Denna plats ligger pÄ översta vÄningen (3: e vÄningen) och Àr DIREKT OCEAN FRONT med en av de bÀsta utsikten pÄ stranden! Enheten totalrenoverades med bÀnkskivor i granit i hela (kök och badrum), golv, vitvaror i rostfritt stÄl, nya möbler och sÀngar 2019!

Du kommer att kunna sitta och titta pÄ vÄgorna rulla in och ner pÄ stranden frÄn din egen privata balkong och utsikten Àr fantastisk! Du Àr bekvÀmt belÀget intill den privata strandpromenaden som tar dig direkt till stranden!

AnlÀggningen har en enorm utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana pÄ 150 ft som Àr en absolut hit för barnen. Det finns ocksÄ en inomhuspool med en badtunna samt en annan utomhusbadtunna. Det finns ocksÄ tvÄ pÄ plats tennisbanor, basketplaner, putt-putt och en rolig utomhuslekplats med en enorm grÀsmatta för dina utomhusaktiviteter som barnen kommer att Àlska.

Det finns bÄde gas utomhusgrillar i nÀrheten och kolgrill pÄ plats för din bekvÀmlighet för att laga nÄgra lÀckra mÄltider!

A Place at the Beach III Àr en fastighet vid havet och har en privat strand / strandpromenad. Komplexet Àr det roligaste pÄ stranden!

Ligger 1 km frÄn Fort Macon. BekvÀmt till Morehead City (5 minuter), Beaufort (10 minuter), NC Aquarium (15 min), Shackleford Banks och Cape Lookout. Oceanna Fishing Pier och Amos Mosquitos-restaurangen ligger ett par minuter bort. Det finns mÄnga saker att utforska i omrÄdet, Àven om du hittar allt du behöver för en rolig familjesemester precis pÄ fastigheten och förmodligen aldrig vill lÀmna.

Denna enhet Àr pÄ den tredje berÀttelsen. Det finns en hiss och vagnar för att hjÀlpa till med lastning och lossning av bagage. Det finns tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. SÀngklÀder ingÄr.

Clean and well-equipped two-bedroom unit with a full view on the beach. The pool and other amenities at the complex were first rate, and the staff was so friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a great week, and I highly recommend it

Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful oceanfront view and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach. We checked out pickleball equipment and enjoyed a quick 9 holes of mini golf on the property.

Not as great as it could have been

We do a lot of VRBO properties and it doesn’t take much to make us happy. A pack of plastic hangers instead of broken wire ones only cost a dollar at Walmart. A non moldy shower curtain is cheep and should be replaced often. Hand soap for bathrooms and more than 1 roll of toilet paper would be convenient when you just arrive and can’t get to a store immediately. I would have paid 10 more for decent bath towels too! Those were terrible. And I can’t imagine 2 new lightbulbs in the master bedroom would be a big deal to replace. As another renter stated- the screen doors are rusted open and the front door is hard to latch. I would agree. I took pictures of the dangerous broken chair and lamp - just decorative part broken-to ensure we didn’t get charged for those. The view was nice, I will say that. And that beach is wonderful. But I didn’t look forward to coming back inside at the end of the day to the disgusting shower and tv that you can only see in one of the chairs. We love Atlantic Beach and have been coming here for 20 years, but we will not be staying in this condo again.oh! And I almost forgot to mention- only one source of water can be used at the same time! Whatever you do, don’t try to wash dishes while someone is in the shower

2nd time at this condo

While the price was acceptable, the property can use a little TLC. kitchen faucet about to fall off No lite under microwave Screen door not usable Ceiling fan pulls are missing An extra TV in MBR would be awesome Dimmer on bar light Entry door needs a new lockset Very simple fixes, and funny thing is most them are the same from first visit, with no upgrades. LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail.

Fun family beach week!!

This is the 2nd year we have used this unit and the one below, same owners. We always have spacious accommodations for the whole family. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to texts. The property is perfect for families!

The filter on the AC unit was so dirty. No way it had been changed in a while. The temp would not get below 75. Called for service. Finally had the Unit recharged. Very little pots or pans ,we did voice our concern and they brought a new set. Couldnt use the slide door coming out from the bedroom. We had very little internet or WIFI. Not that we were in the room a lot.

Cozy in size. Nicely appointed and good location relative to pool and beach. Comfortable beds. Kitchen storage a little awkward but manageable.

Nice getaway.

View was perfect. Unit nicely appointed. Kitchen fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Location was good base for all the sites we wanted to see. Would recommend.

April 2024 stay at Atlantic Beach

There are so many positives about this property! The view is fantastic, you can see the dolphins in the water from the balcony. The location is excellent, just a short walk down the stairwell to the beach access boardwalk (also an elevator down the hallway if needed). The unit is well maintained and lovely with a nice kitchen and ample living area to spread out and contains a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The pool is gorgeous and equipped with a water slide which is great fun for children and adults alike! There are also grills and tables for public use outdoors as well as an indoor pool. Everything was as expected, and we would most definitely stay here again.

Our family Experience

Location and view are priceless but it wasn’t welcoming or well stocked, smells like mold when you walk in the door. ONE KITCHEN TOWEL NOT ENOUGH BATH TOWELS, NO EXTRA TOILET PAPER or paper towels no extra trash bags Pillows were flat No extra blankets Master bath has serious mold issues feels like you’re about to fall through the floor in the tub shower leaks out the opposite end somehow, handles are mixed up original 1980’s are not on the correct valves Both tub showerheads are about to fall off All knives are dull and pans are horribly scratched on most pans Washer and dryer don’t work well Microwave under counter light doesn’t work

The resort and amenities are amazing and plentiful. You have everything here that you need for a fun family vacation without ever having to leave the property. However, there is plenty to do and history in the area should you decide to venture out.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo is Direct Oceanfront with one of the best views on the beach in an amazing area of North Carolina. Our unit is also directly ocean front and the view of the ocean is incredible.
