Helt renoverat lyxhem i Charlotte !! Detta vackra hem ligger bekvämt i Mt. Island Lake Area och ligger bara 4 miles från US National Whitewater Center och Pine Island Country Club Golf Course. Det är 10 minuter från Charlotte-Douglas internationella flygplats, 15 minuter från Uptown (downtown) Charlotte och Nascar Hall of Fame, 20 minuter från Charlotte Motor Speedway, 20 minuter från Carowinds Theme Park och så mycket mer! Den har 4 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum och kan sova upp till 11-12 personer. Utomhusrummet är fantastiskt, det innehåller en våt bar, en tv och värmare. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i tvättstugan. Toilet issue

There was an issue with 2 of the 3 toilets and I informed the property manager. The response I received wasn’t the most polite.

Definitely will stay again

This was a nice place to stay whether you wanted to sit inside and watch tv or use the outside patio. We spent most of our time, at the house, on the back patio. I would definitely stay here again if ever needed to and recommend the property to friends/family. I like that the manager responded to my email pretty quickly.

In Charlotte for mother’s life celebration

we mostly just slept here. Nice space. four people instead five. Nice touches of free keurig pods and creamer and available wine. For the cleaning price it should include stripping beds and garbage. No towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Paint on half bath toilet, Broken window in garage bedroom . Large chair in kitchen is bizarre.Terrible tv service. I had a great experience for what I needed… a place to sleep shower and have morning coffee. 2.5 bathrooms not 3.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Perfect property to take the family to the Whitewater Center for the weekend! Close and convenient to everything we needed. We especially loved spending our evenings on the back veranda!

Beautiful Home

The home is very nice. Enjoyed the covered patio area with TV and the out door firepit. The home has great are space for a family. I would definitely rent it again.

the price is not worth it for what it really is

I strongly disagree that you are charging us an extra cleaning fee when one has already been paid initially, by the way very expensive. First of all, the the internal fireplace of the house was not working, one of the reasons why we made this reservation was because of the fireplace and it was very unpleasant to know that when we were already in the house. Which is fundamental for the cold of the season. Very bad communication service. the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The dryer is not working properly. In conclusion it is extremely expensive for what it really is. thanks

Nicely Remodeled!!

I was looking for a place where my family and I could really enjoy ourselves and not feel cramped. The check-in process was seamless! The property was gorgeous! Especially the back patio area. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks Rico for being so easy to work with and accommodating!

The property was beautifully decorated with hardwood flooring. We loved the private backyard with a cabana style seating area. Laronza was on point with communication and answering questions. My family and I would recommend this location for individuals looking for location, beautiful home, and positive interaction with staff! Kudos....

Great property! Would book again!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The house is even more beautiful in person, photos do it no justice. Rico was extremely cooperative and responsive and was there if my group needed anything. The only downside to the house was that the cable only had a few channels, and the bedrooms didn’t have TV’s. Other than that our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again!
