BLUE MARLIN är ett strandhus i den charmiga golfen i Mexikos strandsidan grannskapet Mustang Royale. Alla 3 sovrum har egna badrum. Det har gott om utomhus sittgrupper för avkoppling.

Det här är en bedårande stugor, perfekt för en romantisk resa för ett par, en fantastisk fisketur för vänner, eller en enkel semester eller flykt till en familj eller en grupp på upp till tio personer. Det finns tre mysiga sovrum sviter med eget badrum. Två av sovrummen har queen size-sängar och den tredje har två uppsättningar tvilling över hela våningssängar. Varje sovrum har en tv och gott om förvaring för din strandklädsel. Det finns ett komplett kök med apparater och köksredskap för att möta dina kulinariska behov. Köket är öppet för matsalen som har plats för sex. Den staplingsbara tvättmaskinen / torktumlare är snyggt gjuten i en garderob av matplatsen. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser och en queen size-bäddsoffa, HD LCD TV / DVD-spelare och en ny Wii. Det finns ett däck ovanför garaget med utsikt, wrap-around däck med utomhusdusch (varmt och kallt vatten), en stor täckt veranda och en skärmad i veranda. Den husdjursvänliga bakgården är inhägnad med en kolgrill på baksidan uteplatsen.

Great house for a family getaway

My family spent 4 nights at this house in July 2023. The location is great, close to the beach and just far enough from the town. I would recommend this house and would love to stay in this same neighborhood again in the future.

Clean and comfortable house close to beach

House was perfect! Clean and comfortable, nice screened in patio and fenced in backyard for the dogs! Golf cart was perfect for 6 of us and close enough to beach we never had to drive the car. A few miles from downtown Port A where we could easily shop, eat and drink.

Best little beach House in Texas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The place was not the most clean. Rugs needed good vacuum and maybe wash. Had hair ( human hair ) on them. Otherwise house was cute And comfortable and had everything we needed!

70th birthday party

This house was perfect for my 70th birthday party. There are 3 bedrooms and each have their own bath. We walked to the beach several times each day. It is well stocked with towels, dishes, and pots and pans. Since it is off season, we practically had the neighborhood to our selves. The people we did meet were very friendly. It was really exactly what we need for our family and friends.

The Blue Marlin and Hurricane Hannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing vacation in Port A. Life in paradise was over the top accommodating !!! We planned our vacation the sa,e time Hurricane Hannah decided to come... we knew we needed to get there before or delay our vacation for 3 days. The LIP worked with us to get there early.... and we made it. We will def use them again

Exactly what we needed.

This property is exactly what we looked for. The best part of this place is that it's all one level. We have a dog that we wanted to hang out with in the house and that could also go outside to play without ever being leashed. This gave us a comfortable option for both. We also wanted a place that we didn't need to climb stairs. There's nothing like being able to come and go without climbing stairs! that's absolutely a plus. The kitchen was very well equipped. I wouldn't worry about not having enough cooking pots, bowls, plates, serving dishes, cutting knives, serving utensils, silverware. Honestly, they have it all. They also have plenty of throw blankets, quilts, pillows...everything to make you cozy. The outside patio is the best! That's where we spent most of our time. since it's screened in, you won't have to worry about bugs or any unwanted wind. the chairs and table are very comfortable. You may not see the ocean from the patio but you can hear it! It was great. You have easy access to the beach on foot or on a golf cart. The boardwalk is newer or very will kept and was great to have so close. My wishes for this place. 1) I wish we had more space for our stuff in the kitchen. We really didn't have a place to keep our food. We had to move dishes around to make space. I also knew we wouldn't use some things...like a keurig, but I didn't have any other place to store it. Some sort of shelving or extra cabinet would be nice to have. 2) A area rug in the living area would be nice. I know it's probably too much to keep something like that clean in between rentals, but with a dog, it's nice to sit on the floor with them. 3) I would also like to see timers on the bathroom fans. if you take a shower and need to leave, it's nice to leave the fan running to take the moisture out but not have it on for long periods of time. Overall, I loved the place. I thought the commons areas were spacious and comfortable. Full bathrooms in all bedrooms was a glorious option and the house had a great feel. Our next visit to Port Aransas will include this place as an option.

Very nice vacation

The house was nice, and clean. The neighborhood was nice, close to the beach. We didn’t have internet or tv the first two days and the pool was gross. Painters had gotten overspray all in the the pool water, so that was disappointing.

Great house close to the beach

This vacation rental has a lot of great amenities for a small group including children. It's very close to the beach, maybe 5 minutes walking (although if you have a lot of stuff either rent the golf carts or buy a parking permit and park on the beach, which is what we did). The house was very comfortable with plenty of pots/pans and utensils/cups etc. to meet our needs.

Would return / not my first choice

We enjoyed our stay at the property - we had two couples and three kids (ages 2-3) between us. I love the neighborhood this house is in - quick golf cart ride to the beach. It’s walkable too just far with little ones. The golf cart is really convenient. The house served its purpose - overall its a little dated / beach worn, but the layout and yard were nice. Not as “fully stocked” as many rentals we’ve stayed in - they had grilling tools and kitchen equipment, but be sure to bring your own beach gear, foil, ziplocks etc. I wish they also provided more dish towels / cleaning towels! (One of my major complains of most places we stay). Internet was spotty / slow - don’t plan to get work done, but for just a vacation it wasn’t an issue. The management company was very responsive & easy to work with. Overall we’d stay again just maybe not my first choice in the area.

Charming beach home

This house was so cute and perfect for our family and dogs. We enjoyed everything about it and really took advantage of the screened in porch in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend this home to anyone needing a great space to stay.

Updates

The house was nice. However, the house needs to be completely updated. I had problems with all the old TV’s daily, microwave blew a plug and was replaced with another. The beds are extremely old and very uncomfortable. However, we visited with lots of neighbors & really enjoyed them. Life in Paradise was very helpful.

Our new favorite place!

It was our first time staying at the Blue Marlin and we certainly will be back! The closed in back yard made it so easy to bring our dog along! Go ahead and book the golf cart for the duration of your trip, it is worth it! The kitchen has all the dishes you will need and then some. There is a spice rack with some basic spices, bring your own oil. Plenty of paper goods and bath towels provided. Great selection of games and books. The screened in porch provides a great outdoor space. The property manager is very communicative via email and text, the staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The fenced yard was perfect. The golf cart was super handy and made beach access super simple. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We would defiantly stay again.

So cute and great location!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The golf cart was so convenient and I highly recommend extending the cart rental for your entire stay. Community was lovely and the fact that each room had their own bathroom was an added plus. Will definitely stay here again! FYI there is no “pantry” with little sugars and salt and pepper, etc so keep that in mind when you pack groceries. Also, there is a Keurig machine but no pods, and no traditional coffee maker, so bring some pods. No biggie but just a heads up.

Annual Port A Trip

We had a terrific time at the Blue Marlin! The location and set up are terrific. My only tip is to bring toiletries because the sizes at the house are pretty tiny. Also, be sure to bring dish soap.
