Njut av den fantastiska utsikten på denna perfekta strandresa som ligger utanför Pacific Coast Highway, bara 50 mil söder om Mendocino. Med ett möblerat bakdäck med en privat badtunna och en gasgrill är detta hem perfekt för din nästa familjesemester. Inuti har du ett komplett kök med en frukostbar, ett matbord och fantastiska vardagsrum! Och på dessa ibland kyliga nätter, v��rma er genom gasspisen.

Bara tre mil längs kusten, besök Shell Beach där du kommer att upptäcka avskilda stränder med sandiga vikar och tidvattenbassänger. Vandra den omfattande Gualala Bluff Trail som startar bara en mil norrut i Gualala Point Regional Park, spela några golfrunder på Sea Ranch Golf Links, eller äta bland redwoods på St. Orres Restaurant, fyra miles norr. Och om du tar med dig din hund, är Sea Ranch Dog Park mindre än två mil från din ytterdörr.

Nice quiet, well-equipped house for up to 6 people.

Perfect Getaway

Located at the north end of Sea Ranch by the golf course, this home has easy access to the bluff trails for hiking and is close to where the harbor seals hang out. We could hear the ocean from the hot tub at night while star-gazing. The home was clean and bright, and the kitchen was well-stocked with spices and great cookware (which can be rare at rentals!). I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, spacious, perfect location.

Literally next to all the paths and beaches you can explore. Comfortable beds, very clean and stocked with supplies. We especially loved the window seating, it was a really comfortable place to relax with a view.

What a gem!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, squeaky clean house with an amazing kitchen. The view is priceless, the proximity to the bluff and beaches are short. We have had our fair share of houses in Sea Ranch and this was easily in the top three. Would book it again for sure!

That kitchen!

We had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was just what we wanted. The access to trails is great. Comfy furniture, WiFi worked flawlessly. But the newly remodeled kitchen! What a pleasure to have all the tools and gadgets you’d want, in a beautiful space with even an induction cooktop to try out. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home in a spetacular environment

What a lovely home in a lovely environment! It was spacious, well equiped, with a private hot tub, lovely views of the ocean in the distance. We took daily walks to the ocean, saw seals and on low tide we found other ocean life between the rocks. The golf course is right outside, where deer regularly graze.

Peaceful stay

Overall the 3days were lovely. The house is conducive to rest and relaxation. Suggestions: shower curtain is torn and poorly hung Dishes badly chipped, need to replace Front walk needs work and gate broken. Very difficult for older parents and also for a person on a walker to enter the house

Very comfortable Sea Ranch home

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this comfortable home. Everything was very clean and workable. The kitchen was amply stocked with utensils, pots and pans, even coffee filters for the coffee maker. The TV enabled us to us our accounts to stream; just remember to sign out when you leave. The back deck with hot tub is wonderful. They even had a candle to use outdoors. We will come again.

Everything was great

Except I messaged management via VRBO for some info about the house: linens, electronics, kitchen ware, etc. and never heard back. It would NOT keep me from renting this house again as the house was great. Either the host or VRBO simply failed on the communication front is all and has room for improvement.

Nice cozy

We loved the rental property. Everything was well-kept and clean. Kitchen items were well stocked. Some tiles were chipped (in the foyer and kitchen area), but did not interfere with our stay. Watch out for the master bathroom sliding door which could be stuck if you were not careful. I had to text my son to help me out of the bathroom. The towels are thin so perhaps the management could upgrade the quality of the towels. The hot tub was excellent and was used frequently by our family. It was an overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you.

Perfect Sea Ranch escape!

The pictures in the listing did not do this house justice. It was so beautiful, comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of room for a group to be together in the living room. We enjoyed taking turns on the huge and comfortable window seat. The loft was a quiet, private spot for our teenage son. The kitchen had all that we could possibly need as far as basic kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices and oils. We were pleased that there was no smell of mold, which is common in the damp climate. We did not need any groceries from Gualala, but we did go into town to our favorite shop, Bodega Sport and Tackle, which is a great place for souvenirs and beach supplies. We loved being so close to Gualala on this stay! We have stayed at many homes in Sea Ranch and this is now our favorite! We plan to return.

Great spot

Lovely house, lovely location

Layout of house can't be better; main room for all activities and deck whilst two ensuite bedrooms are each at the end of their own hall, quiet and private. Location is terrific for those who don't want to cook much as Gualala, and its restaurants, is very nearby. The house itself has some maintenance issues: a few hot tub jets not working, garbage disposal issues, kitchen is well stocked but no decent coffee maker or tea strainer, one super cheap and small bath towel per person and the tiniest, most ineffective floor towel plus a kind of disgusting cushion floor mat in the master bath (used/old/dirty), bedrooms and bathrooms have no central heating which is a problem when the beds have rough/cheap sheets, weird pillows (foam?), and only one synthetic bedspread (which in our case was dirty [ewwww] but Vacasa replaced it with a clean one immediately), great fenced in front yard for a dog but the gate's latch is broken and the yard is full of weeds... Vacasa's communication is awesome: timely and thorough, very helpful. The house, however, needs some attention from its owner. Don't know if Vacasa has higher levels of linen service for homeowners, but if they do, this house needs that.
