Great stay!

Everything as listed, well stocked, there was nothing we were missing. Clean, cute, comfy beds, bikes were great. Even though it’s a very active street with runners, walkers, skateboarders etc during the day, evenings were very quiet. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful beach getaway!

This was the prefect home for our weekend away with friends. Lots of space, ocean views, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The best location in my favorite city!

Clean and exactly as advertised

My family of 5 and I were very satisfied with the cleanliness and location of this property in Leucadia, CA. The entire property was in the same condition, and well decorated, as the gallery of pictures. The on-site property manager was helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. We thank the owners for being gracious hosts!

First Class Beach Getaway

We had such a relaxing weekend at this beautiful property. The host thought of everything we could need and more. The property itself and the location had such great vibes. The comfortable bedrooms led to one of the best night's sleep many of us have had in quite a while. The view is gorgeous and it's walking distance to lots of cute restaurants. We hope to return again soon.

Gem of an Encinitas Beach Home

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 nights (2 adults, 2 kids) and we are so glad we found this gem of a beach adjacent property in Encinitas. The owner and property manager were responsive, kind and welcoming without being intrusive. Booking, check-in instructions and the remote access features made the reservation process very easy and convenient. The home is immaculately maintained - very spacious, bright, luxuriously furnished and fitted with everything you might need (in the kitchen, bedroom and bath) for a fabulous holiday. Its conveniently located merely steps from the closest beach, and close to restaurants and stores. Best of all, the owners have thought of everything and supply you with all the beach gear you might need, including bikes, surf and boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs etc. We got a chance to immerse ourselves within the Encinitas community and also visited various beached close by. Suffice to say, we hope we can visit again, someday soon.

Great property

Really enjoyed staying here, property is in a great neighborhood. We walked to the cafe shops every morning and then headed to the beach. Highly recommended.

I feel lucky to have found this place (our first place in La Jolla was cancelled unexpectedly by owner) and will return if our travels take us again to North San Diego. It was an easy, straightforward process with excellent communication in advance and during our stay. The location is unbeatable: across the street from the ocean with great relaxing views. The unit itself is modern, super clean, and stylish throughout. It was quiet and we could not hear neighbors or outside noises when the windows/doors were closed. There is a well equipped garage with beach chairs, bikes, etc... I had some concerns about parking but there were no problems. One spot in the driveway and plenty of spots on the street close by. The neighborhood of Leucadia and the town of Encinitas just south had a wide selection of great eating spots and shopping. Very safe everywhere nearby. This area has a much less touristy/busy feel than La Jolla. You can rent Sea Loft or any of the other 3 Grandview units with full confidence of a good experience. Thanks Steve and Laura!
