D7 Villas on the Gulf är ett snyggt inredda 2-sovrum 1. 5 badrum lägenhet belägen på 1650 Via de Luna Drive på Pensacola Beach. Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet har 2 privata sovrum, båda utrustade med TV och ett badrum med jack och jill. Den har ett vardagsrum, matplats, halvt badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök med nya rostfria vitvaror. Den privata balkongen har utsikt över lagunen! Du är en kort promenad från den pärlemor vita stranden och smaragdvattnet i Mexikanska golfen när du bor på D7 Villas på viken på Pensacola Beach.

Will book again

This place was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen equipment. Getting to the beach was a short walk. Only thing I would suggest is a couple of beach chairs and some beach towels. Other than that we will be looking to book this place again next year.

Pleasant and Private

We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf. The two bedrooms with three beds made a pleasant experience for our family with two young teens. The unit was clean and bright. A short two minute walk to the gulf.

Bass fishing paradise at the beach, great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this spot to relax by the beach. The first morning waking up, we look off the deck and see many 1 - 3 pound bass sitting in the flats. Wish I would have brought my fishing rod with me. We say multiple people come by and fish, all of them caught some in a short period of time. This place has many large bass that we could see. I would come back here in the future just to bass fish. :-) you could do it from the deck. There is a nice covered area below the bedrooms, that you can even fish in the rain and stay dry.The beds are soft and comfortable, the couch was very relaxing. The only complaint was that the sliding glass door is very heavy and required lots of effort to open and close every time (needs to be addressed by management).The site is well maintained, the pool was nice and it is only a short walk to the beach with a shower and rinse off station at the edge of the property and beach.People fishing on the beach were catching pompano and spot tails using sand fleas. This is a nice spot. The surfers we enjoying themselves nearby also.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Spring break fishing weekend

Great place. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. Only issue we had, a couple of the pans in the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned. We just ran them through the dishwasher so not a huge deal.

Nice family vacation

We stayed at Sunshine Daydream property. It was lovely! The condo is decorated super cute and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles in the lagoon and listening to the frogs at night. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to restarants and shopping. We plan to return next year.

Nice place

We liked the place very clean. it was advertised with washer and dryer but did not have one, this is one reason we booked there. the pool was closed 2 of the 4 days we were there another reason why we booked there.

Far from the noise!

Walk to the beach was not bad, the drive back to "town" was just far enough that you didn't feel right in the busy mess. Excellent weather topped off the trip, and the beach was outstanding. Staff was great and was available anytime. We'll be back!

Rainy fun

We loved this condo. It happened to rain a lot during our stay but watching the ducks, turtles and other wildlife kept us entertained. The beach is just a short walk. We had everything we needed to make our meals. When the AC went out, we had fast attention!

Great unit

The unit was great and pool was amazing. My girls loved seeing all the turtles and ducks in the pond. The only thing I wish they had was a washer and dryer in the unit, (bring lots of quarters) and a grill or at least a communal grill. Other than that the place was great and we enjoyed our trip.

The condo was very nice and clean, walking distance to the beach! We did have a terrific thunderstorm one night, which flooded the parking lot. Water nearly reached the inside of my car, but a maintenance crew was quick to pump the water out of the area!

The rental was decorated very cute and appeared clean to the eye . We discovered it had roaches / Palmetto bugs . After continuing to see them our stay chaanged . Exterminator did cone the day before we left , Also was disppointed no washer on site

Spring Break Vacation

Overall the property was nice. Good beds with clean linen. Good seating space in kitchen and living room. Walking distance to the beach. A few areas of improvement were needing a laundry unit in the space (the change machine was broken and the facility is in the next bldg); the toilet broke and it took 3 days and another phone call to have someone come and fix it; the cable TV in the bedrooms didn't work and no guide for cable in living room (no one responded to our call); only 4 bath towels for 6 people; and there was sand & dried noodles all over the kitchen floor when we arrived. Mostly the rental is good, we enjoyed our vacation and loved the location.

Better then expected

I was going to show up late the check in process was easy. Response time was immediate. Check out was just as easy. Everything that was described in the listing was on point I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this listing. When we come back I will be booking with them again. I like the close access to the beach. Condo was cleaner than expected which me and wife loved. What I also like was I had a few questions about the condo and the response time was quick, I didn’t have to wait the most I had to wait was about 5 minutes if that I loved that. Anyway I would highly recommend this site.

Unforgettable Pensacola vacations

Location is really great, bayside, 2 line, with private beach access through nice wooden bridges upon lagoon with fontains and ducks! Beach is really in Bounty style: white sand, clear deep blue ocean, everything is clran and nice. 2 sunbeds and umbrella are available, 50$ per day. Our flat was very comfortable, 2 separate bedrooms, with old-fashioned furniture and 1 king size bed in master bedroom and 2beds - queen size and standard - in another. 2 toilettes, bathroom with a low tube. Kitchen was full equiped and very confortable, with nice dining area. However, there were dirty stove and oven, with bad smell during heating. Blender was dirty too. Very nice and good equiped living room with 3p sofa and love seat. TV in every room. In whole, it was very comfy and relaxing stay. Definetely be back!

Cozy, clean condo with everything you need! Close to the beach!

The condo is a very short walk to the beach. We were happy with how clean and spacious it was. We utilized each bed as well as the sofa bed and each were comfortable. Has a nice deck with a couple of chairs and a grill. It also has lots of places to hang your wet towels and bathing suits, which I loved. Lots of closet space! The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils which we didn’t use because we ate out (but it was nice to know we could cook if we wanted to). There is a pool as well as laundry facilities on site. If you’re a light sleeper, the condo provides a sound machine as there are frog sounds at night- but we always have our small box fan with us so it was no problem for us. We didn’t even notice once the white noise was going. We had a great stay and would come again!
