Huntington Villa, nära Beach & Pool, på Broad Creek

Vår villa har totalrenoverats, färdig i februari 2016. Nytt golv, kök, sovrum, badrum, möbler, inventarier och apparater. Alla bänkskivor i kök och badrum är granit. Kom och besök en av de mest önskade semesterplatserna på östkusten och bo på en av de mest önskade platserna, Huntington Villas.

Denna vackert inredda, två våningar villa är fullt möblerad och ligger cirka 200 meter från stranden och bara några steg från den privata uppvärmda poolen som endast är för Huntington gäster. En öppen planlösning med ett sovrum i bottenvåningen med king size-säng, full dusch, sitter på Broad Creek vattenväg, en 11 mil sammanlänkad vattenväg. Fiske och kajakbåt i vattenvägen är tillåtet. Ett av sovrummen på övervåningen har en dubbelsäng med full dusch. Det tredje sovrummet, som ligger på övervåningen, har två enkelsängar med badrum. Huvudnivån har fullt utrustat kök med halv badkar utanför köket. Vardagsrum, matsal och frukostbar också på bottenvåningen.

Och det finns ett solrum utanför matsalen som har utsikt över Broad Creek som är idealisk för att läsa och njuta av utsikten över vattnet. Sovrum, solrum, vardagsrum har alla platt-TV.

Förutom poolen och stranden finns det tre 18-håls PGA-golfbanor inom Palmetto Dunes och bara några minuter från Villa, Fazio, Trent Jones och Arthur Hills. Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (rankat i topp 50 i USA) ligger inom en mil från Villa, har 23 lera och två hårda domstolar.

Shopping ligger i närheten av hela ön, Shelter Cove Marina ligger tvärs över gatan från ingången till Palmetto Dunes där du hittar bra shopping och ställen att äta på. Palmetto Dunes gratis pendeltrafik är tillgänglig (april till september) för att transportera dig genom Palmetto Dunes och Shelter Cove-områden.

Excellent stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this home. The proximity to the beach and the pool are fantastic. The accommodations inside fit our family of 5 very well. We will certainly consider staying her a 3rd time.

Wonderful house and location

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect size for our party of 6. Very clean and location can’t be beat. Quiet area and just a short walk to the beach. Rich was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great Vacation Villa

This villa exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, spacious and in a great location. Richard was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great villa!

The villa is very clean and well decorated, nicer even than what appears on the photos. Fully equipped kitchen and TVs in every bedroom. Short walk to the beach, 5 minutes or so. Very convenient to the community pool and hot tub, across the parking area. Great communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out, no crazy requests like some hosts. Highly recommend!

LOVE this property!

We just returned from our 4th year in this condo and the owner and property continue to meet all of our needs. The location is close to the pool and the beach. The unit is comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The owner is extremely communicative and responsive. The people in the surrounding units are respectful and friendly.

Great Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean, well lit, stocked & spacious. Public beach access is essentially right across the street. Pool is about a 30 second walk from the front door. Perfect location. Rich was extremely responsive & proactive about check in process. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to nitpick anything I would say linens could be updated & could use a few more trash cans in bathrooms & bedrooms but our family really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

This is our second time renting this condo and we have decided it is the perfect vacation rental for our family. The location is fabulous with it's proximity to the ocean and the pool. The condo is comfortably decorated, furnished with all of the dishes and amenities needed and the owner is excellent in communicating. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would plan future trips to Hilton Head based upon the availability of this unit. Looking forward to next year.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! House was perfect for our family of 6! Pictures don’t do it justice… the pictures make it look much darker than it is. It’s actually FULL of light with great views of the lagoon and an awesome skylight over the master shower (loved that)! The whole house is very comfortable and the finishes and furnishings were very nice and upscale! Great layout with each bedroom having their own bath and an extra half bath on the 1st floor. Also loved the location with easy pool and beach access and the kids loved riding bikes to the General Store every day! Owner very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for families on Hilton Head!

This location was perfect, quiet and away from the bustle but minutes from the beach and everything we wanted to enjoy. Rich and his manager were very responsive when we had wifi issues (due to weather) and easy to communicate with. The place was spacious with lovely view. Could add a few more items to stock tbe place but nothing major. Would happily stay there again.

Great Location and Plenty of room

As a family of 5 we struggle with finding affordable places with plenty of room within a short walk to the beach. This listing has been one of our best experiences. It was just a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Great vacation. Townhouse was beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5. Updated finishes and appliances. Pool right around the corner. Short walk to beach. Rich was very responsive to all my questions. The only negative comment and I am knit picking here is that the $25 parking pass should have been included in the rental fee.

The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice! I booked it based on reviews and I am so glad I did. It was so clean and spacious-we could all spread out and were very comfortable. It is a short 5 min walk to the beach as well! Rich was quick to reply to any questions or issues. I would love to stay here again!

Rich was great to work with. At times it felt we were his only customer due to his responsiveness. The unit was clean and well updated. Quick walk to the beach. Defiantly a unit we will return to.

Great house, responsive owner!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for a family of 5. The updates are very nice and it’s a great location, just about 5 min walk to the beach and easy bike ride to the general store and tennis courts. Somehow, VRBO did not let the owners know we had booked the house so we did not receive check in information and the house was not ready for us. The owner was incredibly responsive and got his cleaning crew to the house that night! They did a great job and we felt comfortable moving in right after. The owner even sent a sweet treat to us the next day for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for the Leamington beach access walkway.

Excellent rental experience. No hassle and everything was neat and clean. We enjoyed our beautiful week on the island and this rental. One of my favorites and we have been renting for approximately the last 15 years in Palmetto Dunes.

Absolutely Fantastic Vacation

This place is amazing!!!!! The location within Palmetto Dunes cannot be beat......extremely close to beach, pool, and right on bike path. The unit is amazing! It is so clean and completely updated and has everything you need to cook full dinners in the kitchen. It is also very spacious and comfortable. I have stayed at places where the seating is questionable but everything here is not only comfortable, but clean as well to where you can completely relax. This villa fit our family of 5 with no problem at all. The beds were very comfortable as well which is usually a struggle for us. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head. The owner, Richard, was also extremely prompt to reply to any questions that we had and to make sure we had everything we needed. Great unit and fantastic vacation! I cannot rate this place high enough!
