This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

Condominium is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.

North Breakers community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking.

The community is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

This residence is ideal for small vacationing families and extended winter stays. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season.

Great complex and great location

Beach weekend with kids

We had a great vacation at this property with 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived to a spotless place and fully stocked kitchen with anything required to cook meals. Short walk to the beach and super close to all the restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great location - Good Overall Experience

My wife and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. The pictures make it look a little better than it is. There’s nothing wrong with the property, but it’s a little old and the ceilings are a little low. The hot tub is not working and there is some construction which we were warned about before booking. Overall, it’s a clean condo and it’s very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, but there are nicer condos in the area to rent.

Enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return. The property was more than we expected and we have been to several vrbo properties, so we know what we are talking about. Clean, comfy and well appointed.

Very nice

Condo was very nice and homey. The location of the condo was great- on the beach, near restaurants, attractions and town. Easy contactless check-in/check-out.
