I cannot say enough about this trip ! The restaurants were amazing so many choices. The condo was awesome and can't say enough about the view! But most importantly the host was so friendly and accommodating. The communication was top notch! Can't wait too come back next year !

First time in Destin

Short little visit to Destin. Lovely stay. Accommodations were wonderful. Loved our balcĂłn view of the ocean. Everything was perfect. We have already booked a return trip.

Great location and amenities

Enjoyed our stay at Sundestin and the condo was just a described. Pools, on-site restaurant and store were great. One item of note, Beach Service (umbrella and chairs) is not included with the rental and the cost is $60/day.

5 Stars!!! The location, the condo, cleanliness, communication were all top notch! Owners answered any questions promptly and everyone we made contact with at the resort was super helpful! Will definitely stay again!!! All my favorites were in close proximity to the condo as well! Target, Starbucks, chick fil a, so many restaurants!

New year's trip!

Owner communication was great. Beach was not crowded. Was was cold, but the kids did not mind. The splash pad was closed for maintenance so we didn't get to try that. Close to everything fun in Destin. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Oceanfront Stay in Destin

This condo was just perfect for us. It was unexpectedly filled with amenities! Very comfortable and clean. Great view of the Gulf. Great location near everything. WiFi reception was not the best.Spotty at Best. Also the outdoor pool was closed because of construction so be sure to inquire if your a pool user.The company providing beach chairs and umbrellas surprised us 1st day by not letting us put up our umbrella. No not anywhere. We were told the HOA at Sundestin set this rule. This was dissappointing as we are older and need shading. We dont need a TENT which was allowed or we could use the expensive beach service. Not a good start to our relaxing vacation. 😒. After we got thru all that, things were good. None of this was any fault of the owners. We enjoyed our stay in a comfy place and left feeling relaxed and renewed.

Not ready to rent !

We weren’t told about balcony view being closed . Both pools were closed! The furniture needs updated or cleaned. We stayed just two night and rented a place at Pelican Beach Resort. Really nice and priced the same. Sun Destin needs to shut completely down and remodel.

Sept vacay 2024

The property was nice and the condo was great. My only complaint was the construction, Way loud and certainly could not take a nap. No hot tub, no out door pool, no splash pad, inside pool was nice the little bar had good burgers. Wish someone had told us about construction...but you gotta make money!!!!! Thank you

My wife and I live only minutes away from the condo in Emerald Lakes, we answer all calls and handle problems that might arise at any time. We give our guest the royal treatment in service as this is your vacation and we want it to be flawless and a wonderful time to remember.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have always wanted to retire in Destin, as this was the place we came to go fishing. We have stayed here quite a few times and just love the area. The Emerald Green Waters of the Destin beaches was the selling point for us. The beaches around Destin are all covered with the Sugary white sand that makes it so easy to remember why we chose this place. It has some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, they are just breathtaking.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We chose this property for its location, it was directly on the beach with a great view, you can hear the waves form the balcony it is so relaxing you won't want to leave. This unit is located in the middle of everything, Waterparks, The Track and several others just minutes away, this is wonderful vacation spot that you will want to return year after year.
