Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was very clean and was in a great location. They had tons of luggage carts that made it easy to get groceries and other items upstairs. It was weird was there was not enough toilet paper for a 4 night stay for 4 people and they only left one trash bag. Also, no salt, pepper, oil etc. I read about how we would have to buy toilet paper and seasonings and oil, but I've never stayed in an airbnb or vrbo that didn't provide these items. It's a lot of extra money to have to spend on items that you're barely going to use. Bring your own toilet paper and some extra garbage bags.

Snowbird Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this unit from January 1- February 29/24. We have vacationed at Seascape for over 10 years. This was not the unit of our choice and would not consider renting it again. Although the kitchen was well stocked and the bed, in the main bedroom was comfortable, the headboard of the main bedroom bed is quite loose. The unit requires a lot of TLC, missing paint, baseboards and tiles were very dirty, chipped. The washing machine, requires some attention. Any cycle of the wash is extremely loud and vibrates.

Bed squeaks terribly. Sand in coffee table. Carpet very nasty. Black feet if no shoes on. Something smeared on bathrooms cabinets. Couches and chairs were like seating on hard covered boxes. Had terrible stains on them. Bed sham had snot or food all over it. Has awesome view! Mattress in bed was ok. No detail cleaning at all. Code that was given was wrong so we were locked out till 4am. Called emergency line 3/4 times. No answer till 4am and was told oh they were just getting around to checking messages. Would give no refund for loss of first nights stay. Very dissatisfied with management and how unprofessional they handled these complaints. Will never stay at Seascapes again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starting with the kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of old / beat up pots and pans. The furniture was good solid heavy wood but need to be updated especially the master bedroom. The bed squeaks each time you move and have a lot of wood damage. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella was put out very late in morning and pickup very very early before time. My husband and I NEVER got to use them. That was a waste of money. So disappointed!!

Reviewer Comments: As a former vacation rental owner, I recognize things that should be done to upkeep the rental to make it the best vacation for renters. This owner apparently does not hold the same views as me. The bedroom furniture in BOTH bedrooms needs immediate updating! The living room furniture was ok and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit needs a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. BUT, the location is fantastic!

Nice view of the ocean...

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The view of the beach was wonderful from our balcony considering we were a few minutes walk from the beach access, which was conveniently located. The pool for Ariel Dunes I was awesome. We enjoyed the pool as much as the beach. The size of the bathrooms were very spacious and both bedrooms were good sizes. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed on our trip. Unit was located just off the elevator, so that was also very convenient. Although the unit had been cleaned, there were some areas that had been overlooked with some small trash (chips/paper) still on the floor and the stove top could’ve used some TLC, but other than that, We had no complaints at all. We would definitely consider coming here again.

The condo was nice and in a perfect location. Pools were big and clean. The restaurant, Cabana Cafe has wonderful pizza. The check in was delayed. There was not any communication about a delay until I called and asked. I would suggest if the check in is not going to be before or by 400pm that a text is sent for better communication.

Had a great stay! However, the hot water SMELLED TERRIBLE when we arrived. I Googled it and found that because the unit was empty for some time, bacteria had grown in hot water heater. I had to run the hot water in the unit for a while to empty the hot water heater. I fixed the issue, but the whole unit stunk for a day. House keeping should do this as part of cleaning before arrival. Also, the master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced, super lumpy. Thanks, LA Gutermuth

Convenient to everything with onsite restaurants

One of the best places to stay if you like convenience. Seascape is a beautiful resort with golf, tennis, restaurants and specialty shops onsite. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, and the beach is right across the street. You can’t go wrong staying at Seascape!
