Location is absolutely perfect! All the reviews about the bottom bedroom were true. It smelled not so good. We ended up doubling up in other rooms in the house. The deck was perfect for sitting outside and chilling. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back!

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about the location and deck. We are glad you enjoyed your time at the property. We are sorry to hear about the smell in the bottom bedroom and that you felt the need to change your sleeping arrangements. We will look into the issue with that bedroom to understand what may be causing it.

We had a great time and made wonderful memories with the kids! Though beach is public, it’s not near as busy as the others. Home is on outskirts of the hustle and bustle but a short drive into town for all activities. House was roomy enough for all of us. The patio swing was quite relaxing while listening to the waves, and an outdoor potty and shower, which is perfect for beach days! Will be returning when we decide on another Galveston stay!

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback about your stay. We are glad the home, location, and outdoor amenities worked well for your family and helped create special memories. It is wonderful to hear you enjoyed the quieter beach area and relaxing on the patio swing. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip to Galveston.

House is in a perfect location. Access to the beach was amazing. House floor plan was also very nice, beds were very comfortable. The only negatives, the house needs a lot of TLC, small things but noticeable. To point out just a few. One bar stool was missing 3 of 4 screws that secures the bench, one of our guess almost fell off. Also, the master bed room did not have a door handle to access the balcony. That was disappointing. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and would book it again. I would rate it 9 out of 10. Thank you

Host was welcoming period. Neighborhood was very pleasant. View was very nice. Property could use a little maintenance. I replaced a battery in one of the ceiling fan light remotes and repaired a lampshade. Overall , my stay was very nice and I would return to the property again.

The location of the home was superior, best that I have had for a beach front home. It was only 5 miles to WalMart. They allow short stays, which is perfect because we like 4 nights. Bring all of your own beach supplies including chairs & towels.
