This place is very nice! Great location around plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Resort in general was very clean and room was excellent. Will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed being able to grab breakfast and lunch at the café without having to leave the property. The beach service from the tiki bar was also such a nice perk and made our beach days so relaxing and convenient. Everything made for a fun and stress-free trip to Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

Pelican Beach Resort is one of our favorites in the area. Right in the middle of all the Destin action. We were able to walk to Big Kahunas water park across the street. View was amazing, unit was clean, hosts were great!

Imagine a gentle ocean breeze caressing your face while you enjoy your morning coffee. While this unit is in the 18th floor, you can hear the waves without the people noise and there is a nice breeze. Gorgeous single bedroom with direct ocean view. Close to Publix, Target, and other forms of entertainment. The staff on property are friendly and easy to deal with. I reserved beach chairs and an umbrella for every full day we were here. If we come back to Destin I will book this unit again!

Greg and Missy were wonderful hosts. The condo is very nice and the view from the 18th floor is second to none! The resort was clean and the people were friendly.

My husband and I had the best stay! View from the balcony was priceless. I saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. The property has a restaurant and bar that would service you at the beach. Mae sure to reserve your beach chairs and umbrella. The owner was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the 5th time we’ve stayed at Pelican Beach Resort. I believe the last 3 times have been units with the same owner (I know last 2 were for sure). The unit was exactly how described and the host is extremely friendly and helpful. I contacted her on Sunday with a question and she immediately responded back.

I had a wonderful stay in Destin!! The property was clean and as advertised, the Condo staff were pleasant and helpful. The Beaches were spectacular. Communication with the Host was easy effortless. I left my phone in the condo and could not remember the room, and the Pelican staff reached out to the host Greg and Missy got us back in no problem. All in all you cannot go wrong with this unit and the host we had great experience would definitely go back.

Nice to have multiple pools. The property is very nice! Brno had all the amenities as advertised; made our stay comfortable. It was a bit chili and overcast 3 of 5 days the first week in march.
