Vårt senaste tillägg till semesteruthyrningsmarknaden, Serenade Shores, är ett helt nytt hem på 4. 27 tunnland med utsikt över ett privatägt damm. Platsen är 10 minuter från ingången till Pisgah National Forest och 12 minuter från Dupont State Forest: en perfekt hoppplats för vandrare, mountainbikers, fiskare, kajakpaddlare och alla som gillar naturen. Vi ligger också bara några minuter från tre båtlanseringar på French Broad River. Hemmet har en öppen planlösning med massor av söderläge fönster för att ta i dammutsikt och vinter utsikt över bergen och floden. Det finns en spis med stengas för kyliga nätter och en gasgrill på den breda täckta verandan. Det finns två sovrum med king size-sängar på huvudnivån, alla med ett badrum (ett är privat och ett öppnar till tvättstuga / lerrum) samt ett loft som rymmer fyra: en queen-size säng och en full -stor Serta-utklappslam med sovhylsa (mycket bekvämt utan bar). Ytorna inkluderar ek- och kakelgolv, vitvaror i rostfritt stål (ugn / räckvidd är gas) och bänkskivor i granit i köket och baden. För att se våra andra hyror och recensioner, kolla in VRBO # 798487.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at the house. Very relaxing area and quiet. Beautiful land. The pond was great and our kids enjoyed fishing (they caught a few bass and tons of bluegills). The house was in great shape, very clean, and stocked with all the supplies we needed.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin and property are just as described. The location is perfect for those wanting to bike, hike, shop, eat, or just drive around the mountains. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

Mountain Getaway

This place is amazing. Hands down the nicest rental property that we have ever done. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. If we ever stay in the area again, it will definitely be here!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Y our home was absolutely awesome! It was spacious and inviting. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We used the porch everyday to watch the fish, turtles, and birds. We enjoyed watching the rain while sitting on the porch too. The inside of you home was very open. We are all glad that you shared your home with us and allowed us to spend a great weekend away.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay, enjoyed the fishing and the fire pit. Chris and Coleen are wonderful to work with. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs just relaxing.

Amazing property. Tucked away in the woods, yet close to so many rivers, trails, and towns. We used this property as basecamp during a recent fly fishing trip, and it was perfect! Can't wait till or next visit.

Secluded cabin close to everything

The cabin was very clean and so was the property. The private lake was great for light fishing and the trail around the lake is perfect for a small hike. We would rent this cabin again in a heartbeat. Thanks Colleen!

3rd Stay

This was our third time staying at this property. We keep coming back because it encompasses everything we are looking for; beautiful & clean home, fully stocked kitchen appliances and the most amazing outdoor space. Plenty of room for our kids and dogs to run and explore. We will be back a fourth time!

Wonderful Time

We had a tremendous time. The house was just as it was advertised. It was new, clean, very well stocked and the setting was superb! Colleen was very responsive and hospitable. We will stay there again when we come back to the Asheville area.

Serenade Shores

Beautiful and serene setting. House was perfect for four adults and a 17 year old who loved the loft! We used the grill, ate lots of meals on the porch, walked our dog around the pond and listened to the frogs on the pond. Kitchen was ample. In house washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. We had a peaceful time- just what we wanted!

Mountain Retreat

Our 12 night stay was exceptional! High quality furnishings and appliances. Colleen was very responsive to any questions and check in was super easy. The house had everything we needed and was immaculate. We all enjoyed the porch with the peaceful view of the pond, although my husband didn’t have much luck fishing. Access to both Brevard and Hendersonville was less than 20 minutes and both towns were charming. We would suggest some sort of anti skid tape/guard for the last step from the loft.

R & R in à favorite location

We have planned a trip to the Biltmore, and wanted a place that was comfortable and quiet. This was certainly the place to be. Nice location among things we like to do such as shopping, eating, and sightseeing. First time by a pond, and absolutely loved it. Even caught a fish that I let go. We will definitely be back because we want to check out some hidden treasures.

Liked it so much we came back

Our second visit was just as nice as our first. The cabin is in a great location near all our WNC favorites (DuPont, Pisgah, Brevard, Flat Rock, Hendersonville, Saluda) and has a lovely pond where our son loves practicing his fly fishing. The house is super clean and well stocked, and the owner responsive and friendly. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Serenade Shores. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The house was perfect for us. We did some fishing one evening and caught a 1-pound bass. So, there are fish in the pond. If you want to be close to everything but yet far enough from civilization this is the place to stay.

Great spot to relax and recharge

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and the property were beautiful and peaceful. The house was very clean and everything from booking, checking in and checking out were extremely easy. Colleen was very helpful with any questions concerning places to see or great eats nearby. Walking the property and fishing in the pond were the highlights of our stay. We even saw some deer and bunnies on one of our walks. I had a whole itinerary of places to go during our vacation but the house was so peaceful we mostly just stayed in and relaxed!

Another Week in Paradise!

We L.O.V.E this vacation property! This is our 4th time staying here with our sister-in-law and our 2 Westies and we cannot imagine staying elsewhere. The 2 bed/2 bath layout with each bed & bath on opposite sides of the house is perfect when traveling with companions. Our daughter & son-in-law live close by so we had lots of quality time with them hiking and just enjoying the cabin and surrounding landscape. We ate very few meals out b/c we love the perfectly equipped kitchen so much (and our son-in-law is a great cook) Can’t wait to return next year!!

We have lived in the Asheville area since 2004. We moved here to be close to all the outdoor activities we love! We are mountain bikers and also enjoy hiking the area trails with our two dogs. Colleen is a full-time Realtor and Chris is retired from the YMCA. We have several long-term rental properties and have operated a successful vacation rental, Serenade Cove, since 2008. This is our second vacation rental and the first home we have ever had custom designed and built.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When the opportunity to buy this land was offered to us, we jumped at it! We started construction on the home in 2018 and finished in January 2019. We love this location because it is so close to the outdoor attractions we frequent: Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, the French Broad and Davidson rivers, and the wonderful downtown areas of Brevard and Hendersonville.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We designed the home to offer two comfortable, identically-sized bedrooms with en-suite baths for couples and families. The loft offers additional sleeping space with a queen-sized platform bed and a foldout Serta loveseat which converts to a full-sized bed (no bar). The gathering space is an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace. There is also a mud room/laundry room just inside the back door. Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a large covered deck for enjoying the pond view, listening to the waterfall and breathing the fresh mountain air.
