Mycket att göra i området. Vi är nära North Georgia, Tennessee och North Carolina.
Förnya din ande på en dag som vandrar till lokala vattenfall eller ridning på skogsmarker i Chattahoochee National Forest. Upplev spänningen av ett Ocoee River Whitewater Rafting-äventyr, åka på Blue Ridge Scenic Railway eller treetop canopy äventyr. Hyr en pontonbåt, kajak eller SUP på den vackra sjön Blue Ridge. Välj lokalt odlad frukt på Mercier Orchards, en 65 år gammal familjeodling. Spela en golfrunda på Old Toccoa Farm, Fannin Countys första och enda golfbana som fronter 4000 + fot av Toccoa-floden. Fånga öring på Toccoa-floden eller en klar bergsström. Blue Ridge är Georgiens öringfiskehuvudstad.

The Love Shack

Was a very pleasant stay with everything we needed. Communication was great and we had no issues at all. The check in and out process was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there and if we come back to the area again we will look to bookthere again forst.

A really good find

Very clean, amenities are well stocked, the host is readily available if needed. Convenient to McCaysville and Blue Ridge. Also convenient to kayaking and whitewater outfitters and several restaurants, brewpubs, and specialty shops. Murphy, N.C. and Blairsville, Ga. are also relatively close. Good for up to two people and you could prepare small meals if you wanted to. I hope to stay here again.

Great porch!

Great tiny house within walking distance to town. Hosts have included everything you need for a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Adorable, well-appointed, great service

I sent my dad and stepmom here to get away for the weekend and they LOVED it. They were texting me all weekend raving about how happy they were. They said everything was very cute, and super comfortable (“well appointed” was the phrase they used). The bed and linens were so comfortable my stepmom even slept in till 11 am one morning, something she hasn’t done in a long time. Keurig was well-stocked. The owner was super nice and responded quickly to a text question. This is a wonderful, affordable place to just get away for the weekend and have some quiet while enjoying small town charm and pretty river views. Dad and stepmom say they’ll be back and they Highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

This was our 2nd stay at The Love Shack and it was just as wonderful as the 1st! We love how cozy it is and wonderfully stocked for a rainy day in or close to town for a sunny walk. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Stayed for a two week school

I stayed at The Love Shack for a very demanding two week school. The house was a perfect little study zone. It is in very quiet spot with lots of potential activities nearby. I saw opportunities for Zip Lining, Kayaking, Orchard Tours, and Helicopter Mountain Tours. The property was clean and well kept.

Excellent value for the money.

I'm cheap, my wife not so much, and this was the cheapest non-hotel property I could find. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It is located in town within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. I was very surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was and you can't get that at a motel. The parking was a little tight for my full-sized truck but it fit. You could tell the owners take pride in their property. It's name says it all, it's a well loved shack. If that's what you are looking for you will love it too.
