Lägenhet totalrenoverades i juni 2014. Av 80 kvadratmeter plus en trädgård utanför.

Beläget i ett bostadsområde, är lägenheten på bottenvåningen och är fullt tillgänglig utan behov av hissar. Bilen / motorcykel är inom gården själv. I områden utanför parkeringsavgiften ändå. Residenset erbjuder möjlighet till en semester i ett lugnt område, en kort bilresa från Cinque Terre.

Hela köket, vardagsrummet, TV, internet och en privat trädgård är bland de bekvämligheter som finns i det här rummet. Trädgården, särskilt lämpar sig att ha måltider (frukost, lunch eller middag) utomhus.

Sovrummen, båda mycket rymliga, är två trebäddsrum, med en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng varje. Perfekt för en familj med barn.

Vardagsrummet är också utrustat med en bäddsoffa, som utökar lägenheten till 8 husdjur.

Bara 900 m från tågstationen (10 minuter till fots) och båtar till öarna och till Portofino, Portovenere och Genoa Aquarium. Struktur nära restauranger med typisk liguriska focaccia och fisk mycket bra och fräsch. I utkanten av La Spezia, är den historiska stadskärnan inom gångavstånd. Några miles från havet. Portovenere och Lerici kan nås med den bekväma båttjänsten som lämnar från stadens centrum.

För att nå lägenheten och resa i området, med tanke på den stora närheten till stationen och kollektivtrafiken, är det inte nödvändigt att använda en privat bil.

Gateway to Cinque Terre

Lovely host, made us feel very welcome. Upbeat with positive energy. Walkable to the train station, grocery store very close by and 2 very good local restaurants.

Great help from Renata!

Renata was a great host, leaving us pastries the morning after we checked in and suggesting things to do on a few rainy days. A great spot for a base for exploring Cinque Terre.

Amazing host

The property was as described. The host was very helpful and the location is amazing - 5 minute walk from a grocery store and cafe, 15 minute walk to the train station, and 25 minute walk downtown!

Great place to stay!

Renata was a great host. She was available to us at all times. She even made dinner reservations for us a few times. Gave us some great suggestions of places to visit that turned out to be the highlight of our stay. Easy walk to the train station and lots of restaurants and grocery shopping near by.

Great, convenient place!

A beautiful home conveniently located near La spezia centrale by walking and bus. Renata, our host, was very helpful and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious and was clean.

Excellent Host

The location was great. We walked to the train station and the marina. Enjoyed living like a local with market and grocery store close by Renata is a gem. She sincerely cares. Out door garden area was so peaceful

Treated like family

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable. Renata went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the garden was perfect for having a glass of wine and relaxing. She went as far as driving us to the train station, making 2 trips (8 luggages and 4 travellers.Highly recommended.

Great base for exploring South Ligurian Coast

Renata was lovely and met us outside her property as we arrived. She was a huge help with where to go/park in surrounding towns. No tourists in area - you feel part of local community Suite was spacious and clean Lovely back patio with table and chairs Locked/gated parking at end of street City has lovely waterfront and park - vibrant Great spot for taking off to the Cinque Terre (by car, train or boat) and more northern towns/villages. Could use some newer beds/mattresses but comfortable enough. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Host, good location.

Great stay. Renata was super helpful and arranged for reservations for diner when we asked for help. It is less than 20 min to the train station to Cinq Terre. Rooms are spacious and it is nice to have 2 bathrooms. The AC worked great. Supermarket and bakery are 2 min walk! We stayed there 4 nights. Renata was kind enough to have cold wine, a few beers and snacks when we arrived. We were very grateful!

The best house in La Spezia

The host made us feel so welcome and comfortable in her house, the rooms and facilities were more than comfortable. Advice from Renata made travel and sight seeing along the Cinque Terre and Port Venere so enjoyable with lunch recommendations and detailed transport options. We would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone and hope you are lucky enough to get a successful booking

Our family of 6 had a memorable stay at Renata’s. She made us feel at home and cozy. It felt like she knew us for a long time and we were visiting family. She really tried her best to help us feel at home by getting a translator to help us explore the city. She even made sure we had parking for free. La Spezia is a place for adventure. Walking down to the train station or taking the bus to get to Cinque Terre. Will use her place again.

Visit to Cinque Terre

My wife and I stayed 4 nights here as a base for visiting Cinque Terre and surrounding areas. The unit was cozy, comfortable and well situated. We had a car which we parked in the space provided. We walked, bused, trained and ferried everywhere while we were there. The train station is a short walk and that's how we got to Cinque Terre, using the ferry to return. We also visited Porto Venere by bus. Downtown La Spezia with lots of restaurants is a 30 min walk. Host Renata was very helpful and generous. She provided some of her homemade pesto and marmalade which were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia.

Amazing host & location!

This property was wonderful! Perfect location away from the touristy areas but easy to walk to the train station, city centre and harbour. La Spezia was a great little city. Far less crowded than staying in Cinque Terre and only 10 mins by train from the first village. The highlight of our stay here though was our host Renata. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many rental properties and have never had a better or more thoughtful host! She picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, drove us to the ferry one morning, recommended we visit Porto Venere (which we absolutely loved!), made us fresh pesto and gifted us with some beautiful pastries. She made us feel like we were family. We adored her and cannot recommend this place and Renata enough!

Great experience

Our family really enjoyed this property in Le Spezia. We arrived really late on a train, yet Renata (our host) arranged her colleagues to meet us and acquaint us with the property. The patio was lovely to eat breakfast on and there was plenty of space for our family of six. Renata was even kind enough to stock our fridge with a few food items for breakfast! This location worked very well for us to do a day trip in Cinque Terra and we would definitely recommend it.

A hop to Cinque Terre

Renata was a wonderful host. The property location is ideal. Easy to use bus and train to Cinque Terre , Pisa . Penney Market and Plus Trattoria very close for groceries or just some special treats. Local fruit and vegetables are the best. We had the best experience and we plan to return.

Simply the perfect host

Lovely house and garden, just 10 minute walk from the train station. Spacious house in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Our hostess was so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to help us anyway she could. Highly recommended.

Great stay in la Spezia!!

We had an amazing stay at Renata’s place! She was an incredible host! Renata picked us up at the train station as well as dropped us off. Gave us a quick tour of La Spezia and took us to a small town for a swim and some amazing sites. Her home was well equipped, clean and in a good location. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home and I hope you will visit us in the US soon!!

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for our short stay vising La Spezia, Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Renata was a brilliant host and was nearby if we needed anything. The property was very clean and well equipped which made our stay even better. Parking was very close by and gated. La spezia town center was about 15 minutes walk. Portovenere (our pick of places to visit) was a 20 minute drive. My advice is to park at the top of the hill and walk down! Cinque terra is a 23 minute train ride away and is a must for any short visit. I would recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you to Renata and her family for their hospital.

Recanta was amazing! She was like a mother who wanted to take care of you. Went above and beyond to pick me and my family up from the station, which I'm very thankful for. Her house was amazing from the bedding to amenities to the walkable markets and the train station. The area was very scenic as well, with beautiful views and the proximity to Cinque Terre. You won't regret your stay here!

Wonderful stay

Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. She picked us up at the station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage, had all sorts of recommendations and made reservations for us for dinner. It’s obvious that she loves hosting and wanted to make sure that we had a wonderful trip. It was in a great location and easily accessible to Cinque Terre by train. She treated us like family. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again if ever coming back to Cinque Terre.

Renata was a wonderful and generous hostess

Renata greeted us at the train station upon arrival and drove us back at the end of our stay. Her home was very clean and quiet. She arranged dinner reservations for us and provided recommendations for nearby market, wine store, and bakery. Renata was so very kind, we felt at home in her residence. She also drove us to nearby Porta Venere where we spent half a day enjoying this beautiful seaside village. We want to return so we can spend more time with Renata.

Lovely Apartment in LaSpezia

This was an absolutely wonderful stay during our 3 week trip to Italy. Renata is the perfect host; so kind and generous. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk away, and the train station is very close for trips to Cinque Terre and the ferry is also there to go to Portovenere (must see), but in our case the lovely Renata drove us to Portovenere and we took the ferry back. Renata is the perfect host and I hope we stay in contact because we definitely want to visit again. Thank you, Renata!

Will stay again! Home away from home. Convenient and Comfortable

We had such a warm welcome from Renata (and her son who was visiting from UK). Everything is explained well. She had water, some bread, juice for the kid and candies waiting for us. Bedsheets, room heaters, dishwasher, washer for clothes was all available and came in so handy! She made dinner reservations and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Also packed some pastries for the road! It felt like we were family and not just guests!

This was a gem such a lovely stay!!! <3

We were a group of 8 friends who stayed with Renata! We had such an amazing time. The unit was in a lovely location close to busses and transit as well as a supermarket. Everything you would need to explore La Spezia! The home was lovely, very gorgeous and clean had laundry. Everything we would ever need! Renata was an ANGEL she welcomed us with treats and had homemade jam and coffee upon our arrival. She had a great roster of local recommendations and activities. She even went ahead and offered booking beach chairs for us at major beaches we were visiting! The restaurant she recommended was amazing. All her guidance made our trip great. We really felt taken care of beyond just staying at a property it felt like we had a nonna and life long friend. If you want an authentic experience in La Spezia stay here, you will not regret it. Thank you Renata for a lovely stay!!! <3
