REMIGIU är ett fritidshus beläget i en gammal och liten by som heter Porciana, i hjärtat av nationalparken Cinqueterre, 2 minuter med bil från byn Volastra i Riomaggiore kommun.
Namnet Remigiu eller enklare Piccolo Rè återspeglar lite orten eller det lilla kungariket Remigiu.
Remigiu har utsikt över sin panoramaterrass framför Punta Mesco, där du kan titta på spektakulära solnedgångar och har en 360 ° utsikt över Golfo delle Cinqueterre.
Inuti hittar du på första våningen ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med två sängar och ett stort badrum, medan på övervåningen finns ett mycket välkomnande och ljusa vardagsrum med pentry, bäddsoffa och det andra badrummet.

Simply Amazing !

What a beautiful place tucked in the mountains… it is 1km north of Volastra. The place has everything you need and a espectacular view. I would absolutely stay there again if we are back in cinque Terre! Lovely place!

This is a very nice appartment located in a phantastic area. All rooms were clean and pleasently furnished. From here you can reach the whole 5 Terre very good. Great Shopping you can made in the beautiful City of La Spezia. We would like to do here holidays again.

Perfect choice, Amazing property and hosts!

This has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth. Lovely, updated and comfortable apartment in an historic home with the most breathtaking views you can imagine. The property is located conveniently in the middle of the five villages, and is an easy walk to one of them. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and gracious, I wish that I could have stayed so much longer!

awesome view, comfortable accommodations

We picked the perfect place to stay!! We wanted to hike the path and this location was central!! The water view from the spacious deck was spectacular! Perfect place to watch sunsets!! More room in apartment than we needed!! Hosts were extremely kind and shared wine, vegetables, and fruit from their garden. You won't find a better place! It's a perfect location, just a 10-minute walk out of town, to the quietness of the vineyards.

Stunning view

Best view in Cinque Terre! We had espresso in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the balcony. Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Great space for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is a little remote, but easy 20 min walk to Volastra or catch the bus outfront 4 times a day. Highly recommend. The trail between Volastra/Manarola to Corniglia goes through the beautiful back yard.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location to explore Cinque Terre

We had a great stay at this lovely and clean apartment with beautiful views over Cinque Terre. The cozy apartment was perfect for our family of four for four nights in one of the most beautiful places in Italy. It was a perfect spot for hiking and driving to nearby towns, though the hike back up was tough at the end of the day. The house was set up for cooking, with some essentials left over from others (oil, sugar, salt, etc.), and so we made some meals at home. Barbara was helpful and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start.

The view is the main selling point

We saw nicer places on the website of the company that rents out this place The apartment is located on the side of the hill. You park on a narrow strip on the side of the road and have to take quite some stairs down to the apartment itself. It is not located in Riomaggiore as the name suggested but 15-20 drive away. There was no one to great us, but we received a pdf with instructions via WhatsApp wit a video on where to go and the code for the keylocker outside. The people that lived below did not speak English, and we were only informed about where to put the trash even after asking during the week. (required a key which we got on the last evening) We found the apartment to be below expectation in cleanliness, especially the kitchen. Also, the furniture was outdated and the balcony furniture was a joke. Also, there is no internet, and the satellite TV is not working. The garden is not adjecant to the apartment, but under it so you have to close the door if you want to sit there because the door. Is on a walk path between the villages so lots of hikers pass it. Pros: the view and the airconditioning.

Spectacular View

Barbara and Rina welcomed us with open arms to this quaint farmhouse in a magical setting. We had experienced a harrowing day of having our car broken into at Pisa and having everything stolen. Rina was so sweet to share one of her delicious bottles of wine! Barbara could be found working in the beautiful backyard and garden with a continual smile on her face. I can't even begin to describe how beautiful the view of the Ligurian Sea and two of the Cinque Terra towns is. The farmhouse sets right on the walking trail from Maranola and Corniglia. The walk to Volastra is about 20 minutes on a breathtaking trail with vineyards along the path. The only slightly negative was the bunkbeds for people who are 60+. Sleeping on the top bunk was a trick....we have had loads of laughs about that. All in all this place is a touch of heaven. We all hope to return. We would all highly recommend the farmhouse. A view worth the effort

The most outstanding feature of Remigiu is the spectacular view of the Cinque Terre coast and villages. However, to get there, you have to walk down 89 (we counted) stony steps. The other approach is a rocky trail 25 minutes from the village Volastra. We found that both were part of the experience of our stay. There is good bus service from the village to Manarola where you can get the train or ferry to all the other Cinque Terre villages. The property description said (and continues to say) that there is wi-fi connection. There was not any during our stay. That could have been a temporary problem, but it was a disappointment because we couldn't share our wonderful visit and pictures with friends until we left. The kitchen didn't really ae enough glasses and mugs for the number of people who could stay there. And, surprisingly, no wine glasses. We really also needed a small sharp knife. But the view made up for everything.

A beautiful place with a million dollar view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place with the million dollar view! Watching the gorgeous sunset from the balcony was just wonderful! The property is well maintained, the family is so kind, and the apartment is very nice. We would stay here again for sure!! The Cinque Terre trail runs right through the backyard, making it very convenient. It is a 15 minute trail walk from the house to Volastra where you can catch the bus to go into Manarola, which is the closest town. In Manarola, you can access the regional train system to take you to each of the towns. I would recommend getting a Cinque Terre day pass card (14 euros each) if you plan to spend time going from town to town. Otherwise, it is 4 euros each time you get on the train. The pass is well worth the money and you get to see all of the towns. Of course, you can also walk all or some of the trails, which we did. It is important to note that the day pass card is only good for the day that you purchased it (not for a 24 hour period). Since there is a 15 minute walk on the trail to get to the house after you get off the bus, it is important to make sure you head back in daylight otherwise you would be walking on the trails in the dark, which we didn't want to try. We took a taxi twice from Manarola to the house when we got back after dark. The cost was 25 euros one way (there were four of us, not sure if the number of people matters). Our driver was wonderful! This is a great place to stay!

Die Aussicht ist sicher die schönste der ganzen cinqueterre, die wir jeden Abend von der Terrrasse genossen haben. Man kann von der Haustür direkt in zwei Richtungen loswandern und sich, wenn man will, bis Volastra mit dem Bus zurückbringen lassen. Von dort ca. 20 Minuten auf einem der schönsten Abschnitte des Wanderwegs zum Haus zurück. Die Unterkunft überzeugt, Zimmer funkional, Bäder sehr schön, alles gut augestattet und sehr sauber. Schöner Garten, nette Gastgeberin.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus ist toll. Die Lage mit diesem Blick ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeberinnen sind eine gute Seele und immer Hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung ist lustig (Deepl.com sei dank). Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein. Parken an der Strasse ist kein Problem. Der Wanderweg führt direkt am Haus entlang und man sofort in die Erkundung der Region einsteigen

Oase der Erholung

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist an diesem Ort goldrichtig, wenn man keine Probleme mit Treppen hat, es geht ca. 90 Stufen bergab. Wir waren mit Freunden / Pärchen in dieser herrlich gelegenden Ferienwohnung und durften uns 1 Woche an dem großartigen Ausblick aufs Meer erfreuen. Barbara und Mama versorgten uns mit frisch geernteten Weintrauben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir bedanken uns bei Barbara und Mama für die herzliche Betreuung und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Vacances Paradisiaques

Nous avons pris quelques jours de recul afin d’apporter notre ressenti de façon la plus objective et sincère: Notre séjour a été des plus merveilleux. Une rencontre avec des gens merveilleux, un logement TOP. L’emplacement est idéale pour partir à la visite des 5 terres. Vous êtes à 15 minutes à pied de volastra et 35 de Corneglia.Poir ceux qui ne veulent pas tout faire à pied , le bus a volastra puis le train a manorala. Ou directement le train depuis Corneglia. Un spectacle de coupe le souffle depuis la terrasse avec des couleurs sur la mer et la nature extraordinaire. Vous souhaitez le dépaysement alors c’est un endroit idéale. Nous garderons graver à jamais dans notre cœur notre rencontre avec nos hôtes et leurs voisins Merci à eux. Nous recommandons vivement !

Proche de la nature avec l' essentiel à dispositions

Nous sommes restés une semaine a 5, L,acceuil etait parfait et le paysage du matin au soir magnifique,une vue exceptionnelle, un sentiment de sérénité. La journée commençait par une petite marche sur 1Km dans les vignes pour aller chercher le pain dans le village voisin Volastra. Puis depart de randonnées de notre maison, ou le bus qui nous depose a Manarola un des villages des cinq terres. Ensuite au choix train ou randonnée il y en a pour tous les niveaux mais cela reste des vacances sportives a deconseiller avec des enfants en bas âges. Nous ont a adoré la simplicité, le calme de cette maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Merci encore pour votre acceuil fruit,legume et vin tout au long du séjour.

Séjour Idyllique

La situation de la maison est exceptionnelle, on ne se lasse pas de la beauté du paysage et du calme qui règne le soir sur la terrasse après des journées bien remplies. L'accueil de Rina et Barbara est très sympathique, nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster leurs abricots et leur vin. Félicitations à ces hôtes pour le soin qu'elles apportent à l'entretien de leur beau jardin. Nous recommandons très vivement cette maison confortable au coeur des Cinqueterre. vue inoubliable et accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rina et Barbara qui logent sous l'appartement. Leur accueil a été chaleureux tout en restant discret. Elle font preuve de gentilles attentions. La maison est typique des environs et très bien restaurée. Elle fait partie d'un hameau où passe un sentier de randonnée. La vue est à couper le souffle! Prendre ses repas sur la terrasse à contempler la vue est un régal!

Paradies abseits des Rummels…

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell. Die Wohnung haben wir sauber und sehr komfortabel vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber, Rina und Barbara, sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten aus Garten, Küche und Keller versorgt. Im Haus haben wir alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht vorgefunden. Einzig der Zugang über die Treppe von der Straße war etwas beschwerlich, aber Treppensteigen gehört in Cinque Terre nun mal dazu. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse lässt alle Mühe sofort vergessen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die 5 Orte ist die Location einfach genial. Danke an die Gastgeber Rina und Barbara.

Leider wird nirgends erwähnt dass die Parkmöglichkeit oberhalb direkt an der Straße ist auf einem unbefestigten Randstreifen ist. Panorama ist perfekt, Garten ist toll, liegt leider direkt am viel begangenen Hauptwanderweg der Cinque Terre, was so auch nicht erwähnt war.
