Perfekt för par. Utmärkt läge på gångavstånd till stranden. Blå, luftig och ljus. Uteserveringar. Nyrenoverade och välutrustade. Gömd bakom en privat säkerhetsport.

Detta är en mysig liten stuga, liten med stor känsla. Det är perfekt för avkoppling och närhet till allt som vårt Gulf Coast-område har att erbjuda. Det vi älskar med området är att det har en verklig avslappnad, strandig känsla. Det finns flera vackra stränder i området, Siesta Key, Halvmånen, Venedigstranden etc., men Nokomis-stranden är avslappnad, aldrig för trångt, har trevliga och rena faciliteter och eftergifter. Det finns också en lekplats mittemot stranden för små och du kan till och med gå ner till bryggan för att se båtarna komma in och ut ur viken. Det är en dold skatt och perfekt för dig som letar efter mer avslappnad atmosfär men ändå nära till Venedig och Sarasota för shopping etc.

Sängkläder och sängkläder är mycket bekväma. Det finns cyklar på fastigheten för ridning till stranden. Strandstolar, kylare, etc., tillgängliga för användning. Mindre än en halv mil från då stranden, tiki bar / restaurang, glassbutik och livsmedelsbutik. Tvättservice på plats.

Pink Pineapple Cottage

I was down to watch my horse compete at the Venice Equestrian Tour during the month and the cottage was a perfect spot between the show grounds and the beach as well as super close to fun and good restaurants.

Once again, a wonderful home away from home

We love our time at the Pink Pineapple Cottage. Within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, especially when the traffic is busy. This house and location are ideal for a relaxing stay. Thanks once again for a great stay.

Pink Pineapple

What a perfect house for my husband and small dog. It was exactly as pictured except the pictures don't do justice to how nice the fenced in backyard is for a small animal. We had great bikes to ride to beach, a great laundry room, and screened porch. It was a wonderfully quiet location for two old retired people. We have already booked for next year!

Relaxing!

The property exceeded the description. Typically, vacation rentals pictures provide a false representation. This property was well taken care of a perfect get away for a couple. The area is very quiet and conveniently located to everything. We plan on returning! Thanks, The Raulersons

A week in Nokomis Fl.

The Pink Pineapple was the cutest little place! We had everything we could possibly use, on a beach vacation, available to us. The home was comfy and clean. We really enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings. It was nestled just off a main road in Nokomis, but very quiet area. Very close to fun little local tiki bars with waterfront dining. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Our hosts were available for any needs we may have had, but never had to contact them because they had already covered absolutely everything!!

Perfect Getaway

The Pink Pineapple was an absolutely perfect getaway. Not only did it live up to the pictures and description (and much more), it was in a perfect location. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Josh was very helpful, easy to get in touch with & we couldn't have asked for anything more. Great restaurants & a wonderful beach within walking distance. Definitely want to return. Property and location are as described

Clean, neat, small property perfect for two. Plenty of outdoor seating. Proximal and easy walk or bike to the beach and local eateries on the water. Pet friendly property with good size yard which is fenced and gated. This was a local "staycation" and will consider this property again.

A wonderful place

My dogs and I both loved staying here. The house was adorable, had everything we needed. Josh was a wonderful host, even bringing me a flashlight on the night we were expecting storms and possible power outage. I highly recommend this place.
