This updated two story townhouse is located on North Hutchinson island in Fort Pierce. It is in a quiet neighborhood within a block of one of the best beaches in Florida. Walk to the jetty and watch the surfers catching waves. Each bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private full bathroom. New bedding, towels and sheets provided. Beach chairs and umbrella provided for your use. Kitchen is fully appointed with all that's needed to make your own meals. However, within a few miles there are many dining options.

The townhouse has been upgraded with impact/hurricane windows. Any traffic or outside noises are muffled and unnoticeable. It has also been modified to include 2 full baths upstairs and a powder room downstairs. Each bedroom has blackout shades, perfect for a good night's sleep. Bedding and mattresses are new. This place is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Everyone who has stayed says how much they love the privacy. We've done our best to provide everything you need for a carefree vacation.

There are quite a few parks nearby with great trails and sidewalks for walking and biking. Pepper Park has free tennis, pickle ball and volley ball courts. Take a boat ride from the Fort Pierce Marina to watch dolphins and manatees at play. Rent a kayak on the causeway or take a guided kayak tour. Fish from the beach or local pier or go out on a fishing charter located just minutes away. There are many golf courses in the area as well.
This is a great place to stay!

Fantastic stay!

Ruth’s place was perfect for our family. The condo is well-stocked and met all of our needs. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a crockpot! It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Ruth was very responsive to answer questions and provide advice. Thank you for letting us stay! We’ll be back.

Great stay close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse, so close to the magnificent beach! It was very confortable, the kitchen so well equipped, beds very confortable. We discovered the beauties of the Treasure Coast. Thanks to our hosts.

Best place to stay in the Treasure coast!

We rented this property for 4 months and it has been the absolute best experience we have had with any Airbnb or Vrbo. The place is comfortable, well equipped, clean, quiet and did I mentioned that the beach is basically across the street? The owners are wonderful kind people. They were always very quick to respond when something came up. No need to think if this is the place for you. You will love it!

John and I have spent many years sailing and living around Florida and the Bahamas on our 36 foot Beneteau. We finally ended up in Fort Pierce Florida. It still retains some of that old Florida feel. Original buildings and local museums display a lot of local history. Entertainment can be found everywhere, from local buskers to Sunrise Theater main acts. We love the north Fort Pierce beaches and we have been to a lot of beaches. Can't say enough about this area. You will love it!

This property has new impact windows and doors. The sound deadening quality of these windows and doors are awesome. You do not hear your neighbors or any traffic noises. It is very quiet and peaceful.
