We will be back!

The condo is spacious and super clean. The bedrooms are laid out well with plenty of sleep space for adults and children without feeling cramped. The pool and beach are close the to unit and you are close to restaurants and local amenities.

Great Rental for Families

Great LDW family trip to the King and Prince! This condo and resort is great for families. My family enjoyed the three pools, The Cottage (ice cream), long walks on the beach and the condo view. Would recommend to others.

This condo is fantastic. It has the views and the convenience of the beach or the pools or hot tub. The place was clean and very comfortable. We had the best time just staying on the property or driving into the Pier area for some shopping or viewing history! We just loved this place.

St. Simon's Jewel

This condo at the King and Prince resort is fabulous. We loved having the extra room vs. staying in a hotel room and enjoyed the same amenities at the resort. The view is unbeatable and the condo is classically decorated. We hope to be back again soon!

Renovations underway

Condo fit us perfectly It needs new glass in some of the windows because the seal between the 2 layers has failed Property is under a large scale renovation, we had several days we could not us the deck because they were power sanding and then painting. It was also disturbingly noisy when they were at it. Maybe a different time would be better but not having been informed is inexcusable. We could have changed our dates.

Relaxing family time

We had a great time. The appliances are great and it is close to the beach. Very safe, relaxing, and amazing view. The other reviews were correct on the beds-very uncomfortable. The queen is terrible and you can't just flip the mattress. It is one of those one sided mattresses. Jan was kind and tried to help us but the description said two televisions. Only one was there and she brought us one but couldn't hook it up. The place needs a little love-lightbulb outside, window seal broken so the wind howled in master etc. Good time but I like to review because I read reviews to decide where to book.

Perfect July getaway

Family of 5 (parents, teenage boy, elementary girls) enjoyed the stay, proximity, amenities. Grateful for both the private and public pool that were available. Great experience and would recommend to anyone with 3 kids or more.

This property has been in the family for three generations. We love it!
The King and Prince Club opened as a seaside dance club in 1935. Six years later, on July 2, 1941, the main hotel building opened to the public as the King and Prince Hotel and was immediately praised for its modern features and magnificent ocean views. From 2010-2013, the Resort underwent a Castle Makeover, resulting in new culinary offerings and updated common areas. The new restaurant, ECHO, gives a nod to St. Simons’ brief naval history during World War II - through its name and nautical decor. The lobby Atrium welcomes guests to sit by the fireplace and the ECHO bar open daily from morning til late night. The oceanfront pool complex was also redesigned, with a paver-style deck, pergolas, all new furnishings and umbrellas.
