Beautiful Home, Pet Friendly, Centrally located!

Wonderful home in the heart of Pensacola. With an open floor plan and big spaces, this is a perfect place to gather! The master suite is vast, with a king size bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of room to store the suitcases. The ensuite encompasses two showers so that cleaning up after a day at the beach will be a breeze! There are two bedrooms in addition to the master suite, one of which is quite large. With its own living room area, mini fridge and private entry, this would be the perfect place for the guests that want to do their own thing. The backyard is completely fenced in, perfect for pets and kiddos. The screened in porch has multiple ceiling fans and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. It's a great place to have a morning cup of coffee, or enjoy a great dinner together. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Downtown Pensacola where you'll find some great bars, restaurants and entertainment. For our military friends, we are a 30 minute drive to Whiting Field and 25 minutes from NAS Pensacola. If you're looking to get your toes sandy, we're about a 25 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. 15 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to Pace, Milton or Cantonment. Easy access to I-10 in less than 5 minutes! This house is centrally located and makes getting anywhere in the area a breeze!

Work/family trip

Pensacola Ideal Retreat

Great house

2nd time renting this house, and will rent again. This house is spacious, clean, and has a well stocked kitchen. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions before & during the trip. They even put out Christmas decorations since we were there during Christmas. The house is in a good location and easy to get to places in Pensacola. The neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent and Comfortable home and nice neighborhood

Great location, quiet neighborhood and very convenient to stores and local food establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had our family over for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a homemade dinner. we will definitely stay again in the near future. Thank you!

Great place and neighborhood

House was as described, to a point. Nothing big, pictures were not exactly as house was inside, however, the experience was wonderful and would definitely go there again. Landscaping needed done inside fenced area. Felt like pulling weeds. Lol Quiet neighborhood in a good location. Close enough to all attractions. Thumbs up!!

Spacious House with Accommodating Host

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a street with very little traffic, perfect for families. There were 4 adults and one toddler, and we all had plenty of space for the entire stay. Above all, the host was incredible to us, communicating quickly and swiftly fixing any problems we encountered. The only reason we gave 4 stars in some areas was that the outside of the property was not well maintained as in the pictures, and one of the showers had some hair and a plastic razor cover in it. These are minor issues, however, and would recommend this house for anyone staying in the area.

Perfect Location

This home is spacious and has quick and easy access to grocery stores, malls, downtown, and beaches. The rooms are more than spacious, to include the bedrooms, along with a large covered and screened back porch to enjoy outdoor dining or a peaceful break from others.

Beautiful home. Clean and open floor plan.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is very roomy and was very clean. Master bedroom is very large and 2nd bedroom was vey spacious as well. All necessities provided and kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The children enjoyed the enclosed backyard with plenty of room to play. Host was very responsive.

Love the house and great location I did lived in Pensacola area for over 26 years and because of family problems I had to relocate back to my old home place so I new the layout of the town and the home was in a great location my only problem and it’s a small one is the shower’s getting in and out I’m 5’ and 72 years old my legs just wasn’t long enough but the older shower work great again loved the home and I hope on my next trip back the dates will be available so I can stay again I will tell my all friends about your home

Large home. Perfect for year round stay

We're older, so bathrooms could have used comfort height toilets and/or grab bars, but we enjoyed the space. We were there in December, so weather wasn't very warm, but would love it there in spring & fall. Owner was delightful.

Family time

Our first trip to Pensacola after our son and his family moved here. The property was very clean and convenient to our son’s home and other places like grocery stores and restaurants. The screened in porch was great for reading a book or cocktails.

Extremely Comfortable and Clean Home

Love the large screen-in porch! The living room is comfortable and a great place to unwind in the evening. We only used the master bedroom which was very nice. We cooked in every night. Easy drive to downtown and the beach area. Overall highly recommend.

This home was EVERYTHING

The property was just as described. They think of everything you would need for your stay. We made a trip to the local Walmart for food and snacks. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We are thinking of planning another stay. Best property we have ever stayed in. We had complete privacy, and the screened in patio was really enjoyed.
