Will book again

This place was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen equipment. Getting to the beach was a short walk. Only thing I would suggest is a couple of beach chairs and some beach towels. Other than that we will be looking to book this place again next year.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and clean. The area was good and close to the main area of Pensacola beach, so it was convenient. A short walk to a nice beach that had just enough beach goers but not so much that it becomes overcrowded.It would have been nice if the place had some cooking needs like sugar, salt, cooking oil, but not a big deal.We had the unfortunate experience of renting at the same time a family w/ two small kids and one big dog had the rental above us. Those kids wake up at around 6:30 as you can hear footsteps running around.

Pleasant and Private

We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf. The two bedrooms with three beds made a pleasant experience for our family with two young teens. The unit was clean and bright. A short two minute walk to the gulf.

Absolutely, here's a bit more detail: 1. Our overall stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we departed, everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 2. The vacation rental was situated in an absolutely perfect location. It provided easy access to all the attractions and activities we had planned, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. Whether we wanted to hit the beach, explore local shops and restaurants, or simply enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, everything was just a stone's throw away. 3. Cleanliness and maintenance are always top priorities for us when selecting accommodations, and we were thoroughly impressed with the condition of the home. Very nice place, thank you!

Nice, comfortable stay! We enjoyed the porch! The third day some rowdy spring breakers moved in upstairs, but they would quite down when asked. They did puke onto our balcony, from above, on our last night so we weren’t able to sit out there that last morning... We just took and extra long walk on the beach. It was a lovely stay overall!! Plenty of towels, comfy beds. I guess it could’ve used an empty cabinet to store the food we bought, but otherwise perfect! Thank you.

Spring break fishing weekend

Great place. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. Only issue we had, a couple of the pans in the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned. We just ran them through the dishwasher so not a huge deal.

Unforgettable Pensacola vacations

Location is really great, bayside, 2 line, with private beach access through nice wooden bridges upon lagoon with fontains and ducks! Beach is really in Bounty style: white sand, clear deep blue ocean, everything is clran and nice. 2 sunbeds and umbrella are available, 50$ per day. Our flat was very comfortable, 2 separate bedrooms, with old-fashioned furniture and 1 king size bed in master bedroom and 2beds - queen size and standard - in another. 2 toilettes, bathroom with a low tube. Kitchen was full equiped and very confortable, with nice dining area. However, there were dirty stove and oven, with bad smell during heating. Blender was dirty too. Very nice and good equiped living room with 3p sofa and love seat. TV in every room. In whole, it was very comfy and relaxing stay. Definetely be back!

We liked the place very clean. it was advertised with washer and dryer but did not have one, this is one reason we booked there. the pool was closed 2 of the 4 days we were there another reason why we booked there.

Better then expected

I was going to show up late the check in process was easy. Response time was immediate. Check out was just as easy. Everything that was described in the listing was on point I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this listing. When we come back I will be booking with them again. I like the close access to the beach. Condo was cleaner than expected which me and wife loved. What I also like was I had a few questions about the condo and the response time was quick, I didn’t have to wait the most I had to wait was about 5 minutes if that I loved that. Anyway I would highly recommend this site.

Rainy fun

We loved this condo. It happened to rain a lot during our stay but watching the ducks, turtles and other wildlife kept us entertained. The beach is just a short walk. We had everything we needed to make our meals. When the AC went out, we had fast attention!

Cute but bugs

The property was very nice with great decor, up to date appliances, comfortable furniture, and was well stocked with what we needed. The major issue was an infestation of German cockroaches that in the kitchen. They were in the microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all over the counters. I killed many of them myself. Property management responded quickly when I told them about the issue by sending out pest control but of course that just made them scatter and come out more. I contacted management again about the issue and was told that they would see about compensating me for the inconvenience but never heard back from them. We had to throw a lot of our food away and thoroughly check our belongings when we left to make sure we didn’t take any with us. It out a huge damper on the trip.

Nice family vacation

We stayed at Sunshine Daydream property. It was lovely! The condo is decorated super cute and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles in the lagoon and listening to the frogs at night. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to restarants and shopping. We plan to return next year.

The rental was decorated very cute and appeared clean to the eye . We discovered it had roaches / Palmetto bugs . After continuing to see them our stay chaanged . Exterminator did cone the day before we left , Also was disppointed no washer on site

Far from the noise!

Walk to the beach was not bad, the drive back to "town" was just far enough that you didn't feel right in the busy mess. Excellent weather topped off the trip, and the beach was outstanding. Staff was great and was available anytime. We'll be back!

Flooded but fun weekend

Reviewer Comments: Our stay in this condo started out interesting - we arrived that night after a 7 hour drive to find the entire complex flooded, as in the water in the parking lot came up to mid rim in some spots. So we had to get in the deep water to get into the unit - we wish that the management had notified us of this issue prior to arrival. Upon entering the unit, we found it to be a bit dated but very colorful and beachy! If you prefer higher end Lux housing, this unit isn’t for. It is colorful- comfortable-clean- and well located! It was perfect for our needs for that weekend!
