31 Turtle Lane är en vackert dekorerad, rymlig villa bara 400 meter från Atlanten! Koppla av och varva ner på det privata däck eller i den gemensamma utomhuspoolen. Denna fantastiska villa på flera nivåer var helt ombyggd och dekoratör inspirerad våren 2019 med trä- och kakelgolv i hela, nya inredning och yttre möbler och helt nytt kök och badrum!

Du hittar vardagsrummet med välvt tak, matsal och kök på första nivån, som har en öppen planlösning med golvplattor, kustinredning och gratis WiFi överallt. Vardagsrummet har två soffor, två bekväma stolar och en 50-tums böjd Smart TV, samt tillgång till det privata däck med en gasgrill, picknickbord och matsats. En uppsättning steg leder till det komplexa poolområdet. Matsalen ligger utanför vardagsrummet och har plats för 10.

Gourmetköket är utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat och underhålla, inklusive bänkskivor i granit, avancerade apparater - inklusive en induktionsplatta och skräddarsydda skåp. Det finns ett andra kylskåp i garageområdet för ytterligare lagring av mat / dryck.

Det första av tre gästrum finns också på första nivån. Sovrummet ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet och har en king size-säng och ett privat badrum med stor duschkabin.

Den andra nivån i detta hem har två gästrum. Det första gästrummet har två enkelsängar och en hel säng samt en platt-TV. Gäst sovrummet har åtkomst till ett renoverat hall badrum med badkar / dusch.

Det andra gäst sovrummet har en king size-säng med en platt-TV och privat badrum med duschkabin.

Den tredje nivån i hemmet har sovrummet svit, som har en king size-säng och en sittgrupp med en stor platt-TV. Master-sviten har ett fantastiskt privat badrum med en stor duschkabin med regnhuvudstrålar, fristående badkar och stort fåfänga. Också på denna nivå är tvättstugan för dina fuktiga baddräkter och badhanddukar.

Perfect Family Getaway

This townhome was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our family’s vacation to Hilton Head. The beach is a very accessible, two-minute walk. The home is conveniently located near Harbour Town. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our families. The property was clean, well decorated, well equipped, a great set up for families with kids, and great access to the pool and beach. We hope to rent this property again in the future!

Perfect location

We go to HHI island every summer. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect. The house was great size for a family of 5 + grandparents. We could walk to beach in 2 minutes and pool was outside the back deck. The house had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

We loved this beautiful home. From the well appointed kitchen to the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness of the home. This place is amazing. The beach is gorgeous and goes on forever! Highly recommend. Perfect family or friend vacation spot!

Great property

We absolutely loved our stay and plan on coming back. The location to both the pool and ocean could not be beat, especially with young kids. The decor and design of the property was beautiful. There was some mold in the shower and one of the showers did not drain properly, but these things can easily be fixed and will not prevent us from renting here again.

Great property and location. Hope to return

Last stay I asked for a bigger toaster and a new grill. Both were done. This time. Would ask that more kitchen towels and wash clothes be provided. 2 towels and one wash cloth and one sponge are not enough for 10 people.

Family Wedding Stay

We have owned in Sea Pines previously for 15 years. We love Sea Pines, (Harbor Town, South Beach, and the Beach Club), so much so that our daughter was married on the 18th at Harbor Town and the reception at the Beach Club in the Atlantic Room. This townhouse was the perfect location to spend 2 weeks in prep, have the wedding and then relax. Very well stocked, loved the two refrigerators and the access to the garage. The layout is open for family conversations while making dinner. The short walk to Beach Club was fun for evening nightcap.

Very nice house

Very quiet community, easy 100 yard walk to the beach. The beach was pretty sparse. Nobody camped out nearer than 50 feet away from us, which was nice. The house was clean and big. Beach equipment is just two old chairs. Only caution is with their pricing strategy. We didn't realize it until after we booked. They added a bunch of unknown fees and then taxes to the bill which increased the cost by 50%. I need to be more diligent. We do a lot of rentals and just didn't expect that.

Good but not great

The townhome itself was beautifully remodeled and updated. It’s location, just a short walk to the beach, was awesome. A quiet neighborhood although maintenance blew around the pool at 7:00am, even on Saturday. The gate code we were initially given never actually worked. The garage code worked once to open the door but didn’t work to close it. The floor tiles looked great but we quickly learned that it had probably been months since they had been mopped! Some of the air conditioning ducts were black with grime and fire detectors were missing though their location was clearly seen on the ceiling. Thankfully the issues didn’t impinge on our enjoyment, but it’s a shame that such a lovely property had not been more carefully maintained.

Excellent Villa within walking distance to the beach

Beautiful and well-maintained villa with all essential amenities. Very clean and in excellent condition, and all appliances and amenities were fully functional and operated well during our stay. The community pool is well-maintained and is a welcomed alternative to swimming in the ocean. A short and easy walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth from the villa to the beach without have to haul a lot of stuff to the beach. Nice deck area with large four burner gas grill. Two large refrigerators, which is essentials for large parties by providing enough space for a week's worth of food and beverages. We are hoping to rent this villa for our summer trip in 2025. We had one minor problem at check-in, which was quickly resolved. A battery in one of the ceiling mounted smoke detectors needed to be replaced and beeped every minute. Even though we called after 5:00 PM on check-in day, Vacasa maintenance crew arrive that evening and replaced it. Vacasa's quick turnaround handling this situation was much appreciated. We also enjoyed Vacaca's easy check-in and check out process. Vacasa provided sufficient number of emails leading up to our stay and the instructions were easy to understand. Overall, this was a great experience and we will consider using Vacasa for our next Hilton Head stay.

Great location! Steps to beach and pool!

We had an adult only family vacation and enjoyed the property tremendously. Feedback: The fourth bedroom would be better with 2 doubles or queens for adults instead of 2 twins and a double. As a plus: there was a Keurig coffee maker in addition to traditional drip coffee maker whatever you prefer. Drawback: lawn care people come too early in the morning to sleep in. 0900 every day like an alarm. We like to sleep in while on vacation! Also, downstairs bedroom does not have its own TV. Overall it was a roomy place for a family of 8! Would likely rent again! The pool is right out the back patio and the beach a short, easy walk! Loved that!

Absolutely fabulous!

Great location, beautiful home. We loved this spacious resort villa with a large kitchen including modern appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans, allowing us to cook most of our meals in the house. This villa is a two minute walk to the beach and the community swimming pool is right next door. The porch has a picnic table, deck chair and a grill. We highly recommend this vacation villa.

Great beach property

Few glitches but a great property. Grill caught fire. Never replaced. Deck stair hand rail broke from old wood. . Drains plugged furnace quit. But those were repaired.Fairly clean but some mold in showers and garage steps in vacuumed. Good kitchen stuff but get a 4 slice toaster for that many beds. Great vacation all round

Beautiful home

This is our third time renting this home. Its perfect for a large family or severel couples. Its always clean and well-maintained. The livingroom furniture is showing its wear but otherwise, love everything about this rental.

Great location

This house is steps away from the beach! Updated & clean. The only slight suggestion i would make is to put 2 Queen beds in the bedroom with the doubles & twins. Hard for an adult couple to sleep in there. This was our 2nd time renting this house & we love the location!

Beautiful place, well stocked, very clean, close to beach and bike paths. Loved it!!

We had a great time! Place was amazing and would definitely stay again. Been to HHI almost every summer for 17 years but this was our first time staying in Sea Pines. Would definitely do it again! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the internet connection kept going out but other than that it was perfect!

Meets every need

This home is perfect. Location is superb, close to the beach, bike paths, golf, restaurants and all the great attractions of the island. The house is decorated beautifully and supplied with everything you need. When we arrived there were a couple issues that weren’t up to standards for Vacasa, but they took care of everything immediately and professionally. We can’t wait to come back to this gorgeous home!
