Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 5: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Undvik hissar och parkera på samma våning som lägenheten !! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla några nötter under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Med över 1.750 kvadratmeter är enheten väldigt rymlig, nybyggd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "platt-skärm SMART TV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 55" SMART TV i befälhavaren, och en 55 "Smart TV i 2: a och 3: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-s��ng i mästaren och två queen sängar i 2: a och 3: e sovrum, bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för att sova upp till 12.

Nice family beach vacation spot

Quiet nice family beach area, good restaurants and shopping, beaches were clean and uncrowned. Kids liked the lazy river and big hot tubs.

Perfect location on a perfect beach

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

Great views! Roomy!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had a great balcony with a good amount of furniture and had awesome views! Plenty of comfortable furniture on the inside of the condo, also. Beds were pretty comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. The only downside to our condo stay was that the condo had not been mopped and our feet immediately got dirty, before even going to the beach. Hopefully, it was just missed by the cleaning crew and is not regularly missed. Only a couple of minor other housekeeping issues. Would also recommend that the sofa and chair pillow covers be washed.We had a great time. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

Girls Getaway

There were four of us "Super Sixties" ladies staying for a week. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! It was great to be able to park on the fifth floor and not have to ride the elevator.

Beautiful condo, great amenities, perfect location

Everything about our stay was wonderful, except the condo had not been cleaned at all. (bathrooms were especially unclean; we cleaned before using) The property is beautiful and the condo rooms are very spacious. The lazy river is a super bonus and fun. The location is close to restaurants, a shopping outlet and more. We had a great time!!

Best family vacation spot

The property is beautifully decorated, easy access from car to door. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a plus for our group. The washer & dryer was nice to wash beach towels & swimwear. The kitchen was stocked well enough but some pieces need to be restocked. Measuring spoons, blades for hand mixer. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap. Salt & pepper and any spices there is nothing! Ceiling fan in living room needs repaired it makes a clicking noise. The patio door is shard to open.

We were able to park right on our floor (5th). The only thing I found a little odd was the # of plates, cups, silverware etc. Even though it is advertised as sleeps 12 (we had 11) there were only 11 plates, cups etc. Not a big deal, but wondered did housekeeping actually take away one of each? Overall our stay was enjoyable!

Great Location-Not Clean

The location of the condo is great! The balcony is spacious and love the access from the master bedroom. Several issues with cleanliness. Master bath toilet was not clean nor was the shower (mold/mildew around bottom of shower). One of the other bathrooms had some blood that my daughter had to clean off. Candy found on the floor in the living room. Need to update appliances. Oven took awhile to heat up and refrigerator drawer did not function properly.

Nice but needs some TLC

Upon arrival noticed that the glass on the kitchen table had a large crack in it that they taped. At the first meal it cracked all the way across and left sharp edges. They did come and remove it the next day. The bathrooms had some mold in the showers and the floor was not cleaned very well and the corners had sand in them. Also the toilets did not flush very well. I would recommend putting a large rug in the living room area to help soften the hard tile floor and allows a soft place for young children to play.

Orange beach condo

The condo was a great size, each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Parking was great, it was on the same floor as the condo so it was easy to go places. Pool and beach were close so that was awesome. Only problem was the condo was not clean. My bed felt like it had sand in it so I ended up washing the sheets. One shower in the bathroom was dirty. The floors were filthy. We had three kids under the age of floor and after less than ten minutes of arrival their feet were black. My husband wore white socks because he forgot his slippers and I’m not sure even bleach will get them clean. Loved the condo but can’t stand being dirty!!!
