Denna enhet på 9: e våningen är en GULF FRONT-lägenhet med panoramautsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Fantastisk utsikt från 9: e våningen! Du kommer att njuta av de vackra vita sandstränderna och de hisnande solnedgångarna på balkongen. Dessa lägenheter dekorerade med BRAND NEW möbler, madrasser och sängkläder.

Köket har nya bänkskivor i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och en ny kaffemaskin med keurig. Belysningen är fantastisk! Vårt matbord har plats för tre och är separerat från köket med en frukostbar med plats för tre.

Vacation with ease!

We really loved this condo, it was close to everything needed in Destin. We loved the easy beach access of getting up everything day and just heading down stairs with the ease of the beach equipment in the condo no need to rent. Was a great space and would book again.

Perfect location!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped... and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities offered are all anyone could ask for, and the water is the prettiest I've ever seen! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week here, and would definitely stay again! Thank you to the owners for such a lovely experience.

Perfect getaway place!

Check-in and communication was great. We had no problems with the condo. It was very clean and just how it’s pictured. I would stay there again. Great location too!

Clean, comfortable, great view!

This was our second stay at Pelican and we look forward to coming again. This condo was all good. Clean and comfortable furnishings. But the best part is the balcony with a fantastic view of the gulf.

April School Vacation

Amazing views- perfect size condo to spread out (we’re a family of 4). Check in/check out was simple and efficient. A lot of restaurants are walking distance or a 10 Uber/Lyft.Walked to Publix/Winn-Dixie for groceries/adult beverages for the week- Uber home. Beach is amazing-pool was also amazing. Rental came with 2 chairs,cooler and umbrella. Great family environment! Coffee at sunrise on the Adirondack chairs. Went to sleep a few nights to the sound of the Gulf!We’ll be back next year!

The Condo was just exactly as listed. Very nice & clean . Location was perfect for doing all the things . We enjoyed our stay . Just a few things that were not great, but definitely not a deal breaker of choosing this location again. The dryer on our floor was not working & I had to take laundry up two floors to be sure they got dry. Parking was a hassle, bc there is not assigned parking. I was sad to not be able to put my chair in the edge of the ocean to watch my girls play. We did rent chairs & a tent from the company, but we had to be 3 rows back even renting for the week, at the first of the week. This made it hard to see my girls from our seats. Personal chairs are not allowed in front of rental chair area. Overall it was a great condo, pools were great, hot tub was great.

Mom daughter trip

We had a mom/daughter trip. My 11 and 8 year old loved it! The condo was perfect and had a fantadtic view. Pelican beach resort had a calm safe feel and the beach is fabulous. Communication with the host was great. We have only good things to say about ourtrip.

Nice Stay!

Beautiful place!
