Can't say enough about the professional, prompt, and caring staff of Royal destinations. The Condo was huge, spotless, and spectacular. The only minimal downsize was the traffic noise from the highway location and the numerous steps down to the beach. However, if you are looking for class, comfort, and great restaurants nearby you cannot beat Viridian Residences 201.

Also the fan in the family room did not work and we were told after we arrived that a part was on order and would not be repaired during our stay. The ice maker in the fridge stopped working on the third day. Need to improve the parking space our golf cart was moved and they left us a note saying not to park in this space again. We actually thought someone had stolen our cart. Everything else was as advertised. We enjoyed the stay and will be back.Harold Bevis

Comfort and Convenience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay a Viridian. The condo is very large and well decorated. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The location is great about 4 blocks from Seaside and right across 30A from the pool and beach with its own beach access. We appreciated that it was a smaller complex. We enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The balcony is very large and we spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the gulf. There are two parking spots, but only one is reserved and it is very small. Nothing larger than a midsized SUV will fit. If you have two cars and park in the unreserved area, you really cannot move in the evening because the parking lot services the restaurant, and they use every available spot. Negatives - no gas grill, it is a bit noisy on the street in the master bedroom, parking not ideal. Management company was responsive. We had two issues A/C not blowing cold fixed within 2 hours and washing machine was out. They did our laundry picked up and delivered until a new washer could be delivered.

No after hours contact. ****, we still have a package there that we were never notified of; didn’t arrive in time due to office hours......Fed Ex tried to deliver after 5 pm. Condo was filthy upon arrival. Filthy! Living room, bathrooms!Pool was a very nice addition!TV’s not user friendlyNot booking through RD again! And don’t plan to stay in this Unit again!

Very spacious and modern. Master bedroom faces 30 A so is noisy with road traffic starting at 6 am

I would rent this property again once pool is done. The way it is advertised you expect there to be a pool. Again bring a noise machine.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this condo unit. We have been to this area many times and this is definitely one of our favorite spots. It’s a short walk to seaside. The beach access is directly across the street. One of the best restaurants on 30A is directly downstairs (Surfing Deer) and the gulf views are as advertised. I loved this place so much that I am seriously going to attempt to replicate the floor plan when I build my next home (seriously). Also, the pool is really cool looking and sits directly on the beach making it feel like your own private beachfront club. It was unfortunately no finished when we were there, but it’s just weeks from being completed. Four complimentary bikes were great for the kids. The management company (Royal Destinations) was also great to work with. They have an app that made check-in and other aspects of the stay really easy. My only issue was parking. The space for unit 201 is substantially undersized. It will fit a golf cart, but we were in a suburban and there was literally no shot at getting it in that spot. There is a parking lot there, which was fine most of the time, but if you leave and come back around dinner you will have to leave your car with the valet and come back later to put it in a spot. Final Note...Seaside recently made its beach private. This means you now have to pay $85 per day to even walk down to the beach from the main pavilion area. It’s kind of sad. Everyone has wrist bans and they literally will ask you to move down the beach if you don’t have one on. It’s kind of sad as they have made it like a compound. They still want you to eat and spend money there, but have made it clear that they don’t want you on their beach. Good news is the beach for this unit is the exact same beach, just a few hundred yards away!!!😂

Great place with new furnishings and plenty of space.

Great place to spend a few days at the beach. High end feel to it. Be aware that parking can be really tricky. This shares a parking lot with an incredibly busy restaurant and you really can’t move your car to go anywhere from late afternoon on. You just need to know this to plan around it. Otherwise a terrific experience.

Beach break

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely property. It was in easy walking distance to the beach, Seaside, and restaurants. Very clean and well appointed. It does not have any basic supplies for the kitchen, so just bring everything needed. (Salt, pepper, etc) The beds were amazing and we will definitely be back!
