The property was beautiful, and the location to the beach was perfect. The hospitality was wonderful, and Grace and Beach Management were quick to respond whenever we ran into a couple of minor issues.There are quite a few codes to remember, but when staying in someone’s home, that’s to be expected. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our group of 12 and gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.We created some amazing core memories in this home, from waking up to howler monkeys to finding hermit crabs. It was truly a special experience for our family.One thing to note: our pre-ordered groceries didn’t arrive until later in the evening, and we weren’t aware of this ahead of time. After a long day of travelling, it would have been wonderful to arrive to groceries already there. I would recommend picking up groceries along the way to the rental, just to be safe.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation!

Magical week at Villa Belitza!

We stayed at this property 5 years ago and returned because it's such so special. The pool and proximity to the beach are amazing. The outdoor space is great for dining and socializing.

Family Escape

Check in was easy/ house was as expected. Ran into some issues that were handled. Access to the beach is unparalleled Concierge service made the trip. We will be back!

Perfecto!

Location is ideal for surfers and experiencing Nosara. It is surrounded by natural privacy. We had everything we needed. Golf carts are recommended.

Paradise

I just returned home from the ultimate girls trip. Our stay at Villa Beliza was magical. The house is well appointed and Grace did a great job of helping us to coordinate transportation and excursions. Grace was very responsive throughout our stay if we had questions or wanted to add additional services. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This has been our second stay at this beautiful house. It’s perfect for multiple families wanting to vacation together, pictures don’t do it justice. We will be back again, this is a very special place . Only thing to note is that you need cash for anything you arrange through the host , plan to bring lots

Perfect Nosara Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Villa Belitza - excellent location with direct access to the beach, very clean and lovely decor, and the outdoor area had plenty of comfy seating areas (and the overhead fans were very helpful in keeping the mosquitos away). Grace was super responsive and helpful scheduling airport shuttles, ziplining, an ATV tour, a flower delivery for a special occasion, a New Year’s Eve dinner reservation, golf cart rentals, and surf lessons - amazing service. And the private chef was truly outstanding - delicious, beautiful platters of food for very memorable family dinners.

Perfect Nosara Beachfront Home

Our fourth time staying at Villa Belitza. We love this perfectly located house in Nosara, Costa Rica. Beautifully maintained, upgraded details every visit, this home is just right for an extended family or group of couples to stay. Pathway just few minute walk out to the beach. We will definitely be returning. Easy and prompt communication with property managers so your needs are always met. I give it five stars!

Just as described on the listing ! WE had a super great time at this property . Everything is easy ...surf in your backyard , café and restaurants nearby , spacious and clean house , nice pool and backyard , ...and everyday sunset at one minute walk . Don't forget to take the chez Luz will suggest you ...just incredible !!! This is a small paradise :))

Perfect Family Surf Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful surfing vacation in Nosara. Grace, the home conceirge, arranged our transportation, dinner reservations, zip line etc. with quick responses and perfect accomedations. The house is beautiful and the pool offered a quite respite after our morning surf sessions. We had 5 adult children with us and the house offered plenty of space for all. Beach Dog Cafe is just up the street and the main drag is walkable but I would recommend getting a golf cart to easily access all Nosara has to offer.

Beyond Expectations

This Villa was stunning in every way! So high end and comfortable. I give it 10 out of 5 stars. We are world travelers and stayed at high end homes. This one has to be our favorite. Stunning pool which was great after the beach! Huge outdoor dining which we used every night’ We hired Jose as our chef who knew the kitchen and home. Look no further this will be your dream vacation if you stay at this STUNNING VILLA Home is close to everything! Pura Vida!!

Amazing week at Villa Belitza

Our stay at Villa Belitza was everything we could hope for and more. The location was perfect - quiet but close to everything. The walk to the beach through the jungle was dreamy. We had a 16 party group - 8 adults and 8 children (between 3 and 8). Grace went above and beyond by helping us arrange everything we needed - she booked our shuttles and dinner reservations, helped arrange private chef, and gave excellent recommendations. She was available to answer our questions throughout our trip. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Villa Belitza. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t hesitate to book!

Two family Costa Rica beach vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Belitza from planning it to enjoying our stay. Our host, Grace, helped us reserve all the activities and dinners we hoped for. We had a lovely private chef, Jose, make us four dinners at home. We loved jumping in the waves from 4 pm to sunset every night and relaxing back at the house. We had 6 kids ages 10-16 and two couples and the house worked great. I’d recommend renting a car rather than golf cart. While the kids loved the cart, the car lets you explore a bit more.

Beautiful house in a really convenient location.

The house was very nice and matched the description on VRBO. The property manager has a staff that was great at making sure we had all we needed. Someone met us at the house when we arrived, showed us how everything worked and gave us the tour. The concierge arranged to buy groceries for us before we arrived. A security guard showed up every night to watch the property. We had everything we needed.The house itself had great amenities. There was a beautiful outdoor living space with a pool. A great little path through the jungle to the beach was very convenient. All of the activities we planned were within a few miles and included horseback riding, ATV tours, kayaking, turtle viewing, etc. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well, including a great spot called La Ventinita that was about a 3 minute walk from the house and had great breakfast and lunch food. We ate there several times.

Best Location and Beach Management was Excellent!!

Belitza was a wonderful property. Great location and the path to the beach was really key for us and the kids. We loved the decor and Gabby and Rick who manage the property were very on top of any issues. Overall we loved the house but it is really 3 separate apartments vs. a single house and it feels like that. For example there are 2 kitchens and no living room or TV's. We did not mind the fact that there were no TV's though. It was nice. There is no front door because each room has a separate entrance. It is just something to be aware of if you have smaller children because you need to lock all the different doors at night and you can't go between the rooms once the alarm is on.

Our recent experience was nothing short of fantastic!! From morning coffees on the patio to late-night chats in the cozy outdoor living space, we were spoiled. The property itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the proximity to local amenities was a huge plus! Everything is walkable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Playa Guiones. It's a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm. House was amazing with excellent location and very clean well appointed with everything you could need. Wildlife at the house was spectacular, and the pool was a great bonus for the kids! Beds were comfy and the house layout was perfect for 2-3 families to all have their space.We did have an incident on our first full day there where someone broke into the house (either by using the codes to the doors, or potentially while we were actually present in the other portion of the home). We kept the doors locked 100% of the time when we were gone. We also lost internet for 3 days. Despite our best efforts to communicate with the concierge Grace, we ultimately felt like both problems were dismissed as if we were at fault somehow for the misfortunes. We figured out that the internet disruption was NOT an area outage as we were told, but was in fact from the alarm repair team disrupting it because the alarm system was not functioning when we were robbed. We did not expect much, but some sympathy or effort to help us report the theft to the authorities would have gone a long way. The entire group felt a little uneasy knowing that someone had come into the house to rob us - despite having a guard and many locking door codes throughout the property. The money stolen was from an upstairs room that was not easily accessible. The cleaners also came into the house before our check out time and the pool people came twice in a week (no swimming allowed twice during the week stay).

This house was stunning! Perfect layout for multiple families. Wonderful outdoor seating options, pool and easy path to beach. Quick golf cart ride to everything. Management was quick to support and we fell in love with our security guard, Victor. Will definitely be back!
