Major construction underway. Noise all day. Balcony view was great but hard to get there for all the stuff stored there. Balcony slider glass door lock inoperative. Balcony window curtains are segmented in three pieces and don’t cover the opening. Crown molding had fallen off. Paper thin bedding. Walking on rough concrete from the elevator to the room. Debris in the elevator from construction. Glad I wasn’t paying seasonal rate

Not ready to rent !

We weren’t told about balcony view being closed . Both pools were closed! The furniture needs updated or cleaned. We stayed just two night and rented a place at Pelican Beach Resort. Really nice and priced the same. Sun Destin needs to shut completely down and remodel.

I cannot say enough about this trip ! The restaurants were amazing so many choices. The condo was awesome and can't say enough about the view! But most importantly the host was so friendly and accommodating. The communication was top notch! Can't wait too come back next year !

The property was nice and the condo was great. My only complaint was the construction, Way loud and certainly could not take a nap. No hot tub, no out door pool, no splash pad, inside pool was nice the little bar had good burgers. Wish someone had told us about construction...but you gotta make money!!!!! Thank you

POOR COMMUNICATION

STAYED AT SUNDESTIN BEFORE THIS ROOM WAS LIKE MOST OTHERS CLEAN BUT OUTDATED A BIT OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US IN EARLY BUT WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF POOL CLOSING DURING MID STAY AND HOT TUB WE WOULD HAVE HAVE BOOKED HAD WE KNOWN ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR OUR TROUBLE AND LET DOWN BUT STILL HAVE NOT REC'D TRIED CONTACTING OWNER TO NO AVAIL. NOT NECESARRILY HIS FAULT BUT WE PAID TOO MUCH TO NOT BE ABLE TO USE POOL FOR FULL STAY AND HOT TUB WE ENDED UP LEAVING A DAY EARLY BC WE WERE REALLY UPSET NO COMMUNICATION W OWNER UNTIL I REACHED OUT TO VRBO ONLINE HE STATED HE WOULD SEND A MONEY ORDER TO ME FOR OUR TROUBLE BUT ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NO REFUND OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE WE BOUGHT ROACH SPRAY BC THEY HAD A FEW NOT OWNERS FAULT BUT WE JUST USED PRECAUTION TO NOT CARRY THEM BACK BEDROOM HAS SOME TYPE OF UNUSUAL MOLD SMELL I COULDNT PUT MY FINDER ON IT BUT IT DIDNT RUIN STAY BUT MAYBE THAT CAN BE CHECKED ON IF NOONE REPORTED THEN CANT BE FIXED THE LOCK ON BALCONY DOOR WAS BROKEN WE MANAGED TO FINANGLE WITH IT TO LOCK IT AT NIGHT CONDO BLDG ITSELF IS ON BEACH NEAR EVERYTHING BUT JUST SUCH A LET DOWN WITH POOL BC WE DO USE POOL DAILY AND HOT TUB AND SO AGAIN HAD WE KNOWN WE WOULD HAVE BOOKED AT A DIFFERENT PLACE I DONT THINK THAT WAS RIGHT THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT IT AND NOTHING DONE TO MAKE IT RIGHT

My family of 4 had a great time. Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. 3 mins from room to beach. Would definitely considering retuening again and suggesting others too.

Quick Vacation Getaway

What you see in the pictures is what you see when you get there. Clean, very nice, and a beautiful view of the white sand and ocean. Both the room and SunDestin Resort were wonderful.

Great Property!!

This condo had everything you needed and was the best condo we have stayed at yet. The owner was great to work with and very accomodating! The facility is undergoing renovation so the outside pool was closed they said through July but it didnt look close to being done that was a bummer but nothing the owner had any control of!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

My wife and I live only minutes away from the condo in Emerald Lakes, we answer all calls and handle problems that might arise at any time. We give our guest the royal treatment in service as this is your vacation and we want it to be flawless and a wonderful time to remember.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have always wanted to retire in Destin, as this was the place we came to go fishing. We have stayed here quite a few times and just love the area. The Emerald Green Waters of the Destin beaches was the selling point for us. The beaches around Destin are all covered with the Sugary white sand that makes it so easy to remember why we chose this place. It has some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, they are just breathtaking.

We chose this property for its location, it was directly on the beach with a great view, you can hear the waves form the balcony it is so relaxing you won't want to leave. This unit is located in the middle of everything, Waterparks, The Track and several others just minutes away, this is wonderful vacation spot that you will want to return year after year.
