Top floor with beautiful views

This condo was very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view from the balcony of the dunes and beach. We especially loved being on the top floor without the worry of any noise above us. The beds were firm but comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and good water pressure. I appreciated the big round dining table for meals together at night and to be able to do a puzzle on a rainy afternoon. Lots of tasteful original artworks and some family photos gave a special touch to the space, making it feel more home-like. They had cable, which was nice for the older folks with us (not having to figure out how to work streaming channels). My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the kitchen pots/pans were a bit lacking which is important to our family because we cook meals in a lot for cost but also health reasons. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this unit to others.

One of the best units at IC

We have stayed at Island Club many times and this was one of the best units we have rented. Great view and general location on the north end of the island away from the maddening crowd. A few small complaints that were not critical. Pickleball courts are very nice

The beach is always great!

Overall, the view was wonderful, the beach access, right there, and the weather cooperated, so we really enjoyed ourselves. The property is appointed with everything a family needs, a bit outdated, with old appliances (rusted in places) and some unsafe chairs, but otherwise everything works OK. However, the VACASA management leaves a lot to be desired! There is no local management you can contact. God forbid, you may need something fixed! You stay on the phone forever with the answering machine, then someone from the Philippines answers - and your problem never gets solved. We didn't have TV signal for 2 days, until one of the guards from the gate took pithy on as and came in and fixed it... The VACASA technician never showed. The elevator worked on and off, so we had to go around the building, take another elevator to the 4th floor, and then go up on the stairs to the 5th floor, to our rental. Not too bad, but annoying.

Great View!

Great view, I need of updates/deep clean.

The view is phenomenal and why we ultimately chose to stay here. We have stayed in this complex before and love the location. You can’t beat being on the beach. It served its purpose. It is in need of repairs and updates however. Half the outlets didn’t work and what little overhead lighting was there burned out during our stay. There was also a lot of dust and really needs a deep clean of the showers. It’s hard to feel clean when you’re showering somewhere like that. I’m not a neat freak but I definitely noticed these things. Kitchen items also need replaced/updated. We cooked very minimally and that was some of the reason. I also thought there would be beach chairs but they were both broken.

Beautiful View

We stayed for 3 weeks and loved the ocean view from the 5th floor Balcony. We enjoyed all the amenities of the resort. Lots of outdoor grills and games. The unit is very tastefully decorated with lots of art work and comfortable seating. It was very quiet. The kitchen has a great selection of pans, cooking utensils etc. Some appliances could be updated especially the toasted that only toasted one side of the bread. We would definitely rent this unit again. Very charming with a great location.

Great condo in a great location

Beautiful condo, very clean & well stocked. Would have given 5 stars except for a couple things. Blinds to the balcony were open enough but could not be fully opened or closed, multiple light bulbs in bathroom missing or burnt out. Vacasa was notified of these items but nothing was done. Also AC can’t quite keep up to keep it as cool as we would like throughout the unit. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and bright home!

We were a family of 4 who enjoyed our first time visit to Hilton Head Island in this beautiful home which was warm and welcoming and had sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from its 5th floor balcony! It was very well equipped for a comfortable stay - Vacasa staff was quick to respond to any questions we had.

great location and view of ocean. Very quiet location

Excellent location. Condo compound was wonderfully flowered with good amenities. Couple of things that did bother me. 2nd bathroom sink was clogged. Never drained from first use. Floors were beautiful but a little dirty around the edges. Toilets were low. Could use an upgrade to ADA compliance. Did enjoy our stay.

Great views

This unit has amazing views. The condo definitely needs updating. The sofa, loveseat, master bedroom mattress, and shower head all need replacing. We found everything else perfect!

Great location!!

We loved this condo and are already planning a return visit! Steps to the beach and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, fish markets, etc nearby. The condo was very well appointed! The kitchen was stocked! The door to the balcony from the primary bedroom was not functional; seems warped from weather and needs repair. The condo is spacious and the furniture seems fairy new. We had a great time; check in and out was seamless. First time to Hilton Head was amazing!!

Absolutely amazing place

Loveddd this house so much, it’s so spacious and the perfect place to stay. The beach was so clean and the pools were very relaxing. Definitely gonna recommend this to my friends!!
