Hyra för mars månad för $ 1800 om intresserad. Kan hyra några veckor i april också. Renoverad i 11/18 och Oceanfront. Den har 4 separata sängar för bekvämt sovande. Det är en kort promenad till strandpromenaden där alla restauranger ligger. Mycket trevligt träbord på däck för ett glas vin eller äta middag vid solnedgången. Det finns en full storlek W / D i enheten. Jag äger en annan lägenhet ett kvarter bort och har tillgång till en pool (ett kvarter nerför gatan). Husdjur vänliga (för en $ 75 per husdjur avgift) Allt är nytt i min plats (11/18) inklusive möbler och apparater. Sängkläder är $ 60 extra. Om du skulle vilja ha dem. fråga dem när du bokar.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a short but very nice little getaway at this lovely property. The best part was the balcony and gorgeous views! We also loved being able to walk the beach so easily with the private staircase over the dunes. The listing is as advertised and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Carolina Beach!

Beautiful view!

We loved staying at 1A and getting to have our coffee while watching the sunrise from the balcony! Beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided! Most importantly, my dog had a great time catching her frisbee in the waves! And we loved going to the dog friendly restaurants like Havanas, Sea Witch, and Nollie’s Tacos. Thank you!

Home away from home

It was perfect for me. Everything was clean. View was perfect which is the most important aspect of my beach vacays. Every where we went to eat or drink was within walking distance. Perfect 3 days and nights.

Great location!

It was wonderful to stay just a short walk to the sand! The porch was a fabulous spot to relax on, the beach was wide and pristine, the condo had everything make our stay comfortable! The host was great about answering all questions and concerns quickly.

Disappointed

If you stay in 1A plan on not sleeping or resting due to all the noise above you. From the cleaning crew daily and the THUMP THUMP THUMP that is never ending. Highly not recommended!!!!!

Beach front condo

Easy access to the beach, two balconies, plenty of space and nearby restaurants and shops. The refrigerator could have been more clean (sand in the door compartments and the front looked like it hadn’t been cleaned). Otherwise, a lovely place to stay the week with my two granddaughters! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Excellent Beach Access!

The property was exactly as represented. The location was excellent. My husband and I are not small people, so a king bed would be a plus for us. Very good communication with owner.

Great beach condo!

The condo was clean upon arrival and we had pretty much everything we needed during our weeklong stay. Plenty of space for our two teenagers and dog! Loved sitting in the rockers on the balcony listening to the waves. Location was nice as it was walking distance to the boardwalk area and some restaurants. My only complaint would be that we heard a lot of noise from the upstairs unit. It sounded like lots of jumping and stomping and would make the ceiling fan in the living room rattle. Nothing was heard from next door, even though there were people staying in that unit. So, not really a complaint about the unit itself, probably just our bad luck as to who was staying upstairs! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Cozy family getaway with the pups!

This property was everything we needed to relax for a week at the beach with our teenagers and dogs. The property was clean with a well organized kitchen, and stocked with extra toiletries, hangers, and cleaning supplies. I loved the large kitchen sink with garbage disposal and the bar with bar stools. It was just the right size for our family of 4 with 2 small dogs. I love that both bunk beds were full size mattresses. This was great for older kids. The large washer and dryer were nice to have throughout the week as well. Beach access was easy and close. We were able to go back and forth from the ocean all day. The location was great as well. It was not a super congested area, but the Carolina Beach Boardwalk was still within walking distance. We could walk there in about 10 minutes, which saved us a lot in parking fees to go down to that area for shops, treats, and riding the Ferris wheel. We would definitely stay here again.

Oceanfront Condo

We enjoyed our spring break vacation at this oceanfront condo! Loved that we could bring our dog along and she could walk to the beach with us! Andrew was very quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely stay here again!

3 days at the beach

Everything was as stated in the listing. It lacked for nothing that could make a stay at the beach complete. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The unit is in a great location with plenty of beach front area. The views of the ocean were what I was looking for when I booked it. The building itself is a bit worn, mainly due to the elements. The entrance and stairs up could use a good cleaning but ppl are coming in directly from the beach so understand the context for that statement. The owner has done a nice job with the renovations. There is plenty of seating and space to hang out. The kitchen look has been renovated nicely but the functionality is a bit lacking. Bathrooms are fine. Beds are okay as well. I would opt to bring your own sheets as the ones in the linen package are a bit thick (like winter sheets) and do not let air through so it gets very very warm at night. Overall, a good rental unit for a beach front property.

Great Vacation!

Location was wonderful, the property is as advertised;clean, modern, well maintained and comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate and answered all of our questions. We usually visit Carolina Beach every 2-3 years, I can see us contacting this Owner agin in the furture.

Good stay

clean unit (my most important criteria) 10 minute easy walk to boardwalk good unit to consider if you want to bring your dog easy access to beach nice view of ocean and sunrise - I love rocking chairs but it would also be nice to have counter height chairs to get an even better view of the surf. Owner very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

If you are looking for luxury, and comfortable, this is the place. I renovated this with comfort in mind. All memory mattresses that help you feel at home when visiting the beach. A great kitchen to enjoy cooking in and very convenient(10 minute walk) to the boardwalk where all the action is.
