Great family home

This was not the property we originally booked due to a problem with house not ready at check in, Vacasa was able to immediately put us in this house in the same neighborhood on a Sunday night. Home was well equipped for our adult family of 5, very comfortable beds and rooms. Location was great for the ski resorts we were visiting. Space was large with plenty of beds for a large family or traveling couples together.

Perfect location

Fantastic rental in Harbor Springs. Perfect for our family of 4. Minutes to downtown or Pond Hill Farm. Had everything we needed.

Great space!

Comfortable home! Enjoyed the open concept for gathering. Great access to bike & hiking trails. Put group enjoyed golfing, bocce & pickleball while we were there. Fireplace w/ gas started for real logs was easy to use and great for the surprisingly cooler temps while we were there! Everything was well labeled for ease of use throughout. Would stay again👍🏻

Great place to stay.

This house is lovely and has pretty much everything you’ll need for a vacation. A couple of items missing from the listing: there is a Keurig in addition to the coffee maker, which was bonus. Also, if you use a hairdryer you’ll need to bring one. It was not shown in the listing as an amenity, we just assumed one would be there. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished. The drive to Nubs Nob was 15 minites max. There is plenty of room in the house with a nice open floor plan.

Weekend Getaway

This home was great for our quick winter weekend of snowboarding. Super close to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Would recommend to others.

Even better than we thought it would be

This property was even nicer in person than we thought it would be. Very clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was nice with lots of utensils. Backyard was beautiful & very peaceful. Nice table for playing card games/board games. We didn’t use the fireplace but the option was nice. WiFi worked well. Great location, close to ski resorts which is what we were looking for. My kids were sad to leave & are already asking to come back.

Quiet and relaxing

Paperwork before check in was difficult especially for those who aren’t tech savvy. Location was perfect for exploring the area. The tree colors were beautiful.

Dirtiest bug infested place ever

This place has not been cleaned in months. There are tons of dead bugs all over the place and there was no Wi-Fi Internet or cable Tv . I contacted customer service multiple times from the point of walking in the door. My spouse and I had to walk around the house and clean the entire house before we could even put our stuff in there. I have videos and photos to show you. Someone also put a Coca-Cola can in the freezer and it exploded all over the place. I contacted customer service multiple times and they never helped to resolve this issue. I want some sort of refund

This property was in great shape, well appointed with everything you need as a renter and everything was labeled really well so it was easy to use everything. Had a wonderful stay with my family of 5 and plenty of room. Will return....

Review of Rental

The location was great, the rental was comfortable, spacious & well equipped. The woods were beautiful. Two suggestions: it would have been ideal to have a walking/running path & a fire pit.
