Vakna i befälhavaren till en utsikt över den vackra sjön Erie, som ligger en kort promenad bort.
Hemmet ligger i direkt linje för den svala sjöbrisen, där du kan njuta av en eftermiddag eller kväll sitter på verandan sväng.
Om det finns fler än två personer i din fest under din vistelse, kan de välja mellan en enkelsäng i lila rummet eller en hel säng i det blå rummet. Alla rum har tillgång till gott om garderobsutrymme och byrålådor.

Grannskapet:
Lake Shore Park är en kvart mil i öst. Du kan mata ankorna, spela frisbee golf eller sitta på en gunga och njuta av vattnet. Walnut Beach är en mil och en halv i väster. Conneaut Township Park ligger 12 miles österut på 60 hektar och erbjuder något att göra för alla. Från lekplatser till fotbollsplaner och basketplaner.

Lunch kan vara på Crow's Nest - en familjeägt restaurang ett kvarter från vårt hem, där de bästa vingarna (bland annat) kan ätas.
En halv mil West är Historic Bridge Street (2018 vinnare av "America's Main Street" tävling, där du kan ha en bra kopp kaffe på Harbor Perk, ett glas fint vin efter att ha handlat på butiksaffärer eller konstgalleri. på Fitzgeralds eller Halcyon, och välj en måltid från pizza, röka bbq, biff eller annan fantastisk entré.
Dessert kan vara glass på Cones eller på Marianne's (Men var noga med att gå till Marianne tidigt för sin hemlagad choklad!)
Harbour Tvätt är några miles away, om du behöver tvätta kläder.

Att komma runt:
1.000 fot till Route 11, du är en hopp, hoppa över och ett hopp till de många täckta broarna, vingårdarna och händelserna i Ashtabula County. Vi är 15 minuter från Spire i Genève. Också 15 minuter från Genève-on-the-Lake, om du inte blir stoppad av Bascule Bridge i hamnen - lägg sedan till 10 minuter.

Amazing Stay

Such a fun and relaxing weekend at this stay. It was clean and exactly as described. The location was in the perfect spot, very close to the beach and other attractions, while also being private and peaceful. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again!

Nice and quiet

No issues the home was wonderfully equipped and in a pleasant neighborhood. Quick response by host. We only got to stay one night due to work issues. Would stay again.

Very clean property. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to park a truck with a boat along with a second car. Just minutes away from pretty much anything you would need for a relaxing trip. Ours was for fishing and its location to a boat launch cannot be beat. The owners are very receptive and you can tell they do their best to make sure your trip goes well. They are very easy to reach if anything is needed also. Definitely a place you will return too.

Perfect stay

I really enjoyed our stay this weekend. It’s a nice area. Seems like it would be nice in summer as well. The house was very clean and some of the basic items that were available like water bottles, coffee, creamers, etc was an added bonus. We would love to come again!

Love this house!

Great stay here in this house. Loved the area too. We come here for a big swim meet very year and we love staying in this town and going to the harbor perk every morning. Such an interesting area. The house was warm and inviting. It has everything you could possibly need. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. Great safe and clean place!

Perfect space

We were in town for a funeral. The checkin process was easy and the communication from Gary and Linda was wonderful. The house was perfect for what we needed. Sits across the street from the lake. Very clean and comfortable.

Very nice house, wonderful hosts

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The house is large and will accommodate multiple families, including children. The décor is enchanting. I cannot praise the hosts enough. Highly communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend this dwelling as well as the wonderful hosts.

Great weekend getaway

Great communication and nice weekend vacation spot. We had my adult son and daughter with their significant others. The one bathroom was challenging but we made it work. Some mirrors in the bedrooms would help immensely since that’s where most of us had to get ready. Only other minor thing was the soap dispenser in the bathroom was not pumping. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful little place for a girls weekend.

I can’t speak any higher of the owners of this home. The communication was wonderful and they were so welcoming. The house was clean and so relaxing. They did everything they could to provide a great experience for their guests. The access to the vineyards was great. We are excited to come back in the future.

You can walk (not short) to a nearby lake shore park or beach (3? min drive) or drive 10 minutes to another one as well and be on the beach. Attractive space. STeps -- as advertised -- are steep. Lovely and helpful property owners.

A Beautiful Stay

This property was fantastic! From the time we checked in, we felt at home and comfortable. Gary and Linda also checked in to make sure we were doing well, which was immensely appreciated. The location of this property was ideal for our purposes since we have favorite shops and restaurants in the Historic Harbor - it was great having such a short drive. On the whole, we loved this property, the kindness of our hosts, and our time in Ashtabula. Though, I have to say, they aren't kidding about the stairs! 😂

Adorable getaway

The property was adorable. The bathroom is upstairs and the steps are quite steep so not recommended for families with elderly or small children. Everything was as listed but we weren’t able to get the can opener to work. Great bathroom-excellent water pressure and well decorated. We would consider using again.

Great location

Fabulous location! The house is impeccably clean, cute and well stocked. There are a few things to mention- The master bed was incredibly hard- we went and bought a blow up bed and slept on that instead- issue solved :) I have mobility issues so getting up and down the narrow stairs was very, very hard. I would think if you’re older or a larger person who can’t see their feet I think the steps will be an issue. I’m still giving the home 5 stars bc they mention the stairs in the listing so that’s our fault for not seeing it. Overall, the location is ideal and we spent little time in the home anyway. The owners are kind and responsive.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

This house is a lovely respite for a weekend or longer! Within a short driving distance to the downtown area, a beach, and a lakeside park. There are wineries close by as well as a suburban shopping area if you need to run to Walmart. The home has everything you can think of in terms of feeling at home! We cooked meals at the house in the well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is updated and clean and beds are comfortable with clean linens and there are extra blankets and pillows. We watched a movie on the television in the living room, which we were able to connect to our streaming service. Books, puzzles, and board games are provided as well. I sat on the porch swing to enjoy my coffee in the morning and to listen to the rain in the evening. The house is big enough that everyone has their own space, but small enough to feel cozy. There is a restaurant called the Crow's Nest that has good food for a good price just about diagonal from the house. They have dining or take away. All in all, this was a very relaxing visit. Five Stars! I would stay here again, hopefully for a few extra days :)

Everything was great but all 3 beds and stairs.

We had such a great time in Ashtabula! This house was super clean and had most of your needs. We would stay again if the beds were updated. Unfortunately, all three beds were very uncomfortable. We tried all three and we barely slept all weekend. Then the stairs.. we both slide down. They are half the size of regular stairs, very narrow. Be careful.

Clean and quiet

The overall stay was excellent. The house was clean and the owners were available if any problem should arise. Check in was easy and we were able to go in the house a little early which was nice since our drive there was a little quicker than planned. We also got to meet the owners son who lives next door and gave us some great information on nearby beaches. The only downside was geneva on the lake was a little further of a drive than we would have liked.

Welcome Inn

Beautiful house and was exactly as listed online. Was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Its an older home with an unique staircase so if stairs are an issue I would use caution when booking. Overall a wonderful stay and certainly will go back on our future fishing trips.

We made a decision when we began as hosts that we would provide an extremely clean place for people to stay. We want it to feel like home, so we try to think ahead to provide everything a guest will need.

Our town was settled in sections by nationality. Welcome Inn is in ‘SwedeTown’.
It is a several block area. We just love this part of town.
It is a block from Route 11, s and yet is a quiet neighborhood.
