Upstairs, the king bedroom features a lavish ensuite bath, ensuring a private sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. The equally inviting twin bedroom ensuite offers a perfect blend of privacy and functionality. A semi-private loft equipped with a daybed and TV is ideal for one guest.

Whether you are a culinary enthusiast or simply enjoy family meals, this well-appointed kitchen will exceed your expectations. The open concept living spaces with a gas fireplace provides the perfect setting for unwinding after a day on the fairway or relaxing poolside.

Step outside to your private patio and enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The outdoor space is an extension of your living area, inviting you to savor the beauty of the natural surroundings.

Located within the prestigious Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club community, convenience is at your fingertips. From a short walk to Club amenities to an easy drive to upscale shopping and dining, Birchwood Dream ensures that you are well-connected to the best the area has to offer.

Please note that Birchwood Dream has a two-week minimum stay requirement during the months of July and August.

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club is a spectacular club with resort-style amenities. It includes three beautiful nines, a full practice range and short game area, fully stocked pro shop and a bag room. Tennis and pickleball courts, bocce lanes, a seasonal heated outdoor and child pool and fitness center round out the sports amenities. Birchwood Farms has multiple dining options in its lovely clubhouse, on the deck overlooking the magnificent grounds or at the pool half-way house. Birchwood's amenities are available during your stay, with an Access Fee of $750 (May 1 – September 30) or $250 (October 1 – April 30). Please note that the Club issues a maximum of six (6) guest passes per rental home.
