âThe Buccaneerâ this sparkling clean beautifully furnished unit comfortably sleeps 4 (King or 2 Twin bed(s) & Queen sleeper)Full kitchen, heated pool, laundry, on-site free parking w/no need for car as beach, groceries, shops, nightlife & dining (15+)all within 1 ocean-side block along Deerfield Islandâs award winning âBlue Waveâ Beach. Rated one of FLAâs cleanest beaches! Steps to the view-able ocean scenery, fishing pier and mile of brick paved beachside walking under blowing picturesque palms.
The space
No Parties allowed. The unit is for the people registered only. The HOA president lives in the building and parties will be immediately reported and the reservation will be cancelled.
In bedroom King size bed, adjustable to 2 twin. Walk-in closet with plenty of dresser space. An electric fireplace (with or without heat) with TV above. Also, charging stations for your convenience.
In living area new leather queen foam mattress or twin foam mattress sofa beds and one rollaway. A new 50â smart TV and workspace charging stations.
In the kitchen a fully functioning area with all the needed appliances.
This unit utilizes the building WIFI therefore the reliability of the service can be spotty on occasion.
Guest access
Shared outdoor grill and fob accessed heated pool both well maintained, with the pool patio perfect for sun bathing.
**Pool open Sunrise to Sunset**
The 1st floor shared laundry room, accessed at the back of the building, provides debit/credit operated Aaxon pay per load washers and dryers.
