Njut av den korta 3-5 minuters promenad till vår naturliga orörda strand på denna fastighet vid stranden med 2 utomhuspooler, 1 inomhuspool, en bubbelpool, tennisbanor, träningsrum, lagun och 24/7 gated security community. Vi är i den tredje uppsättningen av byggnader från stranden. Enheten ligger på andra våningen - INGEN hiss.

Detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum med fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum, tvättstuga och avskärmad veranda erbjuder dig all bekvämlighet hemma på semester.

Bekvämt beläget nära allt - restauranger, shopping, underhållning och alla lokala behov - bibliotek, sjukhus, flygplats och mycket mer.

OBS: inomhuspool och badtunna är tillfälligt stängda på grund av omfattande reparationer. Vi har fått höra att allt arbete ska vara slutfört i augusti 2019

Hilton Head Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. Maybe it was just wrong time of the year but not sure as no could explain, but the water was so receded we could not even get to it. Maybe has something to do with low tide, but we could see the water maybe 1/2 mile away and after walking to try and get to it. Became way too muddy. I wish I had known that, but that's not the owners fault, Other than that very good experience visiting Hilton Head.

Great spring break stay

Mother’s Day getaway

We had a great time at the spa beach house. Beach access was great and loved having both pools. The house was cute and comfy, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Weekend with Family

This home was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The area was quiet and well maintained. The home had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were very caring and was easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again with my family and highly recommend to others.

Quiet location convenient to everything.

Amazing Location!

We stayed a week here, and was very pleased wirh everything, from location, to property amenities, condo amenities and the beach being right in the back yard of the property. This condo had absolutely everything we needed, including cookware. The host was very easy to work with, and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend this host and this home!

Anniversary Weekend

My family enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean & cozy. The short walk to beach was amazing & we enjoyed being near everything. This will be our go to spot whenever we visit Hilton Head!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Weekend getaway

Relax in comfortable setting

Nice location close to water and swimming pool. Well-rquipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee maker. Beach chairs and wagon in closet helped with trips to beach. Pleasant communication with owner. Friendly gate attendants, Paul and Tina.

Cozy beach house

Home was lovely overall. Had a small issue with the ac on a super hot day and within 15 minutes there was already someone on the way to get it fixed. I'm overall very pleased and would 100 percent book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Comfy and cozy

We spent a quiet and very comfortable Christmas here. We loved watching the kitties across the way, walking along the natural beach, and discovering new (to us) birds. Highly recommended!

HER STORY: One of my fondest memories is the summers I spent in SC. My father was taught the importance of family and with him wanting to share the unity and love of his family, we journeyed to SC as a family on vacation, bringing us often to Hilton Head Island.
This was a wonderful experience, so as an adult, I too wanted to share SC with my family and express the heritage of family. And now having the opportunity to have a SC zip code on HHI, to share with family and friends, I am excited. I believe owning a home on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina will allow me a greater awareness of who my family was, is and to build on who they will become - THE LEGACY.
