Pool Closure and renovations until July 15, 2025
*The Beachside II pool renovation project is set to begin on September 2024 with an anticipated completion date of *July 15, 2025. During this time, the pool, pool deck, beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will not have pool access. Guests can access the beach from the resort's private beach access, the Beach House Restaurant or near the Hilton – all located less than 1/2 mile from Beachside II.

-Access to two other resort pools. One is a one minute walk and the other is 1.5 miles away.
Things to Know:
- No Oven but there is an Air Fryer and Large Toaster Oven
- Poolside bar open in the summer
- Strict minimum age to rent is 25
-Wristbands in unit stay in unit(missing bands are $25/band)
- No Beach service included in rental (if you want to purchase it. Let the beach attendant know the day of arrival)
-Golf Cart Rentals are not permitted
-Tram passes can be purchased separately through SanDestin
- Check in is at 4PM
- Check out is at 10AM
- Beach Service can be purchased per set on a daily or weekly basis
Details of the renovation are listed below:
- Pool & pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project but two other pools are available. One is a 1 min walk and the other is 1.4 miles from the unit but in SanDestin.
- Beach walkover & beach access will be closed for the duration of the project. There is still access to the beach through neighboring buildings 140 ft away
- The 1st floor and 2nd set of automated doors on the first flood going out to the building pool will be closed off to prohibit access to the deck area
- The 2nd floor landing stairs will be closed but the sundeck will remain open for access. Guests can access this from the first floor stairs
- The 1st floor units with pool balconies will be closed off from accessing the pool deck.
Alternative Pool Access:
Beach House Restaurant (Next door to Beachside Two)- Guest must have a Beachside Two wristband for any access to a SanDestin property amenity, which is provided in the unit upon checkin. This is the neighboring building to the east of beachside two and is a 2 min walk.
