Wonderful location with everything we needed. Listing was accurate and information was sent in a timely manner. The outside of the building is a bit tired and there's no real sidewalk on the main road, but that's more than offset by the beach as well as the farmer's market and shops across the street. The condo itself was clean and everything was functional.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, right on the ocean in Kihei. Location is great, not too far from anything on the south side of the island. Not too far from the north shore and getting to the west side is not bad at all. Great stay for our family.

Perfect location!

So lovely and not “peopled” as so many places are! The store across the street was so handy. The beach and pool were everything we hoped for. The condo was spotless and had all the conveniences of home. My debit card fell out of my pocket in the parking lot, a guest turned it in to the office and Marianna texted me right away that it was in the office. Very highly recommend staying here! Mahalo!

Very enjoyable stay!

We love this condo property and this stay did not disappoint! The unit had all the amenities anyone could ask for and although the unit is older, it is still well maintained. It was our home in paradise for a week and we loved it!

Family vacation

Booked for two weeks suite was fully equipped with everything you will need. Beautiful sunsets great beach access. Across the street is ABC store, market and shaved ice. Great communication with manager. Would definitely book again!

The beach out front is a great walking beach but not so much for swimming due to the lack of clarity. The condo has easy access to shave ice, a local farmers market and an ABC store. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, cooler and volleyball. Thanks for a great time!

Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom-2 bath apartment. Nice kitchen and living space for games and visiting. Great location with beautiful views and spectacular sunsets!!

Excellent stay

Our stay in Maui and at Kihei Beach was fabulous. Nice location and away from crowds with “private” beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. Loved access to boogie boards, beach towels and coolers! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Little piece of Maui

You really cannot beat the proximity to the ocean. The sunset views are amazing and it was a peaceful atmosphere. It’s not a far drive to great restaurants and other beaches. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great Location

Everything for our family stay was great. We split our time on Maui between this and another south Kihei location. Only complaint is wish they had snorkeling equipment like other complex.

Wonderful views from the lani. Rooms were very comfortable. Well stocked condo. ABC store right across the street and a fabulous bakery and ice cream. Easy access to many locations.

Great location and vew

Our family really enjoyed this property with a wonderful view of the water and easy access to the beach. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It wasn't as updated as some other units we have stayed in. Tile grout and bathrooms could use some deep cleaning.

Perfect for our family of four!

Absolutely stunning views and the perfect location for our first trip to Maui! Condo had everything we needed and it was especially nice to have 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer in the unit! Really enjoyed the farmers market, Hawaiian shave ice and ABC store across the street! Thank you for a lovely stay in paradise! :)

Absolutely perfect!!!

This property was everything we were hoping for and we ended up spending SO much time watching to & listening to the ocean through the windows and on the balcony. It was dreamy and perfect. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and we were always so cozy after a long day hiking or swimming. We cannot wait to come back - I don’t think there is anywhere else we would want to stay!!
