Cozy place

Great location

Loved the place. It was close enough to attractions without being right in the middle of them. Very convenient to shopping and grocery store. I would stay here again.

Great location for seeing Ashville area

Great location.. Close to shopping & restaurants, plus the Blue Ridge Parkway is only minutes away. 3 Good size bedrooms and two baths. Everything we needed.

Father & Son Weekend in Asheville

Enjoyed our stay in Asheville. Vince came by just after we pulled into the property. The location was fairly close to everything we needed. Nice deck area to hang out on. We would rent the property again if we come back to Asheville.

everything was great

we were there for a wedding at the Biltmore the house was very convenient. Only problem was the deck being rebuilt but we were told about that before we came so it wasn't a surprise. we would stay in this house again

Mothers Day Get together

My daughters and I stayed at Vince’s beautiful home ..nestled in trees . Very close to so many stores and conveniences but yet set back in a private setting of trees and beauty. Vince was so very helpful and accommodating. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Will definitely come back to this wonderful house.

Clean and comfortable!

This house is the perfect place to stay in Asheville. It's comfortable, clean, and exactly what makes short term rentals great! The owner is so very nice, and the house is private without being secluded from everything you'd want to do in town. Plus, reasonable cleaning expectations! Which can be tough to come across nowadays. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Relaxing outside

Nicely secluded yet close to main roads. Large deck and large yard on dead-end street with "woods" on 3 sides - beautiful in the fall! Comfortable home met our needs - wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean and Comfortable!

We had a lovely stay at Vince’s home. Clean place in a quiet area. Highlights include a kitchen with everything needed for cooking, as well as spices, microwaveable popcorn, coffee, tea etc. We also loved the travel brochures! They were very helpful. Would stay again.

Softball tournament

Great place!

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. It snowed the weekend we were there, but we were able to get in and out with ease. The host was super friendly. She even brought us a high chair up to use for our little man. My kiddos loved running around the deck and playing in the yard. My only complaint is not having access to a washer and dryer. Returning home with almost a weeks worth of laundry kinda sucked. It was worth the trip though!

Fabulous location - great hosts

Location is between downtown Ashville and the airport. Couldn't be better. Three bedrooms were perfect for 3 weary hikers. The hosts reached out several times to be sure everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again. There were 3 taxidermied heads in the living room - a moose and two deer. They became part of our little gang.
