Detta specialanpassade hem ligger inbäddat mot bergssidan i centrum av Avila Beach och har utmärkt utrymme för månggenerationsfamiljer. Hemets unika planlösning erbjuder familjer flexibla sovrum.

Hemmet har en öppen stor planlösning. Det stora rummet har katedraltak, fönster i trähölje, Shaker-stilskåp, Viking-apparater, kvartsitskivor, europeiska ekgolv. Det öppna vardagsrummet, köket och matplatserna är på andra nivån. Glidande glasdörrar precis utanför köket öppet för främre och bakre matsal och underhållande däck för färsk havbris och panoramautsikt över bergen. Det finns ett tredje övre däck inbäddat bland stora ekar med utsikt över hamnen. Hemmet har flera utomhusunderhållande däck för att vara värd för gruppsamlingar, ta in kvällssolnedgångar, grilla smakprov och koppla av efter en dag på stranden, rida eller promenera Bob Jones-leden, eller vinprovning i våra lokala Avila Beachprovningsrum.

Hemmet har två master sviter, ytterligare tre sovrum för totalt 5 privata sovplatser och en bäddsoffa (drottning) i vardagsrummet. På marknivå finns det en master svit. Denna master-svit är en studio-svit precis vid ingången med en separat privat ingångsdörr, mini-pentry och full duschkabin. Studio-sviten har en king size-säng. Det andra och det tredje sovrummet, även på marknivå, har båda queen-sängar. Upp en trappa till den andra master sviten och ytterligare ett litet femte sovrum. Den andra master sviten (king size-säng) har en stor duschkabin och separat badkar. Det femte sovrummet har en bäddsoffa (full) och redo för barnen att ansluta sin xBox.

Hemmet är professionellt anlagd. Utomhusdäcken är instoppade i sluttningen under 100 år gamla ekar. Det finns en utomhusdusch för att tvätta bort sandiga fötter och strandleksaker. Det finns ett stort 2-bil garage med plats för cykel, kajak, surfbräda lagring, plus ytterligare bilparkering i uppfarten. Hemmet har en full tvättcentral.

Lovely spacious house by the beach

Overall our stay was excellent. The space is perfect for a group. Our only comment is that we received very little information about house rules (eg whether or not to take out trash and recycling, what to do with used sheets and towels). Also we did not receive any information about WiFi and couldn’t find anything in the house with instructions.

Pure Perfection ... A Splendid Getaway!

'A Wave From It All' was perfect and pristine from the moment we arrived. Information and directions were clear cut, the house was wonderfully laid out for our party of 7 adults - with large comfortable bedrooms (great mattresses and black out shades), adequate sized open living / cooking / dining / gathering space on the upper level, airy patios, uncluttered, beautifully decorated, complete with all the basic necessities, and truly peaceful ambiance. The house is extremely well managed by Seven Sisters, who made every step simple and easy ... we could not have enjoyed a better time away. Walkability to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach/pier were 10 out of 10. We also loved simply home bodying it in the amazing house, and just as location, all agreed the house was totally a 10 out of 10 as well!! Thanks for a most memorable getaway ... We will surely return.

This house was spacious, welcoming, and had everything we needed for our family trip to Avila. I really appreciated the attention to detail in this house, such as blackout blinds in every room. We had a great time and would recommend this rental to others.

Wonderful stay in Avila!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location in Avila. Highly recommend for any visit to the central coast. It's just across the street from the Bob Jones trail for morning jogs and walking distance to the Avila Golf Course. Walk to the beach and downtown Avila in 5-10min. The house itself was exceedingly clean and well-equipped. Property managers were very responsive when we had a problem with the wifi working. The sitting area upstairs works very well for an office space if you're doing a "workcation." Highly recommend- we loved this rental!

The most amazing house and location!!

We were a family of 6 adults (Grandparents + siblings & spouses) + 2 kids (1.5 and 2.5 years old) and had the most amazing family vacation! First, cannot say enough about the cleanliness and perfect location of the house. The place was immaculate when we walked in the door. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was SO close - you can imagine, lugging beach chairs, coolers, tents, and towels (all of which were provided by the house) + 2 toddlers... you need it to be easy and quick. And it definitely was. It was so nice that the house was fully stocked with beach gear. Second, what is really great about the house being such easy walking distance from everything is anyone in the group can easily come and go and you don't have to coordinate everyone doing everything together at the same time. We only have a few minor suggestions - but none of which were enough to affect my overall 5 star rating. 1.) the kitchen and family room are on the second floor of the house (ground level is bedrooms) - i had done enough picture research ahead of time to know we'd need to bring a baby gate for the stairs. Had we not, it would've been really hard with the layout and young kids. Could consider stocking the house with one? 2.) agree with a previous review that the family room could fit a bigger sectional couch / more seating; considering how big the house is.. you'll always have big groups of ppl staying here. 3.) we were pleasantly surprised at the number of pack and plays, high chairs and booster chairs that were stocked at the house - it wasn't super clearly stated so we brought a lot of that ourselves. Overall, we absolutely loved the house and look forward to this being a repeat rental for an annual family vacation! Kids had a great time at Avila Valley Barn, SLO Creek Farms and Central Coast Aquarium. Adults had a great time enjoying drinks at Landing Passage and Libertine Brewing Company. And everyone had a great time at the beach, plus walking the Bob Jones Trail!!! Highly highly recommend both this house and also Avila Beach for your next vacation!
