The Tee Box är en vacker lägenhet i den mest eftertraktade byggnaden i komplexet med utsikt över vår underbara anka damm! Vi är mindre än en mil från byn där du kan få de bästa Bloody Marys och skaldjur på ön. Ta en cykel eller gå till utmärkta restauranger som Palmer's, Palm Coast, Georgia Sea Grill, Mullet Bay, Sand Castle och mer!
Community festivaler på den berömda st. Simons fyr och Pier parker är rikliga och inom gångavstånd.
Närmaste strand är mindre än en mil bort vid kungen och prinsen men det finns flera stränder att välja mellan. Och Georgiens kronjuvel Jekyll Island är en kort bilresa och ett måste se för alla resenärer.
Vem älskar inte en bakgårdspool? Steg från vår dörr är en av två pooler i komplexet. Tennisbanor, gym och businesscenter runda ut de komplexa bekvämligheterna.
Det finns för mycket att göra i St. Simon kommer bara en gång om året. Mellan golfen, levande musik, matfestivaler hela året, det finns ingen tid att förlora. Tee Box-ägare älskar golf och älskar ön och du kommer också!
Vår lägenhet är fullt utrustad med alla rostfria vitvaror, uppdaterade finish i kök och bad.
The condo sover fyra med en king size-säng i master och queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet. Två fulla bad, öppet vardagsrum / kök och matplats. Utsikt över ankdamm finns från alla rum. Njut av en nattsbris från det täckta däcket!
Stränder ligger mindre än en kilometer bort, liksom några av öns bästa restauranger, barer och bäst av allt - levande musik nästan varje helg!

Wonderful location!

Loved the property and St. Simons! This was our first trip to the island and this condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to the village and great restaurants. Beautiful condo with everything you would need for a great vacation.

Great condo with an awesome view

The unit was very clean and beachy. It was furnished nicely with comfortable furniture and beds. It was furnished with everything we needed. Great location and an awesome view of the pond and ducks from the balcony. They accommodated our dog and we will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Great

We have stayed here 3 times and have really enjoyed our stay!! The location is amazing and pool access is just steps away. Owner kept us informed of anything happening and only 1 problem with air and the problem was taken care of with no delays. We will be staying here again!

Super clean and comfortable; as described

Had a very nice stay, was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the view of the pond and the ducks but a lovely spot to do that in a nice complex. Quick response during booking process. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway close to amenities

The Teebox was a comfy, very clean and perfect condo for my family. Had all the amenities needed and some. Being right next to the pool was a big plus for my kids! Short drive to beach and short walk to the pier and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

The condo was updated, well stocked, and very clean. We loved the location with the duck pond, rope swings and a heated pool (perfect for swimming in early March!) It was close to the village and very convenient to restaurants, stores and the beach. Kathy and Mike were wonderful hosts!

Nice condo unit with lots of amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the pond view. We also enjoyed the many amenities the property had to offer - pool, swings, playground, etc. Location was great as it's a 15 minute walk to the village with lots of restaurants and shops.

Great Spot

Very nice unit. Had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony over looking duck pond. Easy walk/bike ride to shops in town and close to restaurants. Added bonus was bagpipes show in parking lot on St Patty’s day. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent property

Thanks Kathleen. The condo was the perfect size for two couples. Clean, well stocked with blankets, linens and towels. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. George (property manager) was attentive without being intrusive. Pickle ball was fun and the duck pond just added to the experience! We had a great stay.

Great location, clean, great communication

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location with a nice view from the balcony. We loved spending time at the pool during the evenings. There were several kids on property that our son enjoyed playing with. The workout room on property was not clean and the equipment didn't work properly, but not the owner's fault. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot on the island

Perfect spot on the island... The condo does not disappoint… Is exactly as it is in the picture… Pretty views lots of space fully equipped kitchen and so much more… You’re within walking distance of town or the beach… The beach may take 15 or 20 minutes walking but only about 10 minutes on the bike… Will definitely consider renting this condo again… I come down Austin and usually stay at one of the resorts But really enjoyed staying here having my own kitchen to cook food for my family…

Spring Break 2019

Enjoyed our visit to SSI. The TEE BOX was as promised; we LOVED it! Not too far from anything you could possibly need or want on the island. The weather was mentioned to be a bit unpredictable; but ended up being more sun than we could stand:) Just what we needed over "spring break" lots of Vitamin D and relaxation. Hope to see SSI and the TEE BOX again, soon.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I wanted to take our two girls (ages 5 and 3) on a little vacation after these last few crazy months and before our oldest started Kindergarten. We could not have picked a better place. This condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, it's like walking into your own home. The community is very clean and nice. We were able to enjoy the pool every night after spending the day in town. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to talk to Miss Kathy. She provided us with suggestions on places to eat and places to visit with the girls. She is so sweet and prompt, just like talking to a friend. We loved our stay and are looking forward to staying here again!

Nice area

The property was as pictured and described. It was peaceful, quiet, close enough to the beach, pier, lighthouse, and village. With us celebrating our 40th anniversary, proximity with quiet was what we were seeking. The condo itself was clean, and was also quiet. Our only complaint was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The seat and back cushions didn’t provide much support at all, neither my wife or I could get comfortable on the sofa or loveseat. With that being the only reclining/relaxing area available, other than the beds, it was frustrating not to be able to relax, watch TV, or read comfortably.

Perfect Mini Getaway

The communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever experienced. I was heading down a couple days after hurricane Idalia. Kathy stayed in constant communication to let me know if there were any damages or power outages. Luckily there wasn’t. This condo was so easy to get to and in the perfect location. The cleanliness condo I’ve ever seen and so nicely decorated. You immediately feel at home. Although we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen is very well stocked. Bathrooms had lots of extra towels if needed. There was even extra blankets and pillows if needed. Everything was just perfect. My daughter and I had a great weekend and already planning to come by in a couple months. Thanks for letting us call your condo home while we were there.

Mike and I are Georgia natives but we've traveled the world. We considered a lot of locations before settling on our Tee Box unit in 2019. We love coastal Georgia, golf, good restaurants, good music and of course a good time. We currently live in Central Georgia and hope to one day make St. Simons our permanent home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We looked for several months at coastal properties in Gulf Shores, Panama City, Orange Beach, Biloxi and of course St. Simons. We have been regular visitors for many years and kept getting drawn back to properties here. We have made friends here and you will too even if you only have time to stay a long weekend. It's just that much fun. We can help you find cool things to do while you are here.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are so convenient to everything on the island and affordable. The balcony is covered and the island breeze combined with the pond just puts you in relax mode. Who doesn't like a backyard pool? One of two complex pools is just steps away from your door, as well as tennis courts and certainly the duck pond so bring your fishing pole.
The updated fixtures, finishes and appliances are very well done and the perfect complement to a perfect location on St. Simons. You will be welcomed with a little gift from us and hope you will check in on our facebook page!
