We loved our stay here! Communication with the host about a question we had was answered immediately & the condo was the perfect place for the week. Very much appreciated! We also LOVED the pool amenities, the baby pool is great for littles!

The unit was very outdated. TV in living room would not connect to internet on the first day so us and our guest did not have an opportunity to visit when we got to unit after dinner. Bedding is worn. Cleaning crew needs to move furniture to clean.We have stayed at other Phoenix's but, this unit is being removed from lists.

All the essentials and great location. Most fixtures and cabinets appear to be original construction, not bad but not as updated as some other units we visited. Functioned well for our needs. Would stay here again. Nice addition were games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen with even blender and crockpot!

Great location, clean and comfortable unit with well-stocked kitchen. Perfect beach location for nice clear water and minimal crowds. I always love watching the boats traverse the nearby channel.

Super View and Super Clean!

We were quire pleased with our unit - beautiful view and the room was very clean. Comfy bed in the master room - we did not use the second bedroom, but it was also nice and clean.

This condo needs a heavy "spring cleaning". On first glance it looked good. But things like the bath tub was gray on the bottom. The kitchen sink drain was rusty. The light switches were black. The microwave had rust in it. This condo just needs to be updated. It seems that things are replaced as needed but not to update. The building is nice.,

Perfect spot for family with teens

Kudos to management! I messaged needing a dust pan and they were there within 1 hour. Thank you. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. There was updated furniture in the living room that was a nice surprise. The balcony was our favorite place to be for coffee and wine. It was nice that you could utilize the aminities at the property next door - especially since the pool was larger and they have racquetball courts. You rarely had to wait for an elevator and they kept the entire lobby area very clean. The only improvement I would recommend is a touch pad key access to the workout facility in this building. Some mornings we wanted to start before the front desk personnel got there to give a key or in the evening after they were gone. It was an inconvenience. Regardless, we would absolutely stay here again.Thank you for hosting us.

Phoenix VIII

very pleased overall. initially had a slight mixup on door code that was resolved promptly.This is our second stay at Phoenix VIII, and we will certainly return.well equipped kitchen, very good location for our preferences, quiet, close enough to restaurants and stores, very good wifi, nice size balcony with table and chairs and a lounger, large tv..1 minor suggestion would be to add a Roku or something similar to the tv, so to be able to use only one remote and to facilitate finding shows or movies. or just bring your own.Ok. 1 more suggestion for the building mgt. The other Phoenix towers all look to have huge roman numerals up at the top of the building, facing the street. But once you figure out that PHOENIX #8 is the one WITHOUT a number on it, then it’s not a big deal…

The stay was perfect.

The entire stay was perfect. The room was clean and all appliances worked properly. Easy access to the elevators and a short walk to the beach. Definitely will stay here again.
