Vi överlevde Harvey !!! Denna två våningar rena och bekväma lägenhet (3 bäddar / 2 badrum) med nytt uppdaterat kök är vackert beläget med utsikt över huvudpoolen på Coral Cay Condominiums och har havsutsikt från sovrummet. Utnyttja båda balkongerna för att få ett lugnt ljud på stranden eller börja Happy Hour.

Golf, fiske, fågelskådning, vattensporter, tennis och god matglädje finns några minuter från denna strategiskt placerade fastighet ... ta bara med din solkräm och badhanddukar !! Denna familjevänliga enhet tillåter flexibilitet av kul på stranden med barnen eller en kort resa för 18 hål golf på en prisvärd mästerskapsbana.

Jag kan inte vänta med att höra hur du älskade din tid på din väg! Var noga med att kolla in några av mina TOPSJÖN MUST på Coral Cay:
1. Morgonkaffe på balkongen!
2. Slå din 2: a till # 18 vid Palmilla Beach GC.

Excellent stay. Property is in a perfect location and is spacious and clean. Richard is very responsive and addressed any of our questions right away. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Port Aransas!

We enjoyed our stay here.It is spacious and clean with comfortable beds .The pool is clean and has a deep end of 7 foot for my son who is 6’2 which he enjoyed. It’s quiet and close to the beach . The host check in on us . We will definitely come back .

Excellent location, quiet property and great view from balcony!

The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Having 2 pool areas was a huge plus! The view of the beach and the boardwalk from the third balcony was much better than pictured. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo was very clean and in a good location. We had issues working the thermostat, but when we contacted Rich, he was very helpful and fixed it for us. He was always spot on to answer any questions we had. I would stay here again. It is a lovely place.

Great location !

We stayed at this property for almost a month and it was perfect. Beach was a 3 minute walk and we had a nice view of it from the upper balcony. The airport in Corpus Christi was an easy drive to pick up our guests. The host of the property was absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with.

Perfect getaway location

Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! .

Wonderful two story condo

Very cute condo close to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds great pool. Owner was beyond hospitable, kind, and extremely accommodating. Had such a wonderful time.

Great condo close to the beach!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and just as described. The pool is just steps away and the beach was a short walk. Restaurants were just a short drive. The balconies also offered a great view. No complaints and we would definitely stay there again!

PA vacation

My wife and I plus a family friend stayed two weeks in the Port at Richard’s property. We have rented VRBO properties in various locations for a number of years. Richard’s communication and providing pertinent information was excellent throughout. The property was glistening clean with ample provisions for getting started with a vacation. Descriptions of the property and proximity to the beach were spot on. The property is comfortable, breezy easy and effortless to manage, All systems were in working order. Thanks Richard. Our top choice

Over the past few years, we have gone to Port Aransas several times, both in the fall and spring. Our favorite place to stay is Richard's. It's close enough to town to make restaurants, shops, etc. super convenient. And the quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach is a lovely short trip as well. The layout of the unit is very convenient, with two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and the other bedroom/bath down for extra privacy. The closet full of beach toys came in handy, and the internet was super fast for the unexpected Zoom meetings we took while we were there. We always appreciate that our dog is welcome at Richard's, as well. All-around, this is our favorite place to stay in Port A!

The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

The Coral Cay Condominium complex amenities are abundant. Its beachfront location is ideal; there are two inviting pools (closest pool near 206 heated during the winter months)., pickel ball court, an activity/meeting room, shuffle board, palapa with picnic and barbecue area and the convenience of on-site coin operated laundry. For those fisherman, there is a private fish cleaning area for your convenience.
