På sommaren erbjuder Carnelian Bay tillgång till vackra stränder, cykling och vandring. På vintern kommer du att njuta av att vara nära populära skidorter och snöskor.

Delightful Cabin t ligger också bara 6 miles från Tahoe City och 3 miles från Kings Beach, där du kan njuta av fler restauranger, stränder och shopping. Vi är 27 kilometer från Homewood Mountain Ski Resort och 12 miles från Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts.

Close to lake access, Jiffys pizza is great, away from the more crowded areas of the North Shore. Hope to stay again!

Perfect location and cabin for our group

We had an amazing time at this cabin. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. There are tons of games and the kid room was a big hit! Kitchen was well stocked with updated appliances. We will definitely stay here again!

Love Lake Tahoe

Overall a good stay. Very Spacious. The only thing is the trash was full when we got there which made it hard to get rid of trash. Also wish i was stocked with more than a roll of two rolls of toilet paper for a 3 night stay but they do list ghat beforehand.

Great Getaway

Spent the weekend at this beautiful cabin and the location and cabin was amazing... lots of room and open area concept which was great for hanging out watching the snow come down. Recommend for any family gathering!!

Great Location & Clean Property

Very nice and clean cabin for our family. Love the neighborhood and proximity to the action. Bedrooms and bonus room downstairs were great for kids, with the master bedroom on second floor. Could use some better outdoor furniture to make that more comfortable considering you want to use the deck.

Celebrating our 40th anniversary with family!

Cabin is good for large groups, kitchen well supplied with utensils & deck accommodating! Nice to be 10 min from Kings beach-we had all ages at the cabin & never felt cramped! The holes in the screens were obvious on arrival as was the table in the bunk room with its broken glass top :-( as well as the broken glass bay window in the kitchen…the cabin could use some TLC.

Comfortable and well appointed

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin! We were six adults and four children and everyone liked the cabin. The master bedroom is very spacious and gets lovely light. The kids room was large enough to double as a playroom--they loved it and the grownups loved that they were downstairs while we were hanging out in the living room upstairs. Also the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Overall a great cabin for a large group.

Wonderful getaway

Great for families!

Excellent home for a large family or several families with children. We stayed here for a long weekend and it’s one of the best stocked homes I’ve ever stayed in. Great location-close to everything and not far from the lake. Fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds, lots of toys and games! Very clean (one exception is the tub in the primary bath had some mold on the tile grout but that’s an easy fix), nice guest information binder, cozy, spacious, etc. would highly recommend! There are stairs so being an infant gate if you have little ones!

I would go back! The property need to say they had a highchair and play and pack we had to bring ours. But when I asked the property company they didn’t have them. But they could get it for me for price.. So we brought ours. We didn’t have a lot room in the cars. Very irritating to find them in the closet

A weeks stay at Tahoe in the cabin.

Reviewer Comments: Our experience was overall well, the cabin is spacious and has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.The cleaning people missed a few things around the cabin, however however it felt clean upon arrival. We found some issues with the cabin mainly a bedroom missing a blind, I was surprised that no one took action the entire week we where their. We placed a sheet with thumb task to cover the window. I was dissatisfied with the lack of response.

Carnelian Bay Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is showing its age a bit. Deck has some loose nails that could lead you to stumble; a few worn boards starting to come up. The shower heads (both master bath and downstairs bath) are pretty bad and need replacement. BBQ on deck needed cleaning badly (was covered in grease, as was the BBQ brush). Patio furniture cushions were left out and covered in snow from the previous weekend storm; they were soaked along with the patio furniture. Kitchen well appointed; all appliances worked well.

Overall pretty good place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are a ton of pros about this house. Great location and easy walk to the lake. The house is a perfect layout for families with small kids or big kids. The street is quiet, and has a large driveway is a great place to ride bikes or sidewalk chalk etc... our two families (4 adults and 5 small kids including one 4 Mo old) had plenty of space to sleep and play. The bedding and beds in the house were very comfortable. The rental agency was very responsive when we had issues. The cons: this house could definitely benefit from some TLC. The microwave didn’t work, the blenders didn’t work, some of the kitchen ware was either not working or almost not functional. The deck was great for adults but some loose boards/nails didn’t make it ideal for kids. My 6 YO also found a bong on the propery. Not ideal. Overall I would stay here again.

Need improvement

Overall the house is good and would be good for family of 10. Rooms and linens were clean. Issues: There is no AC and weekend temperature were in 100. The house was burning hot with just one portable working fan. There should be atleast 4-5 needed for this house with few window fans. We were not able sleep for most of the night till the temperature dropped to comfortable zone. Laundry detergent etc needs replacement there was barely to do any minimal laundry. Bathroom can have few extra soap and the ones provided was not poor quality. Looks like earlier family had pet/dog all the couch inside and outside has pet hair. Inside throw rug had all pet hairs. We has to ensure that kids don't put any of those in mouth. Cleaning crew needs to vaccum well. Hopefully it will be clean for next family Garbage bins outside were full so we had to put all in garage. It will be good if there are garbage bins with bags already in garage . It will help the clean up crew irrespective. Hopefully these things are taken care of for next guest stay.
