Ny listad, renoverad 2019! OCEANFRONT TOP GOLVENHET En plats vid stranden

Utsikten är helt fantastisk på denna lägenhet vid havet på A Place at the Beach! Denna plats ligger på översta våningen (3: e våningen) och är DIREKT OCEAN FRONT med en av de bästa utsikten på stranden! Enheten totalrenoverades med bänkskivor i granit i hela (kök och badrum), golv, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, nya möbler och sängar 2019!

Du kommer att kunna sitta och titta på vågorna rulla in och ner på stranden från din egen privata balkong och utsikten är fantastisk! Du är bekvämt beläget intill den privata strandpromenaden som tar dig direkt till stranden!

Anläggningen har en enorm utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana på 150 ft som är en absolut hit för barnen. Det finns också en inomhuspool med en badtunna samt en annan utomhusbadtunna. Det finns också två på plats tennisbanor, basketplaner, putt-putt och en rolig utomhuslekplats med en enorm gräsmatta för dina utomhusaktiviteter som barnen kommer att älska.

Det finns både gas utomhusgrillar i närheten och kolgrill på plats för din bekvämlighet för att laga några läckra måltider!

A Place at the Beach III är en fastighet vid havet och har en privat strand / strandpromenad. Komplexet är det roligaste på stranden!

Ligger 1 km från Fort Macon. Bekvämt till Morehead City (5 minuter), Beaufort (10 minuter), NC Aquarium (15 min), Shackleford Banks och Cape Lookout. Oceanna Fishing Pier och Amos Mosquitos-restaurangen ligger ett par minuter bort. Det finns många saker att utforska i området, även om du hittar allt du behöver för en rolig familjesemester precis på fastigheten och förmodligen aldrig vill lämna.

Denna enhet är på den tredje berättelsen. Det finns en hiss och vagnar för att hjälpa till med lastning och lossning av bagage. Det finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Sängkläder ingår.

Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful oceanfront view and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach. We checked out pickleball equipment and enjoyed a quick 9 holes of mini golf on the property.

Fun family beach week!!

This is the 2nd year we have used this unit and the one below, same owners. We always have spacious accommodations for the whole family. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to texts. The property is perfect for families!

Nice getaway.

View was perfect. Unit nicely appointed. Kitchen fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Location was good base for all the sites we wanted to see. Would recommend.

Off season weekend trip

Owner is excellent communicator. Home was immaculate. Highly recommend, would love to return one day. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear emerald water, we found so many good shells. So close to Beaufort and we took the ferry to Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout.

Fantastic ocean front get away

From check in to check out our vacation was fantastic! Condo was very clean with more amenities than needed. Pleasant walk to the beach and easy access to the pool make this property perfect for little kids. We will definitely return in the future! A Place at the Beach III is definitely a fun family resort. The condo had a great view, was extremely clean and the location is perfect. The condo was supplied with plenty of bedding/linens/towels/cooking utensils, pots and pans. Everything to make a home away from home was included. We look forward to making more family memories in the coming years.

Atlantic Beach Getaway

We booked this spot at the last-minute. We were very pleased with the entire stay. The condo is located so close to the boardwalk to get to the beach... takes about 2 minutes to get there. The porch has a very nice view with two chairs to sit in. The owners were also very responsive to all the questions and requests we made.

While the price was acceptable, the property can use a little TLC. kitchen faucet about to fall off No lite under microwave Screen door not usable Ceiling fan pulls are missing An extra TV in MBR would be awesome Dimmer on bar light Entry door needs a new lockset Very simple fixes, and funny thing is most them are the same from first visit, with no upgrades. LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail.

April 2024 stay at Atlantic Beach

There are so many positives about this property! The view is fantastic, you can see the dolphins in the water from the balcony. The location is excellent, just a short walk down the stairwell to the beach access boardwalk (also an elevator down the hallway if needed). The unit is well maintained and lovely with a nice kitchen and ample living area to spread out and contains a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The pool is gorgeous and equipped with a water slide which is great fun for children and adults alike! There are also grills and tables for public use outdoors as well as an indoor pool. Everything was as expected, and we would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect place at the beach! From the view of the lighthouse in the distance, dolphins swimming just yards out from the shore, and picturesque boats sailing by, every part of this location was beautiful. My 5 year old loved the bunk beds and we felt we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was a rainy week, but we loved the close proximity of the beach to get back inside quickly and also the indoor pool to keep the kids entertained during the rainy days. We hope to come back next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home away from home.
