Beautiful 3rd floor condo with oceanfront master bedroom and family room. Gorgeously decorated with upscale Henry Link furnishings, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit will make you feel like you never want to go home! This renovated unit features a well-equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a full sized stove, and a washer/dryer unit. Get a great night's sleep on the king size bed in the master, twins in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room. Beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience in the storage room downstairs. Seasonal pool is open for a quick dip after the beach. Sit on the deck and enjoy the summer fireworks every Thursday night. This is the perfect location for your vacation! Walk across the street to the lake and enjoy taking a stroll to enjoy the wildlife or pedal a boat. Family movies are shown (peak season) every Sunday evening at the lake. Walk to restaurants, the amusement park or the Boardwalk; all within a few blocks. Get a donut at the famous Britt's Donuts (seasonal) or an ice cream at Squigley's. Relax and make our home, your home away from home.

Location great! House was not very clean- sand on floor when we got there- old dog chew toys under chair, sheets dirty, cockroaches in kitchen and on back deck. The deck size was great!

We loved this place. Will definitely be back next year. Only complaint is the tap water was over treated. Made showers fill like breathing in indoor pool air, but that's on the city not the properties fault.

We spent a lot of time on the deck due to the wonderful views and comfortable chairs. 42 stairs up to the unit was a hike; but we knew this ahead of time from other reviews and would not have had the lovely views had we been on a lower floor. One disappointing thing was the lack of some essential kitchen supplies, such as both dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. We also couldn't find extra trash bags. Turns out they were at the bottom of the trash can, but were wet. The park across the street was great for walking our dog. Loved the "Rainbow Bridge" covered with plaques and collars from those who have crossed it.

Condo is beautiful and clean! The views from the balcony are amazing and we had a very relaxing time. The check in process was also very easy and the owners sent very helpful check in and out emails!

Awesome location!!!

My family was very impressed with this vacation spot. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you need.......in the condo and for the beach. It is very close to everything and the park close by was a beautiful spot for our dog to walk.

Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home!

We loved! The location is great . Close enough to walk to everything yet far enough to relax and enjoy the ocean waves. The beds are comfortable and our hostess accommodating. We would defiantly rent it again

Great ocean view & location

Over Memorial Day weekend, my husband and I and our adult daughter with her dog enjoyed the condo's central location, lovely ocean view from the deck, easy beach access, and proximity to restaurants, town/community park, and hiking trails at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach State Park. The third floor condo was well-furnished with updated kitchen appliances, 2 comfortable bedrooms, and beach equipment amenities.

Wonderful ocean front condo!

The condo was very clean and walking distance to the boardwalk and almost anything you would want to do. We only used our car to go to the grocery store. We loved it!!

Perfect location

This condo has the best views of the beach and is also convenient to CB Lake. It’s well appointed and comfortable. Only word of caution is hot water sometimes takes a few minutes to reach the unit.

Vacation WIN!!

We enjoyed our oceanfront week at “Sea for Miles”! We were blessed with beautiful weather and lots of fun! The pet friendly residence was nicely decorated and adequately appointed. The location was great, placing us just steps from the beach, within walking distance of the board walk and across the road from Lake Park, which was an excellent location to walk our dog. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit! Thanks for providing exceptional accommodations that are also pet friendly!

Great stay at Carolina Beach

My family (me, wife, son, and dog) stayed at the property in question over the course of a week. The place itself was great, but the best part was the amazing view and short walk to the beach, as well as the general location at Carolina Beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend the property to families similar in size as ours. It had everything we needed and it was well furnished. The weather was amazing the week we went, and the beach area in front of our unit was relatively quiet (which was great so we did not have to fight a crowd). I also enjoyed it being close by the lake and walking path across the street, as well as a nearby park (which included a greenway).

Everything as expected!

Great location and the perfect size for 3 of us enjoying a couple of days at the beach. The tall chairs on the deck were great for relaxing and watching the waves roll in. Easy access to beach. The parking is extremely tight and had to repeatedly move the car (Rav 4) to different locations within the bay to let people in and out and unload the car. Not sure what we would have done if we had 2 cars with us as the doors to the storage closets from all units would have been blocked. Excellent communication with the owners.

Beautiful views of the ocean

The apartment has amazing views of the ocean. Beautifully decorated . My only concerns that it isn’t children friendly , I couldn’t safely lock the balcony for my 3 year old. We didn’t even have half of paper towel roll. The children room has a draft from the window and kept it cold all night . Mandy was great on communication and took care of couple of issues we had during our stay

Simply perfect!

We came to Carolina Beach to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday. This lovely condo was the best place to celebrate! The kitchen has been renovated since the photos were taken and is beautiful! The condo has 2 renovated bathrooms not featured in the photos, one featuring a walk in shower and one has a tub. The deck has seating for 6 people (updated furnishings from the photos!) and is a wonderful spot to relax in the evening once the babies are in bed! We LOVED being able to have our dog with us. Made for the ideal family getaway. The condo is centrally located and we found that nearly everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. The condo is on the top level and the stairs can be difficult but we found them helpful in burning off calories from all of the delicious Carolina food! There are two WiFi networks- use the netgear one with the password noted in the guestbook for best results. The owner, Brenda is a delight to work with and answers all questions quickly. Book this place, you’ll be glad you did!

Beautiful property-rough check in

Upon arriving, we started our check in using the information we received from VRBO. I did not recall the personal email sent a month prior with different information regarding check-in. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the owners, VRBO was contacted. We finally got a call about an hour later with the correct code. A comment about the email was made but no apology regarding our wait. I felt that was rude but we put it aside and enjoyed our trip. The stairs are tiresome for these old bones but the view is amazing. I would recommend the apartment, just remember any personal correspondence between you and the owners off-site of VRBO. Suggestion to anyone in charge of any rentals-please be available to make sure your renters are able to check in with no problems. After driving 6 hours, we had no desire to hang out trying to get into the apartment for over an hour.

Great breath of fresh air!

I wanted a short stay away with my pooch and found this last minute getaway. The pictures are relaxing to look at but the "in person" is even better. Everything was clean and well kept. The view was extraordinary. Pub height seating and regular seating was nice. It was so nice out I wished for a lounger but got creative with 2 chairs and was fine. It was nice to have a smart lock so not to have to keep up with a key. The king bed was a bit softer than I prefer but it felt like just a type of mattress I am not used to. This was my 1st time staying on a 3rd floor walkup and I really got my exercise but it was worth every step to be on the top floor. The parking under the condo unit was reserved and a little tight for my larger suv but it worked out fine. I just didn't pull in all the way and there was still room to be out of the street. Being a one way street made it even better when backing out. We found that walking the beach and the areas close by (Lake Park) were great plus there is a dog park not far away. Lot's of nice local people who welcomed us visiting there. Easy walk to the boardwalk but not much open this time of the year. Enjoyed food from Uncle Vinny's, Bowmans and Ocean Grill...very good. All in all a wonderful trip and I will be a repeat renter if I get the chance. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Beautiful home with great beach vibes throughout. Well stocked kitchen with blender, spices, Cuisinart coffee maker, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator. Clean and very comfortable. Extra blankets, towels and linens provided. Lots and lots of storage space and closets. Storage closet also provided to place our own beach/pool accessories as well as they provided extra beach chairs, beach umbrella and other items. We loved our stay! Fantastic ocean view from a very spacious balcony, where you can actually “sea for miles”. Thank you for providing a great home away from home! Highly recommend to fellow beach lovers!!
