Courtyard at Avila är en favorit bland gästerna! Beläget i hjärtat av Avila Beach och åtgärder för att värma vita sanden. Courtyard at Avila visar prisbelönta arkitektur med härlig utsikt sluttning. Egen uteplats i gated gården. Bara några steg till restauranger, golfbana, cykelvägen, etc. Alla fördelarna med stranden livs steg från din boarding, kajakpaddling, vattenskidåkning, segling. Condo inkluderar 2 parkeringsplatser i säker, gated garage. De två våningar lägenhet ligger på en privat och helt slutet av gården.

Det finns en hiss från parkeringsgarage till området innergård. Dessa lägenheter uppfyller inte handikapp tillgänglighetskraven. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet, baster och andra sovrummet är handikappanpassad. Var vänlig hänvisa till bilderna för att bestämma lämplighet och enkel rörlighet.

Lägenheten har tre privata sovrum: Mastersuite (king size-säng) med eget badrum; sovrum 2 (queen size-säng); och loftområdet. Father's Day Weekend Fun!

Perfect for family get away!

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy. We had some good meals at Custom House and the kids loved going on their own to the beach and Hula Hut. Great condo and location is amazing

A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

Location, Location, Location!!

We traveled with 8 teenagers and 2 moms and the loft was perfect for boys. Plenty of beds and space for all. Although it being a condo, it never felt cramped even when dining all together. Celebrated Birthday

The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels. Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed. I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.

My kids loved that we could head down for time in the sand over and over again. The condo itself is also adorably decorated and very comfortable. I love the loft, which is huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected and well-stocked with necessities. I loved hanging out on the balcony in the back as well as the nice sitting area outside the front door. Overall, a gorgeous property and we will be back!

There was plenty of room for everyone and these units were next door to each other so it was super convenient.
