagoon that was fun to watch. Perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lagoon view

This unit has beautiful lagoon view and it is super clean. Beach is within walking distance. Online listing is accurate. We enjoyed our stay, definitely will come back.

Near East Beach and Kiawah venues

We took advantage of walking to and on beautiful East beach. Very quiet property with convenient driving access to Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, Freshfields Village, and Seabrook Island restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and comfortable. Had to get water, beach towels, and coffee (one pot was complimentary). Great sightings of turtles, alligators at safe distance, and herons.

Kiawah Island never disappoints! Lush green surroundings, beautiful lagoon, and easy beach access.

The villa was nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed watching birds and alligators from the screened in porch. Excellent location. Nice selection of plates and glasses, but the pots, skillets, and many of the utensils should be replaced.

Very Nice Villa

This property is very nice and was well equipped with everything that we needed. We especially loved sitting on the screened-in porch and looking out over the lagoon each morning and evening. We also loved the ease of getting to the beach, which was no more than a five or six minute bike ride. We had a wonderful time!

Everything was great but just FYI , the dryer doesn’t get hot and the bathroom shower in the front of the condo fills with water while in the shower. We loved our stay but just wanted you to know about the minor issues. Thanks for a wonderful week!!

Great property

This is a great property with a great location. The only issue we had was that we found a few cockroaches in the bedrooms and on the porch. Someone was sent to spray but unfortunately I wasn’t notified when someone was coming so my daughter wouldn’t let them in because I wasn’t there.Also we did find old water bottles under the beds. Other than those things it was great.

Virtually perfect

I've found a lot of VRBO properties use artful photo editing in their listings. It's something that I've sadly come to expect. For our most recent trip, I decided to take a chance and pay a little more because this property looked so nice. Now that our trip is over I can say with confidence I have absolutely no regrets. The VBRO pictures were a completely truthful representation of the property. It truly was as nice as it looked. This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Everything was as pictured. The furniture was in good condition and nothing was worn out. Nothing smelled. The view was amazing. Getting into the rental was easy ~ no complicated check-in procedures. I've been coming to Kiawah Island since the '80's and I have seen many changes over the years. I have to say that traffic has now gotten so bad on John's Island that it often takes an hour or more just to get to Charleston depending on the time of day. It was just mind-boggling to see the line of vehicles stacked up trying to get onto the island every morning. The area has sadly become so overcrowded/overdeveloped that I don't know when we'll come back. If we do, however, I will without a doubt try to rent this property again.
