Extravagant och bekvämt hus som de älskar att koppla av i på semestern eller inför ett viktigt möte. Området är mycket lugnt med vacker utsikt och ligger på stadens mest natursköna och prestigefyllda kulle. Det finns gott om öppna ytor där man kan njuta av en drink efter stranden och en promenad i gamla stan eller äta middag, svalkad av brisen. Detta loft är ett stort öppet utrymme, det är svårt att tro att du bara är 15-20 minuter från Neapels centrum och en timme från Rom med tåg, det är en del av en villa med trädgård och pool; en riktig oas efter att ha besökt staden.
Med havet, stranden, barer, pizzerior, affärer och restauranger så nära är det mycket trevligt att bo här, ett solarium med 2 solstolar finns på taket och inbjuder dig att koppla av, lyssna på fågelljudet, läsa en bra bok eller bara koppla av efter en promenad i naturen.
Vi står gärna till ert förfogande för eventuella råd och/eller behov, eftersom vi bor i samma villa, bara några meter bort. Du kommer dock att ha din egen ingång och avskildhet.

Great stay!

The space was roomy and decorated so nicely. Loved all the details. The outdoor space cannot be beat! But the real gems are the hosts. So friendly and beyond helpful. They helped us pick restaurants and scheduled taxis and taught me how to make caffe on the stovetop. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and located in a very lovely and quiet neighborhood. Anna is incredible! She was so kind and helpful during my stay and always available to answer questions or meet any needs. I loved the outdoor space and the pool and the house inside was charming and very large with very comfortable beds! The AC was greatly appreciated after spending a month in an apartment without. My stay was perfect and I highly recommend this property.

Excellent choice!!!!!

My husband and I had been looking for a place near the apartment we rented 50 years ago. We couldn't believe the location of Anna's house. It was perfect! There is not a lot of ocean view from the apartment, but as soon as you walk out of the gate, there it is. We didn't rent a car, and instead walked everywhere. Granted the hill leading to the apartment is no easy feat, but it is worth it as were our treks to Pausillipon archeological ruins and then downtown to Mergillina. We couldn't believe the size. Two full bedrooms, a separate toilet room, and just next to it, are the sink and shower. The study has very comfortable furniture and the living/dining room is bright and cheery. The kitchen is a bit small, but we weren't planning on preparing any major meals and it offered everything we needed. But the best parts are all the personal, creative and artistic surprises in each room. We found something new every day. It was wonderful. Anna was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. We enjoyed ourselves so much more than we had even hoped. Thank you Anna for a delightful retreat. Karen and John

Quirky apartment in a quiet district

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the outskirts of Naples. It is located under the main house and is a semi basement with two windows at the back of the property - this keeps it quite nice & cool. It has a shared garden with seating and distant sea views and a plunge pool which we didn’t use as it was very green with algae - although it had been cleaned the day before we left. There is an air conditioning unit in the sitting room which we used to cool off after coming back from our trips out and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. It is decorated in a unique charming quirky style and we were very comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. We couldn’t find the dishwasher to start off with and finally found that it was built in to the gas cooker in a pull out drawer under the top oven! There is on street parking directly outside the house. We had hired a car but on reflection we wished we hadn’t as you need nerves of steel to drive around Naples! There are local food shops and restaurants within walking distance of the property, although it is a fairly steep walk back up the hill! There is a bus you can catch just down the hill on the main road which takes you to close to the Metro station and you can get an all day ticket that can be used on all public transport for just over €5. Lastly I would like to thank Anna for being such a lovely host - she is very friendly helpful and responsive if you need any advice.

Tolle sehr individuell gestaltete Unterkunft

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Bereits eine Woche vor der Abreise nahm die Eigentümerin mit uns Kontakt auf und die Anreise gestaltete sich aufgrund ihrer Beschreibung einfach und ohne Probleme. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und sehr großzügig gestaltet, die Kinder und auch wir hatten jeweils einen abgetrennten Bereich - es ist alles wie beschrieben sehr offen gestaltet. …besonders hat uns das „Wohnzimmer“, mit einer sehr bequemen Couch und 2 Sesseln gefallen- dort haben wir nach einem langen Tag bei ein paar Spielen erholen können. Im kleinen dazugehörigen Pool konnten wir uns super abkühlen und auf dem Teil der zur Wohnung gehörigen Terasse die Kinder beim Baden beobachten. die Wohnung hat keinen direkten Terassenzugang, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Eigentümerin macht den eigentlichen Charme der Unterkunft aus! Sie ist sehr freundlich, kinderlieb und stets hilfsbereit, gibt Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurantempfehlungen und hilft auch mit den Tischreservierungen. Sie spricht englisch.

geräumige Wohnung am Rande Neapels mit liebevoller Gastfamilie

Lage: Randlage (sehr mutig mit Mietwagen, geduldig mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - Tickets gibt es in den Tabak-Läden und Bars, einen Fahrplan gibt es nicht), kleine Geschäfte für die nötigsten Einkäufe (gut sortierte "Conad-Supermärkte" gibt es entlang der Hauptstraße), ruhig, schöne helle Terrasse, das Meer ist leider nur an wenigen Stellen zu erreichen, dafür ein kleiner Park "Parco Virgiliano" in 30-40 min. zu Fuß mit Blick auf die Inseln, den historischen Ort Pausilypon (man erreicht ihn nur mit Führung durch einen 770 m langen Tunnel) und Spielplätzen Gastfamilie: sehr nette und fürsorgliche Betreuung, die Familie wohnt direkt über der Wohnung und ist bei allen Fragen behilflich Ausstattung: sauber, funktional, für uns vier Personen ausreichend (es gab auch Spielsachen für unsere Kinder), Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gestellt, die Räume sind durch Holzbretter bzw. Schiebewand teilweise getrennt (die Fotos auf der Seite waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht auf dem neuesten Stand), zwei Fenster spenden Tageslicht (es gibt viele Lampen), zweiflammiger Gasherd ohne Backofen, Geschirr könnte mehr da sein, die Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionieren, Tee gab es zur Genüge, viele DVDs und CDs zur Unterhaltung (Eng. und It.), viele Ausflugstipps lagen bereit (wir empfehlen die "Artecard")

Ottima casa al piano sotto di una villa di famiglia. Casa dallo stile particolare, spaziosa e accogliente, best in estate. Persone gentili e disponibili. Park sotto casa, vicinanza a molti servizi base e non, Posillipo è strategica e offre panorami notevoli.

Très belle région, riche en beaux paysages et sites historiques

Séjour très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux de la part d’Anna et Valentino qui nous ont donné de nombreuses informations sur les lieux à découvrir autour de Naples et fait déguster des spécialités locales. La maison (appartement en 1/2 sous sol de la maison familiale) est spacieuse et atypique. Le jardin est très agréable, le quartier est calme et on peut y garer la voiture en toute sécurité. C’est un bon point de départ pour rayonner dans la région.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, eine ruhige Oase, 3 min zur Bushaltestelle

Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen und keine lauten Autos. Frühstücken im Garten. In der riesigen Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Tolle, zurückhaltende Hilfe von Anna und ihrer Tochter.

Lieu idéalement situé. ..à proximité de tous les commerces et l'arrêt de bus

L'appartement est vaste avec un style plutôt atypique néanmoins agréable pour un séjour à Naples, nous sommes très content de notre séjour ....Les napolitains sont très chaleureux et les propriétaires très très hospitaliers, je recommande ce lieu pour une visite de Naples et ses alentours.

The house is a large open space equipped with every comfort.
Absolutely fantastic place. Very bohemian with a great beach vibe Big enough for groups, big family or 2small. Great place to stay for anyone looking for something a little out of the ordinary. Loft open plan with loads of space filled with unusual furniture and design from recycled materials. Beds and sofas are new of excellent quality

Extravagant and comfortable Home (Loft about 130 m²), ideal for families, small groups of friends and For All Those Who Love Relax on holidays or before an important meeting.
The neighborhood is very quiet and the View is stunning and is on the most scenic and prestigious of the city hill.
There are wide outdoor spaces where you can enjoy a drink after the beach and your tour in the old town or have dinner, refreshed by the wind breeze.

If you want to get into the city there is a bus stop 3 minutes away with a regular bus stop service(140) to Metro on Mergellina for the Ancient City.

In the evening it is possible to listen to the noise of the birds from the close gardens while sitting comfortably on the sofa, reading a good book or simply relaxing after a walk into the nature.
The kitchenette is included in dining area, it has just been renovated and it is thought for those who, even on holiday, want enjoy cooking. It is equipped with toaster and microwave, freezer and refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine.
