Efter 10 år med överväldigande framgång med Harbour House (egendom # 437948 för att se recensioner) har vi öppnat "Villa's by Christine."

Christines mål kring renoveringen av Villa Key West i två år var att hennes gäst skulle känna den arkitektoniska charmen hos en klassisk Key West Villa medan hon upplever bekvämligheterna på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell.

Som med Harbour House, är Villa Key West på samma pittoreska bostadsgata bara några steg från de charmiga butikerna i centrum, restauranger och Pub's of Safety Harbor.

Vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen har stora smarta TV-apparater med kompletterande traditionell TV, Roku, Netflix, Prime och Hulu.

Nedervåningen befälhavaren har en queen size-säng tillsammans med en stor uteplats och sittgrupp på baksidan med utsikt över en av Safety Harbour eftertraktade 150 år gamla ekar som strömmar över ett naturreservat damm och fontän.

En spiraltrappa leder upp till den avskilda övervåningen som är utrustad med en Queen size-säng tillsammans med ett privat badrum som alla 5-stjärniga hotell skulle värna om.

Christine has anticipated and provided for every need. The villa is extremely well-equipped, especially the kitchen. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the rental. Communication was speedy and friendly. We loved the neighborhood and the restaurants and shops in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

In town for a 40th HS reunion at the Safety Harbor Spa and Resort. Location was excellent for walking there main st spots. Very cool place and the pics are a great representation. Fully stocked with everything you need super cold & quiet AC. Great patio but too hot for me to want to be on it. Christine is the bomb as far as communications and flexibility go. A lot of my buddies wanted to rent this at Italia next year for our own unofficial 41st reunion.

Girls Staycation

Chrisine has thought of everything for this wonderful and cute villa. It is adorable, and so comfortable. Villa has everything you could think of on site for your convience. Loved the little notes all around letting you know how welcome you are there, we loved all the touches! Located a block from downtown Safety Harbor which has so much shopping, dining, and entertainment, it is a beautiful area to spend time in. Absolutly loved this villa, and can't wait for another trip back! Thank you for everything! Was an amazing experience!

Outstanding Place, Hostess & Location!

Two night stay for anniversary celebration with friends. The condo is in an excellent location two minutes to downtown Safety Harbor and quick drives to Clearwater and Tampa. The property is incredibly well maintained and beautifully decorated. Feels very much like you are staying in someones home, not a "rental." Spotlessly clean! Plenty of room for four adults to be very comfortable. Christine was an outstanding hostess with excellent communication. Highly recommend this property and will book again if in the area!

Key West Vibe in Safety Harbor

Our stay at Villas By Christine - Key West was absolutely incredible!! The Key West vibe and decor were perfect!Anything we needed supply wise, except of course for food/drink, was provided. The location is perfect, only 1-1/2 block walk from Main Street where plenty of bars and restaurants await. The neighborhood location of the villa is very quiet and parking on site is super convenient.Would highly recommend either villa, Key West or Italia, when visiting Safety Harbor!!

My husband is from Safety Harbor and we love to go back to visit. Christine’s Villas are our favorite place to stay! Comfort, convenience and a wonderful ambiance, you will absolutely love your stay. Well thought out design, thoughtful amenities, nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We stayed to attend a concert at Raymond James stadium. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place

The small details made this place perfect. The back yard view at night was breathtaking. Temperature control for both bedrooms was very convenient since one wanted it cool and the other wanted it warmer. Quick walk to Main Street in Safety Harbor was icing on the cake.

Amazing place!

This villa is amazing, very clean and everything is so thoughtfully done! Another review stated Christine should give a class on how to set up a STR, I absolutely 100% agree!! The use of space is perfect, very well decorated, the back porch is just amazing, there wasn't anything that she didnt think of to include! The complimentary wine, water and snacks were a welcome surprise! I can't say enough about how clean this place was and I can't give enough stars for this place! We were only there for the weekend and we will definitely be back as we do come to that area several times a year! Christine is more than a superhost!!

Home Away from Home

This was a comfortable and rewarding anniversary trip! We spent a few nights here and enjoyed every minute. The area was close to Main Street and we did hear music (only while sitting on the front) some times. Overall, the host took great care of us, left toys out, had ample beach supplies, and even snacks/wine for our trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!!! Special thanks to the host!

Love Key West!

We have just stayed with Christine for a second time and have already booked for the holidays! It is a wonderful house with everything we need for ourselves and our daughter or another couple. It is very well located within walking distance to Main Street in Safety Harbor, with fun shopping and restaurants. Christine and Dave do a great job!

Lovely stay in safety harbor

Excellent stay, walking distance to the little main st in town and a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. Christine was terrific to work with and she included a lot of nice little touches. Highly recommend!

Adorable!

The Key West Villa was just right for our small family celebration over Christmas. Christine even put up a tree for us! This house is spotless and well equipped for cooking…and eating. The house is cheerful all around, including a fort porch with oversized chairs and a back porch with a sultry view of the Florida landscape. And it’s only two blocks away for Main Street. We have already booked again for May!

My name is Christine. I live just minutes away from Villa Key West. My husband Dave & I moved to Safety Harbor more than 25 years ago from Ohio. Our four children are grown & gave us seven beautiful grand babies.
We absolutely adore Safety Harbor. Taking care of our rentals and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.

Villa Key West is just 11 miles from Honeymoon Island or Clearwater Beaches. Centrally located between Tampa and St Pete which are around 19 miles.
The property itself will put you in vacation mode.
Yet the serenity of the terrace view over the secluded pond and 150 year old oak trees far reaching limbs will relax your every afternoon and evening.
