The main entry is surrounded by lush landscaping, with a pathway that leads you to oversized double entry doors. Step into the home & you'll be greeted by a modern grand chandelier, with easy adjacent direct access to a 2 car side x side garage, coat rack, & a set of stairs that leads to the main level. The main level is complete with a bright & spacious living area, including a huge 75” Samsung TV (with cable + apple tv), modern sofa & accent chair seating, cozy gas fireplace, & soaring 20' high ceilings.

Off the living room is gourmet chef's kitchen, where you can cook your favorite meals all while enjoying direct ocean views. Arguably one of the best areas of the home, the modern kitchen includes high end Miele brand appliances, quartz counters, separate bar area with its own mini fridge, coffee station with Capresso machine, 2 dining areas with a table for 6 + separate dining bench with additional seating for up to 8 & mounted Samsung SMART TV, as well as direct access to the ocean front wrap around patio.

Off the hallway is a private & exclusive ocean front master retreat. Oversized windows allow for easy sunset & endless blue water ocean views from the comfort of your very own King sized bed. This space features separate access to ocean front patio, oversized wood flooring, soaring ceilings, Samsung SMART TV (cable + apple TV), walk in closet with sliding barn doors, your own washer/dryer (note there's a separate washer/dryer in the garage), blackout window coverings, & modern ensuite bath with dual vanities and separate tub & shower.

Further down the hallway are 2 additional bedrooms each with their own ensuite baths. The first bedroom has a Queen bed & the second bedroom has 4 twin beds (3 bed bunk + pullout twin trundle), a great place for kids. Rounding out this level is a workstation area with desk, chair & windows for natural light & street views.

Enjoy our spacious casita which features 2 queen beds, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with stand up shower and direct access to the outdoor living area.

• Activities | Just steps to Leucadia Surf School and Moonlight Beach! Rent beach gear, go for a swim, surf, or just lay in the white sandy beach & get some sunshine. Also nearby is the beautiful Botanic Garden, the ideal setting to connect with plants & nature.
• Attractions | Just 7 miles away is LEGOLAND California theme park & aquarium, with over 60 rides & attractions…all dedicated to LEGOs. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

So Cal Moonlight beach

The house location, view, bedding, linens etc. were spectacular. So close to restaurants, shopping, beach. Will definitely be back. Management team very responsive and helpful.

Amazing Property, Amazing Location, Amazing Views

This is an easy review. Everything was top notch, first class. Yes, it's expensive, but in this case, you get what you pay for. The management company was easy to communicate with and had everything handled. Easy check in/out, no long laundry list of wash the windows, mow the grass, do all the laundry, or other bs I've seen with other places. We loaded the dishwasher, tidied up, and left. Easy peasy. The place is fabulous, well maintained, spacious, and has a very luxurious feel. We had friends come over for dinner. They've been summering in the area for over 20 years and they were blown away by the sweeping views and generous rooms. We've stayed at beach fronts high on the cliffs with torturous stairs down to the beach. Not here. Easy walk 5 houses down the street and wammo, you're on the beach. Easy back and forth to the house if you forgot something. The beach stretches far in both directions so long beach walks are easy. Being right next to Moolight beach was a positive for us. Lots of good people watching, waking up to kids squealing in delight playing in the surf, etc. Don't know if I would want to live that close to all the activity but for a weeks vacation it was delightful. No a/c in the house but lots of fans. We opened the doors and windows and never found ourselves hot. Close access to everything including the interstate. 5 stars for sure. Be sure and watch for dolphins, we saw several pods...

Best location I have stayed at

I have stayed at probably every VRBO on the bluff in Encinitas/Leucadia/Solana Beach since covid started—- a much needed monthly break for the kids and I from Chicago. This was by far the best location with walking distance to downtown Encinitas. I was disappointed by a few minor things. Lack of bathroom towels, TP, dishwasher and laundry detergent supplies——simple things like salt and pepper…. Extra paper towels. For the price we paid per night, I shouldn’t have had to go out and buy any of this. The parking was pretty tight for the number of cars they said could fit. They did mention it did not have AC and by the last night we were definitely wishing we had it. For some reason even with the doors and windows open we did not get a cross breeze off of the ocean. The bunk beds were not long enough for our boy teenagers so I had to use blow up mattresses for them to sleep on. So doesn’t sleep as many teens as you would think. Hope this review helps with your concerns if you are on the fence for renting this property

GORGEOUS

An absolute gorgeous house, five stars all around from the Surf Style Vacation Homes management to the location to the views. It was a real treat for our children and grandchildren.
